I haven't requested in a really long time so I was wondering if anyone can make me a small blinkie..here's what I would like.
I would like something small, nothing that big, just something that I can basically signature comments, entries and what not.
Color: Pink..preferably #ff00ff with black outlining the text
Text: Josephine
Effects: If you can make it sparkle somehow or shine
Designs: Little stars and hearts around it maybe a different color pink with again black outline
Other: Make it cute and just be creative
Format: .GIF

Ohhh hmm. I'd like a picture of that Delivery Girl from the video, Suga Suga (if you can find a pic of her) and if not, find something close like that. The text should be Suga Suga, and it won't need a color cuz it'll just be the pic! If its not TOO much work it could be animated, but I'll live if its not.
