hey, i would like an icon...
I would like the picture i have now to use as the main picture
but at the top left i would like written, look to the
and at the bottom at the right hand side of the picture i would like it to say, stars...
i would like those words to be written in Boulder/12 font and in a light blue, outlined in black
and could these words like fade in and out.....
i will give you 110% credit, b/c i don't know how to do this and i really would be happy with that icon, and plus i really respect people who know how to do this stuff of creating icons and such!

hey, i'm new and i was hoping someone could make me an icon.
i'm not picky at all. i dont care about colors or font honestly. whatever you think looks good.
on the first part i want it to say "I'm in Love"
on the next part to say "and always will be"
and on the last part "Rachel & Izzy"
oh and around the sides of the icon maybe hearts or stars? whatever you think looks good. i'm not good at this...
i really hope someone can help me and make this for me. thanks in advance :)

the below icon is a product of procarstination, or however the hell you spell it. i was going to use it myself, but decided against it.
so yeah, the lyrics on it are from the song 'Devil By My Side' by David Usher. i don't know why i like this icon, but i do. so..
