    Elllllllllooooooooo!!!!!
    AHA!

The fun never stops with our Homework Express crew especially for April Fools Day!!
And as you guys may as well know by now, Kenny has SO been pranked.

Nothing personal Kenny, your just an easy target dude.^_^

Gladly we did not think of any April Fools jokes for Kelly, she is nice enough already. Pulling a joke really would not have been a fun thing.

Luckily nothing too out of the ordinary happened behind the scenes for April 1st, only the pranks you seen on the show was the only visible evidence of pranks whatsoever.

But we still have more fun Shouts and Streaming videos for you guys to catch on the show.

    So other than that,

    TAKE CARE GUYS!!!!

You guys are so lucky, you're on break this week!!! We're still here in Ohio making TV magic.

Last week we saw Eri stuck in the sand...that's not very funny, Mike! We'll have to get you back for that! You had some very interesting thoughts on Tuesday as well, you crazy kid!

Last week, we had some very special guests in the studio!!!!
Jim Dolan was here last Tuesday talking about Bird Migration. He brought some very special pictures of birds commonly found in Northeast Ohio around Springtime : )

Thursday we had Jim Kerr from the Columbiana Wildlife Center for Education...he brought us a stuffed Opossum and a stuffed Woodchuck. He also brought us a black rat snake that became very friendly with me!

The following Tuesday we had our favorite guest Rebecca Whittenburger from the Arms Family Museum and she brought in some pictures of Ohio's famous leading ladies throughout history for Women's History. : P

Behind the scenes, there is so much going on! We're working on songs, more Shout Outs, and more fun contests for you!

Today Sam is directing! He's been featured on our latest Live Line, written by very own Robyn! He's getting ready to graduate this Spring, and we want to wish him all the best...Check it out!

    HAPPY CELEBRATED PIE DAY!!!
There are PIES, PIES, PIES, in the studio today, in celebration of National Pie Day! And not pie day in terms of food but pie as in 3.14 etc.
Now why would multiple pies be in a studo with multiple people...?!
Come on guys, that can spell only one thing...
    P-I-E E-A-T-I-N-G C-O-N-T-E-S-T!!!!!!^_^
Yes, by the end of the day our contestants will have pie-faces for their attempts at being the victor, who will win the spoils, (In which case we have yet to figure out what the spoils may be, possibly a prize, or a spoiled piece of pie that didn't make it into the contest, ya never know....If thats the case maybe we could feed it to Kenny....Just kiddin Kenny!!).
We won't be giving away our contestants for the contest so tune in and see who wins and who will be pie faced in vain....mawawaaahahahahaaaaa!
Also, in our last show you guys met Tony, who sadly got too emotional with Eri during his 1st shoutots, but its all good, he will be our master and commander director today overseeing the pies, and possibly eating a bite or two secretly..We're watching you Tony...-_-
Well time for some studio pre-production guys, take care!

    ERI IS BACK!!!!!!!!!!
    And Kenny, has been FIRED!!!!!!
To error is the "go getter"
Furthermore we here at Homework Express have NO COMMENT on Kenny's current situation, only that he is no longer affiliated with on-camera talent.
That is all we can say.
    Call in guys!!!!

    ATTENTION:ALL HOMEWORK EXPRESS VIEWERS!!!!
Natasha and Lea once again with another daily rundown of whats going on behind the camera of Homework Express. And believe us when we say there are way too many things to take into account for one show.

February is drawing to a close guys and so are your chances to email us on our website about your Dreams of Peace for a chance to be on the show. But not to worry there are always chances to get a chance to come on the set and see the wacky things the crew is heading up for another day of helping you with your math homework. And if you guys have some kind of ideas that will make the show more exciting for you to watch, then drop us an email as well.

If you guys caught the show this past Tuesday you seen a new member of the Shoutout Crew, Kenny.
(Furthermore we are making no commnets on Eri's immediate termination from the crew, if you wish to ask contact her lawyer, or agent...or whoever people that work on camera uses to handle their legal issues. As of now, WE KNOW NOTHING!)

Kenny, in Mike's words, is a "Go getter", but in a sense the crew is always finding ways to get him. Either with a joke or volunteering him for the the least favorite projects or jobs. But he's still a good guy. But he's just an easy target.

Also, Homework Express is producing their very first single! The song is in creation now, and hopefully soon we will unveil our music video world premiere! Stay tuned for the sing along! If you have any song ideas, leave us a comment and we will get hard to work on a song incorporating your ideas! Remember the show has a "math" theme, but you can also give us ideas on science, too.

Stay tuned to Homework Express to find out what the Shout Out Crew is getting themselves into, and to find out where we'll find our Streaming Crew! They've been touring the world telling everyone about Homework Express' LIVE stream at the website: www.homeworkexpress.org.

    Until next week, PEACE!

    Hey guys how goes it?

Lea and Natasha here once again for your look behind the scenes of homework express.

Today we have a full show like always of funny shoutouts(Taken just once this time^_^), awesome teachers and the math problems that you are struggling with.

Natasha: Funny, I always find ways to stay out of the Shoutouts but this time they snagged me and left me doing 157 takes!!!!! Halfway through I was hopng Lea would come in and give me some help, but oddly enough she was nowhere to be found at the time. And here everytime she does Shoutouts it goes without a hitch. Go figure.

Lea:And you guys got to see Leon once again for the Shoutouts Outtakes. He was the guy that was our cupid for our Valentines Day, as........random and unexpected as ever, he was also the one that snatched up Mike and carried him off during the outtakes. Leon is our go to guy for random fun.
It is amazing though with all the stuff you see when working behind the scenes, it is pretty freaky (Just Kiddin^__^). But working with Kelly, the teachers, and the crew makes it interesting.
If you have been watching the show you can see we have a new cntest going on: The Skate Zone Scramble, where you can call in when you see the scramble word and win a Free VIP pass to the Skate Zone in Austintown if you guess the right word. So call in and participate guys!!!!!

Also, if you guys want to be on the show, just drop us a line here or the website at homeworkexpress.org and we'll get back to ya, k? Come and see the behind the scenes and we might even put you on the show! So drop us a line!!!!

Hey guys, its Lea and Natasha once again writing to you from behind the scenes of HX!!

Today we have Tony once again directing our show with Eri sitting at his side as line producer.
What Eri has to do as line producer is organize the direction the show will take when we go live. It is similar to the directors job but not as much so. Eri will be mostly giving our on camera talent, Kelly and the teachers, information on calls and when pieces like shout outs will becoming coming on the air.
Now our previous line pro, Frank will be working in the studio behind a camera getting the all knowing camera shots that help you with your math homework.

Today Eri is directing for her second time and Tony is line producing for the first time! Frank is still worrying even though it's not his job today. That just means he wants to continue keeping the show interesting for you!

It's been a little chaotic for me today in pre production. We had a lot to record before we went on the air...shoutouts, our streaming promo and other elements we incorporate into the show! It's a lot of work, we have a lot of fun doing it. Just think, one day the students here at YSU will one day be putting together your favorite show, movie or music video!

Now that that's out of the way...

    Today's Highlights!!
Hey it's Lea and Natasha once again from behind the scenes of Homework Express!!!!

Hope you guys enjoyed your weekend because we are back this week for two new live shows to help you with your math homework.

Today Tony will be directing the show with his killer directing skills. He makes us all feel at ease when the show gets under way. What does a director do pray tell? The direcctor calls all the camera shots and other video footage that you see during the show. It takes alot of concentration because you have to pay attention to everything, but Tony makes it look easy. Tony's also the guy that sits next to Frank, our line producer, and both work together to get the show going.

Today the crew was brainstorming ideas for the School Shoutouts and we have thought up the ShoutBack Machine, a machine were we will be shouting out to you from different eras in time. And that will be coming to your guys airwaves soon.

Yesterday, most of you got an extra day off in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. day. The importance of of this single invidividual's action in U.S history gave way to civil rights to all in the United States. Dr. King's "I Have a Dream" Speech, is one of the most powerful speeches of the century. In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day and getting into the spirit of Black History Month in February, we are showing a special piece about his accomplishments for civil rights.
Most importantly...........this STARTS A NEW CONTEST!!!(WHOOOOOO!!!!!! PRIZES GALORE!!). We want you to go to our website at www.homeworkexpress.org (Which can be accessed at the bottom of this page) and email us your dreams for the world. Check us out Behind the scenes in our new blog!
Lea and Natasha here, reporting to YOU about what goes on behind the scenes at Homework Express!

WHO WE ARE: Natasha runs camera. She gets awesome shots of Kelly and our teachers. Also she makes sure you guys at home can see the whole math problem written on the board.

Lea answers the telephone and also appears on the show as part of the Shout Out Crew and helps Kelly out from time to time with guests or special segments. You've probably also seen Josh, Lauren, Eri, Mike, and Robyn doing the same thing!

We're getting ready to broadcast another show! Today Eri is stepping up to direct for the first time, she will be awesome! You know Eri as part of the Shout Out Crew. You may have noticed our newest member of the Crew, Emily! She's really shy so we have to try and make her feel comfortable in front of the camera.

One of our oldest Crew members, Josh, graduated from the University in December and is now moving along in the world! Josh was one of our favorites in Shout Outs and also one of our directors. We miss him and his creativity a lot but we wish him the best!

Let's introduce you to...Frank, our line producer. He puts the show's material in an order and decides when during the show it's going to air! Frank is a junior at the University. He is filling some big shoes for our previous producer, Keith "2 Fly" Logan who also graduated from the University. He is doing a great job so far!

You may not know this, but Homework Express is student run at Youngstown State University! We have four professors who over see everything and ultimately teach us how to run the show! Dr. Owens, Dr. Crawford, Mr. Brophy and Mr. Stipetich have fun showing us the ropes. As part of your exclusive "Behind the Scenes" look of Homework Express, you'll get to know them as well as the students!

Don't forget that the show is streaming LIVE from the website on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30...if you don't have Time Warner or Armstrong, you can definitely watch on the website and call in!

And you already know that Homework Express airs LIVE Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 on Time Warner Cable channel 23 and Armstrong Cable channel 20. Repeat show are shown Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Also, the LIVE shows are shown again on My YTV at 10 am.
