so here i am at night sitting playing on the net before i go home back to davison. it's been a great day. the work out i did was intense i had an ab lab and i did 30 min of break up cardio. im starting to notice a difference in my body already. my stomach is almost getting those to line on the side of it. i want brooke burkes stomach.. to me she is the definition of beautiful. i was reading somwhere how the american woman is like 5'4 164 lbs. i just saw this on the news. it's crazy.. you cant walk into a room without 2/3 of the women being overweight. but to americans overweight means obese, it doesnt mean obese it means chubbby too, sorry to say...grr it's embarassing. just walk into the store instead of driving all around the parking lot to get the closest spot. |
