Anyway, I'm back in LA and working hard on preparing for the Cinderella movie, which is going pretty good. I have no clue what's going on with the casting thing, so yeah, I guess they'll have it figured out. I went around the internet this weekend and looked at message boards for Anti-Hilary people and it's really funny to see people hate on me. Yeah, bring it on people. -laughs- It's really great. "like, oh my god, could ashton kutcher be any hotter?" "yeah, if he was colin farrell!" yeah, they made us wait in the wings while T.a.T.u. performed, so we didn't get to see it, not that we really wanted to. and according to my sister, it was very wrong. me and Manda waited backstage and talked until the performance was over. so anyway, the guys backstage only let us leave when the dancers went off. anyway, yeah it was very horrific. no offense to lesbians, but they freaked us out. a couple of them were hitting on us, and one asked for Manda's number. horrifying. anyway, i found another one of those tests. ( you will be clicking here ) My parents got me a puppy for no apparent reason. Her name is Duchess. Yep, really original, but anyway, :), I like the name. My mom and dad surprised me this morning, and I'm happy. btw, I'm home again, yee-haw, texas. -laughs- Okay, with puppies come responsibilites. She left a present on the ground. A Little Update [05 Jun 2003|07:07pm] [ mood | ecstatic ] [ music | Cooler Kids - Punk Debutante ] I wanted to update before the MTV Movie Awards come on, because I'm going to be presenting a performance. I won't tell you which, you watch it and find out for yourself. Anyway, I'm back in New York for a while, doing some photo shoots for my new movie, Cinderella. I'm playing Cinderella, and Rupert Grint, that cute kid from Harry Potter is going to be in it. I'd been in Toronto promoting my album, and I'll be flying back to Houston from NY to be with my family for a week on the 10th. Oh, and I've been nominated for the following 2003 Teen Choice Awards: "Choice Movie Actress - Comedy", "Choice TV Actress - Comedy" and "Choice Female Hottie." Don't forget to watch them, August 2nd. June 1st, I was in the studio with Meredith Brooks working on my new song "Party Up" for my album. It was great fun! Meredith is wonderful! I just finished the "Cheaper by the Dozen" movie and I'm starting the "Cinderella Story" in about four weeks. My album should be hopefully finished by next week and will be released in September by Disney's Buena Vista Records. For the album release I'm planning an autograph signing tour in about five or six cities. Wellup, I gotta run now, love you all! xoxo Hils P.S. From now on, there will be no new episodes, we won't be continuing with another season of the show, either. It's over, bam, kaput. Nothing more. The producers have been contemplating on whether or not to keep the show, since with the movie, they've had more people interested, but Disney has that lame-ass rule about the limit on how many episodes they do for a show, and Lizzie has gone way over the limit. So now that we're all in high school on the show, I guess it's over. I can't believe it, and it's not fair, but that's showbusiness. I'm very depressed. *sniff*. Where the hell is Adam when I need some comfort? Grraah. BTW, I got into threatening people today. I threatened Liliana, and then Adam, because I want him to get a journal so freaking bad! This morning while we were shooting, two girls came up to me and demanded to know why Lalaine was off the show. She'd heard rumours that we'd had a fight. That's absolute filth! The only reason Lalaine has been gone is because the writers thought they could make better chemistry between Lizzie and Gordo if Miranda wasn't there to like, "get in the way." I know it's really stupid, but that's not my fault. I miss Lalaine and I wish she could have been in the movie. If we do another season of "Lizzie" then Miranda will certainly be back! Me and Adam miss her. She makes up the other 1/3 in Adalyaine Gorizzianda, the club we made from our real and LM names. So yeah, I just wanted to clear this up, because there was no fight, or anything like that. Better? Good. [2] with you

I had today off from filming, so we hung around around LA. he took me to this thai resturaunt, called Chao Praya Thai Restaurant. it was DELICIOUS! thai is officially now my favourite kind of food! Adam had called ahead and they kept reservations and stuff limited. it was absolutly perfect! i can't remember having more fun! i got back super tired, but feeling very happy.
