With limited access to RF Online, (and online gaming rest for Dragon), Louie decided to go back to playing Paper-Based RPGs. As with our previous RP, we did a restructuring of Vampires: The Masquerade. With the story set at Quezon City in the Year 2010, I play the role of Travis D. Rauhzian (an anagram of my name, inclusive of the title CEC: Corporate Executive-Head for Commisions) a 12th Generation vampire Sired by an older Giovanni; making me an outcast among Independents. With 3 Sessions so far, I've already over-bled 2 people, got punched in the gut by the City's Prince, and had to use Necromancy to unveil a plot twist. Not bad for an Accounting Managerial Vampire. This time around, Dragon decided that the RP would be more Story based since me and Pep aren't the usual Fight-And-Level types. So far, the only damage we've both taken is from the Prince because we nearly broke the Masquerade in our attempts to feed. I must confess... I find it easier to Role-play when I'm typing as opposed to actually acting it out. I find myself interjecting descriptions of what it is I'm doing and how I do them when in 'unstable' situations. But overall, it's fun. It lets me interact with people on a face-to-face level. And it's literally Free to Play. |

NO! I am NOT getting one. EVER! Like Playing Ragnarok Online, it's one thing you will never see me do. God Himself would have to come down and ask me REALLY nicely before I think about it. And even then, I still won't change my mind. Why? First and foremost, I HATE when something tells me I can't do This or That because I'm not an Account User. I was born with b@ll$ and a backbone, J@ck@$$! I don't keel over and bend at the first tight-a$$ that tells me I have to be part of their group to do a simple task like comment on a friend's post. "Your comment has been saved and will be posted after you create an account"-Multiply.com "Alright. Then, F**K YOU!" - CD, Hari Ng Duga I didn't let a group of Pyramid Scammers force me into joining, so why the f**k would I break to a bunch of HTML coding posted over the internet? I have Blurty.com, thanks! ...which is the second reason. I already have a SIMPLE, RELIABLE, and EFFECTIVE online Journal Account. I find it more advantageous to have one account since it means I only have to write down my thoughts in one place, much like a pen and paper journal. This allows a single place for entry keepsake, again like an actual journal, and it minimizes the number of people who can gain access to viewing it... yet again, like an actual pen and paper journal. I like how a person would have to do research to even find out that I have a journal. That is... if they type the right keywords. Like Cris... >,< And finally, I like things simple. If I wanted to post pics (not that I have alot to post anyway), I can always upload an image link from my Photobucket account, or post links from my DeviantART site. ...but mainly, I HATE being told I have to do this thing (which I don't really need to do at all) to do something that should be, as per the Freedom of Democracy states, free to do. So F**K YOU Multiply! You're now in my Blacklist along other scum like Ragnarok Online and Kameraworld -Shangri La Plaza Mall branch. |

Ok... so I FINALLY finished the L'oreal Video edit. It took two whole weeks, but at least the thing is done. As per their Normal payment releasing, I should get my check sometime this week if not next. Note the capitalization on "Normal" because on worse case scenarios, it takes a Year. Yes, a YEAR. That's how long (or near to) I've been waiting for the payment from the same office, albiet from a less competent contact, for payment on a project LONG done. We did receive the payment a couple months back, except due to a lack of interest in reading the fine print on the client's side, the check was miss-named, and thusly discarded by the bank. SO, on the same day of denial, we had the check sent back to be re-named. We're still waiting. Anyhoo... with one project off my shoulder, I can get back to programing the remaining Animations for the Lucban Dancing Fountain. If all goes well and my stress levels don't get too high, I should finish the last 11 programs by Friday; given I pull out 3 programs per day, which is very possible - stress permitting. I expect this week to be the longest I'll have since college days. Also got me a DVD collection of AVATAR: The Last Air Bender - Book Two: Earth. Its a cartoon from Nickelodeon which covers two of my pre-requisites for watching or reading a novel outside of an in-depth story: 1) Must have pretty girls 2) The Story's 'World' is created as a whole and from scratch (albiet minor similarities to the actual world) See... I likes pretty girls, and I love when someone creates a whole world for a story. Take Lord Of The Rings, Star Trek, and Dune to name a few. Ok... so at first I watched an episode from the 1st "Book": Water which basically puts the viewers up to speed on things. What kept me watching was when they showed Katara in her character defining moment. Needless to say, by the end of the episode (which the series has an interesting way of ending with closure while leaving you hanging) I wanted to see more of Katara (who isn't the actual hero of the series... but f**K that) and to see the story unfold. To date, I've only seen a few episodes of the 1st Book, but I pretty much got the gist of it. With this DVD Collection (which isn't original, hence the farked-up sequence of the last few episode orders) I got the whole line up of the 2nd Book. Based on the story, I can presume that there are 4 Books, one for each Element: Water, Fire, Earth, and Wind which is plays a vital plot in the story. So far, the 3rd Book hasn't aired on any Nickelodeon as far as I know. Ok my hair's dry. Yeah... I just needed something to do after my pre-sleep shower so I wouldn't get the pillow wet. XD |

Ok... I'm bored, sleepy, tired, and slighlty stressed. I have a video edit for L'oreal, a video project with Ace, about 11 more Animations for the Lucban Fountain, and I need to have 45K by the 2nd of July for the D70s. Holy Jeebuz! >,< It's just one of those days you wake up... then suddenly you get REALLY tired in the office. You know you're supposed to be doing stuff and when you finally do, the computer crashes. WTF?!?!?!?! I would've gotten another Fountain Animation done yesturday, except the power transformer blew out and we were stuck in a dark, humid, and warm office. Not Very Nice. So now I'm TRYING to will myself into finishing an animation but I'm too dang sleepy. I'm hopimg for a quick snack that just might wake my arse up, but we'll see. Anyhoo... wish I could sneak up on Hogi to give her one of my 'It's ok' hugs. She seems to be in something, I just don't know what exactyl. Then I want to give Tiff a bonk on the head for downgrading a VAIO's software... the poor Sony. While I'm at it, grope Gerr for kicking me, theDemon Lord, in YM. GRAWR! That should be good excersise... I'll be taking a break tomorrow. Maybe get some long sleep later tonight after a couple tinkers on the L'oreal Video. Later on, I'm meeting up with Louie who just got back from the land Down Under... the one you can actually return from. O_O Overall, I figure I just need some de-stressing. I figure the workload is giving me mental stress by overwhelming me in its grandeur. |

Ok... so where have I been? First off, we went to Lucban a couple weeks back to upload 4 new programs for the Dancing Fountain. A found an annoying inconsistency with one of the songs which I'm still trying to fix. For the most part, the Dancing Fountain now has 7 songs and 5 in-between animations which brings the show to about 20-25 minutes per set. Now it's back to the office to program the longer Symphonies. And speaking of back to the office... I just got back after submitting a rush edit to L'oreal. I was given 3-days worth of Raw Video and 8 DVDs to browse through to make a 5 minute video. If anything, the capturing took the most time and hard drive space. All I can say is I never want to do that kind of edit again. (/>,<\) Anyhoo... outside of work, but related to, is my dedicated quest for the Nikon D70s. I intend to get it by the time my BDay comes in so I'm taking what projects I can to save up for the 45K. Said projects including the rushed video mentioned above. O_o Currently, I have 2 pending payments from L'oreal under another office which should equal to about 8K, tax deducted. This most recent project has me plugged for another 6-8K so that leaves about 30K or so to go since I also need a 1GB CF for the D-SLR. And yeah... I need rest. >, |

Well you'd think programing a sequence for a fountain would be easy... well F**K YOU!. Naw... just kidding! XD XD XD XD Well it sorta is, specially when the program sequence is sorta repetitive. Cut/Paste is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO So, I gues you could say the work load is moderate at best. My dad's pre-programed the beats on a few of the sqeuences so I just need to set the timecode. And he created the sequence for "Itaktak Mo" which greatly releases stress on me for three reasons: -I don't have to listen to the entire song over-and-over-and-over while programing it. -I don't have to listen to the entire song over-and-over-and-over while programing it. -I don't have to listen to the entire song over-and-over-and-over while programing it. Yeah... it's my redundant patern of 3's \(^.^)/ "I don't like that cake because... it hurts my teeth, 2nd.. it hurts my teeth... and most importantly... it hurts my teeth." Oh yeah... I don't like that cake 'cause it hurts my teeth. XD Anyhoo... it's back to work in a bit. I just need to get a snack. =p |

Ok... so we have the music repertory for the Lucban Fountain. The only two songs that were locally recorded are Lucban's fanfare, and "Itak-tak Mo" by Joey De Leon. JEEZAS for the latter. >,< The rest are musical symphonies including Beethoven's 5th and 9th, Mozart, Shostakovich, a few international artists, and a techno remix of Beet's 5th. Next step is to program animations into each of the 15 songs. The first step being importing the files into the program software... except I haven't done that yet. See, one of the files was burned as WMA: not the most compatible audio format around. Although I can play it using the WMP, I can't open it with both the Animation Program software and Adobe Premiere. Why Premiere? Well... the MP3s came in different audio levels; some louder and some weeker. Using the Audio Mixer in Adobe Premiere, I set the max level at a -16Db. Although some of the MP3s do make it to 0Db, it's mostly audio peaks that are native to the songs/symphonies. Essentially, I re-leveled all the MP3s so that they generally have the same playback level ...except the WMA file. I just sent that over to my dad to convert to WAV of MP3 and he's trying to fix the audio quality as well. Hold on a tick... dad wants to show me something. Ok... so I now know how to convert WAV to MP3 Via Adobe Audition. WOOTS!~!~!~!~! \(^o^)/ Which means I gotta work on them too >,< Here cometh another long week T_T |

Ok... so I've finished 3 out of 4 projects for the moment. 1st of the third is the way-overdue L'oreal project payment. My contact finally texted to say the check's being re-done and should be available by the end of the week. 2nd of the 3 is a project from another office at L'oreal. I'm just waiting for that contact to recieve the text I sent asking about when the payment will be released. 3rd of the 3 is the DVD transfer for Lorry's officemate. Only the 3rd has been paid in full >,< The current pending project is the Lucban Fountain. We're still waiting for the music que so we can program the animations. I've been informed that some of the music are local songs. No... not the dull and repetetive re-make/artist's rendition of older, more famous international songs. We're talking the pathetic and annoying C-class native songs that people actually dance to in this country. I'm talking along the lines of "Boom Tarat-tarat" BLEH! Speaking of remakes... GAWD... I guess it's true when Pinoy Artists say they're singers. Trust me when I say that's all they are... singers. Only a choice few are actually artists. And when I say artists, I mean they write their own songs and perform with Professional Quality. The rest of our country's 'talents' are just singers. They just sing what's popular and pretend it's thier rendition of that song. When the music companies decide to give them music contracts, their albums are 99% remake of other people's songs. The 1% are less-than-mediocre originals. Oh... btw... these artists... they were picked off American-Idol knock-off contests. Contests held nearly every month. Which means our country picks the best out of 20-50 'singers' every month and a new 'star' is born. Kiss quality out the window, ladies and gentlemen... they'll award whoever the people vote the 'best' for that month... with the voting public being... well... I'd rather not say... *coughsMORONS* Oh dear, ...I need cough medicine. |

Ok... so after a tedious week of trying to fix my editing computer, I eventually find out that the new, more-powerful Dual-Core Motherboard is too fast for my Matrox RT100x which I REALLY need to work with my Premiere. So after re-assembling the entire CPU 5 times, I end up returning it to it's previous configuration which doesn't have a dual-core processor, but according to the specs is capable of handling it. With the current editing projects finally finished, I'm gonna try to fix it again one more time to see if I can swap the Dual-core processor from the new motherboard with my current motherboard. Anyhoo... so where have I been for the past week? All over the place. >,< Mid-last-last week, I was assembling the PC. The initial problem was a constant error with the Matrox suddenly failing and slowing down my editing as the live preview would no longer be available. I would need to reboot the system just to get it working. The problem seemed to solve itself when I re-installed the software. Soon after, a new problem came up. The serial ports for both the keyboard and the mouse farked up and delayed my editing indefinitely which lead to the purchase of the new dual-core system. As I had to finish a DVD transfer for the next week, I went to using a USB powered keyboard and mouse. Skip to Sunday where I finally find out that the Matrox was incompatible with the new board... after I spent most of the day assembling the board, installing the SATA Hard Drives, connecting all the cables, and wiring out all the power cords. When I finally re-installed the older motherboard, it was already 9pm. And since I was doing this in the office, I had no time to capture the video. So me and my dad called it a day and I brought the computer home to fix it and capture the vid. Monday... I finish converting the video after transferring it last night. I had yet to catch some sleep. But as I was asked to finish the DVD, I went ahead and put it into DVD data. Around 9am or so, I had finished laying out the DVD Menu for the video. After tedious testing, I found that the menus were farked up. Around that point, it was already 12 and I hadn;t solved the problem. And since I had to be at the office to fix another project, I told Lorry I'd send her the DVD on Tuesday. This time around, I got some sleep.... but not much. Tuesday... I finish the new DVD and fixed the pesky menu problem. I eventually passed the DVD to Lorry and headed straight for the office because my dad and I were gonna check up on a current project at Lucban Quezon, in Laguna. We left to pick up my mom and drop her off the house. With a quick dinner and a shower, we were off to the freeway. We got to Laguna around 11pm. As soon as we cleared the general city area, my dad let me drive the car up the zig-zag path leading to Lucban. It was my first uphill drive and it took a bit of getting used to the sudden curves... especially since it was dark. Wednesday... I finish parking the car beside the City Hall fountain. With the sky still dark, it was a perfect time to test the system. Believe it or not, the first ever fully automated, computer-controlled, digitally-synchronized, audio-visual fountain in the country can be found in Lucban Quezon. YES! Our current project is a fountain that dances to music. We have the entire system rigged so that pumps with spray water up to 1 meter while LEDs give the water color as they do... and all in sync with music. Of course, we also program the pumps to just spray... for morning events. So my dad and I spend the morning fine-tuning the 3 songs we programed. By the time we finished, it was still dark enough to see the lights. We stuck around to see how the locals reacted to the samplers. Just before 9am, we head home and have breakfast at a nearby Jollibee. That night, I got back the sleep I owed for Monday. Basically spent Thursday and Friday cleaning the house... spent Saturday Relaxing... and today started off with this Journal Entry. So that's where I've been. Boy... watta-wheek >,< Oh yeah... got the L'oreal check but the dolt didn't read the conforme and named it wrong, so we had to send it back. SHEEEESH! |

Ok so here's the week end update for... well... last week. After losing my wallet, I switched to a smaller ID Flip-out that came with my old wallet. It's not the same but it gets the job done. And as far as my phylosophy on stuff goes... if it works, it works: if it doesn't, make it work. So... no sooner than 24 hours and I find an email telling me I won 1M British Pounds. I later discovered it was a scam after sending them a copy of my Passport Photo, but not before sending them my Bank Account Details. With all the stress of the week, my processing powers were as quick as a Pentium-Poor. Thankfully my logic kicked in when the scammers asked for a 'transfer fee'. With every ounce of critical analysis I had left, I did some research and I found out thier game. But sadly a bit to late for my taste as they have my Full name, Birth Place, and 2nd Home Address. What they don't have is my money. Right now they're wiating for me to send them bank details that will never arrive. For the most part, with both my wallet gone and my info out with some f**king scammer, I expect to end up in the news for some Bulls**t which may be incurred by the fag scammers using my identity. All I can say is the only thing anyone's gonna convict me of is Murder 1st after I beat the life out of whoever uses my name for whatever Bulls**t activity. I fill gladly go to jail knowing I took out the trash and helped make society a better place by killing one less waste of oxygen. Then there's the L'oreal problem. The payment for an EXTREMELY overdue project finally came in... BUT... the bank rejected the check because some DOLT can't read a Conforme. The check was made to "Lights & Sound" and our company is "EFX Lights & Sound" so the bank wouldn't accept the check and we had to send it back to L'oreal to hopefully have it fixed. So there goes ANOTHER week of waiting for MY money. THE F**KING CONFORME SAID "Make Checks Payable to 'EFX Lights & Sound' " WHAT THE FUCK! And when I called the contact to tell him about it, he just redirected me to the Accounting "so there won't be a middle-man". Not that it wasn't what I would do either, but he didn't even have the business courtesy to AT LEAST pass it through. It was everything short of the guy just saying "F**k that! It's not my problem and I don't intend to make it mine either!" out right. That's one less client to get a headache over. SHEEEESSSH!!!! >:( But on a brighter note, seems there's a fair share of Equivalent Exchange for me. My uncle was able to pick-up a 1Gig Thumb Drive that he found while out in the field. Lo and behold... It's a SONY! Yes... a Sony VAIO 1Gb Thumb Drive. The don't even sell those in this country! It branded, and even color-coded with the newer VAIO I use at the office. Talk about interesting twists. The last time I got something free was a Manfrotto Monopod. Oh yeah... Dad needs a faster motherboard for his office PC with the new work load demanding better specs. Sooooo..... he got me a Pentium Dual-Core processor supposrting ASUS motherboard. It will replace the current motherboard for my Editing Computer. And since we were upgrading, we decided to get a Matrox-Approved Motherboard. This time around, the board is SATA HDD based and uses an NVIDIA Dual-screen Video Card. Essentially, we assembled a completely new computer which will be installed into my old and humble PC chasis. I just finished transferring files and I'll be testing the system by transfering a video from VHS to DVD. Still need to re-install Adobe Premiere... and alot of other programs. Sometime next-week, we'll be calling up Microsoft to Re-register the Windows XP on that system. Oh yes... and the 3 new SATA drives are 320Gb each. 100/220 partitioned for Boot Drive C and Drive D 2x 320s for the new Editing HDDs. Yes... that's 600GB of space just for editing. And we finally found the Cyber-Shot after a week of searching... poor baby. |

Talk about a busy week... Program, video shoot, video edit, archive, coordination, meetings, lost items... SHEESH >,< Well... for the most part, I'm still alive. Just a little hassled, and loads pissed. Forget work details... it'll only re-ache my head; that covers the hassled part. As for the pissed part... during a meeting, my wallet disappeared from my pocket. As there are no news of a person getting killed by me, it means it wasn't stolen. Apparently it fell off my pocket while I was sitting down. Seems some Holy Bull-S#!T decided to override the confines of the jeans I was wearing at the time and let my wallet slip out. So now, by the Grace of God, I'm down P1,200.00, lost my Work and CSB IDs, Game cards, In-game Cards, and other items of value including my Medical Card, business cards, cellphone OR, and purchase cards for National Bookstore and Rustan's Supermarket. I swear if someone uses the contents of that wallet to involve me in some bulls#!t, I will f*cking rip them limb from limb, muscle from muscle, and cartilage from cartilage while keeping that a$$ alive to feel it all. I AM NOT HAPPY! |

After a week-long line-up of work and projects, I finally got to take some rest. I started the day by waking up at around 10 in the morning, followed by a quick breakfast and went through my emails on the resurrected VAIO. It was around that time that my coherence kicked in and I remembered I had asked if Hogi had some free time to watch a movie. After pleading with her love for all things free, she agreed to meet up at Greenbelt 3. Somewhere along the way, I was able to get Ace to tag along. With a not-so-quick line of people, I eventually made it to Music One roughly 10-15 minutes late. Inside, I found Hogi (well.... she found me) and we looked around while waiting for Ace. Hogi was prompt to shrug off my cellphone cam from taking pics of her 'cause she knew she looked good. =p Not having interacted with Hogi for so long, I had nearly forgotten how much more fun she is in person. As amusing as she is when you chat with her, it's her real-life 'hyper-ness' that's really amusing. She loves to act out character rolls with gestures, she enjoys quoting lines from books and plays, and I love her flashy-quick movements when she does her thing which sorta makes you want to step back so you don't get 'hit' but you wanna stay close 'cause she's projecting at a vocal level that doesn't have other people looking badly at her for making too much noise. Anyhoo... back at Music One, just before Ace came in, I picked up a copy of SIDE-A's GIG album where I proudly pointed out the back-credits where my dad's company was mentioned. The staff included my uncle, and 3 of our top guys. When Ace finally got there, I showed it to him too. Unfortunately, Ace came in roughly the same color scheme as me so we ended up being Hogi's Body Guards. With the three stooges complete, we went up to get tickets for Music & Lyrics. With one hour till screening, we headed off to the next-door Timezone to have fun. We played pin-ball, smash-screen games, and Hogi and I played Dance Maniacs again. This time my hand-eye coordination was a little better... I got a D Rank. After the movie, we headed off to McDo for dinner where we did some catching up. (the other fancy places were full of 'richer' people >,< ) I tried to sneak another pic of Hogi but she knew my style and easily foiled my plot... HMC: 2 - HND: Ziltch. After dinner, we passed by Power Books 'cause Ace needed to get some material for a casting call. He needed a 3 minute monologue and Hogi knew just the book he could find one in. If all goes well, Ace will be playing a drug addict for the day. Eventually we had to let Hogi go, so I was stuck with Ace on a mad dash to catch the MRT. We were able to get a feel of Indiana Jones like action when we neede to rush through SM since the guards were closing the metal shutter. Ok... so it wasn't down to the last inch adrenaline bashing, but I got to know how it felt to go under a closing gate in an attempt to get to the other size. *que Indiana Jones action music* While on the MRT escalator heading to the platform, Ace and I were up to our old antics of poking fun at each other's masculinity. At one point, I acted out our challenge via one-man play. "Ganitu yun pre... aasarin kita diba? tapos hihrit ka 'Ows! Kung totoong lalaki ka, tumalun ka nga dyan!' sabay contra ako 'SIGE!' tapos titingin aku dun sa tatalunan ko... biglang hirit 'Pare, wala akong kelangan patunayan sayo...' tapos ayos ako ng collar para poise. " On the MRT, we noticed it seemed cleaner than usual. We eventually realized that the car had been re-painted. Just as we hit Shaw and before the doors opened, I audibly said out "Ayoko bumaba... malamig ang aircon eh" to which the guy beside me giggled. As Ace and I parted ways, one thought went into my head: DAMN! I wish my V200 still worked. I'm sure I could've gotten a pic of Hogi with that phone. When I get free time I'll try to doodle out Hogi's new look. ^^ |

Just finished watching the last episode of ED's 3rd season, The Decision. As with all tv stories, the ending favored the protagonist. But in the process, he did mention something that struck a chord. Prior to the favorable ending, Ed confronted Carol with his realization. He told her that the first time he saw her, he had fallen in love with her. But to his own (eventual) admittance, he confessed that at the time he had fallen in love with his vision of her and not 'her' herself. He accepted that he had gone through most of his life putting Carol up on a pedestal and saw her as his dream girl only to realize he was admiring her more as a dream... so I thought about Cris. I don't really know her. I've seen her work, I've heard her speak, I've read some of her thoughts... but I don't really, utterly, and completely know her. Based on what little facts I do know about her, I create an image of who I believe she might be... not who she actually is. Even in the dreams I have of her, I portray her to my favor. I presume to know her because I see similarities between us. I pretend to know what she would do even if I wasn't completely sure. I raised her up on stage and I shined lights on her like she was the star of a play. So in that part, at least, I agree with Ed. Maybe I did fall in love with the long-haired girl wearing the purple shirt under a plaid polo and ankle-deep pants. Maybe I'm in love with the Cris I see, not the Cris who's actually there. Maybe I'm in love with her in-accurate silhouette. Maybe I need to re-define imagination from reality. Maybe I need to sleep... I have work later. |

Wow... early blurt... I MUST be bored O_o Tails My brother's making an @$$ of himself again. Most likely caused by toxins in the henna tatto he got, his Ego-Aro (Ego & Arrogance) have reached new hights and have officially induced delusion. Last week he came down from his daily Online PR-ing to say "praise my God-like cooking!" to have us pay hommage to the Pre-Marinated, Pre-cut, and Pre-prepared meats that he was amazingly able to heat to the point that they were no longer raw. "God-like"! Then just this Sunday, he proclaimed that the styles me and my other brother had been using (hair & clothes) were all inspired by him. Later this week, he'll most likely notice that my other brother and I are inhaling two molecules of Oxygen and exhaling the said compound with a newly attached Carbon molecule. We expect him to take credit for that too. Heads My evil plot has been set into motion... which leaves me slightly 'cheaper' til the next project. If all goes well, I shall hear of the plan's success via text messages or even calls to my mobile; not that the victims can do anything about it even if they somehow found out about it. Stuff During our excursion to Harrison Plaza yesturday, I was able to find a monochrome Muttley stuffed toy. Anyone old enough will recognize Muttley as the snikkering pooch ever beside Dick Dastardly, one of the coolest foul-up bad guys in cartoon history and is alwasy saying "Drats!" or "Double Drats!" when his plans are eventually foiled. While on the trip home, I discussed with AB how I just needed a purple coat and a nice Evil Mustach to rule the world. Another Stuffed addition is a Hammer-Head Shark which is roughly as long as my arm. I found him in a stall at EDSA Central after I picked up a VHS from Lorry. I'm transferring the VHS contents into DVD and keeping the shark at the office for kicks. I'm calling the shark Hummer... Hummer the Hammer-Head, AKA... Tripple H! XD XD XD XD |

Accidentally looked up Jenny's pic... the only thing that kept running through my head: "Define: 'Sayang' - Answer: Jenny Angbeng" Was cleaning up some files in the house PC to free up memory and I just had to check on the pics. Sheesh... Anyone who's found this blog knows the story. Girl finds guy... guy is oblivious... girl tries harder... guy's too busy to notice or to confident to reciprocate... The End. I'll probably tell my kids about this someday.... "Did I ever tell you girls about the hottie that got away? She was sooooo purdee and soooo sweet" "What happened, dad?" "I was sooooo busy and soooo oblivious and soooo drooling over a girl who liked stuffed toys better to pay attention..." "What did she look like?" "Here... this is Jenny." "THIS is Jenny? You DUMB@$$!" " O_o " "We hacked into your blurty last week and we read the post. *bashes with throw-pillow or likewise* You dummy!" " WTF?!?! Don't make me ground you girls..." " MOM!!! Dad's been hiding a secret!" " Oh you mean Jenny? He told me, that dummy. Could you girls hit him for me?" " Ok! *beats me up with even more pillows* " I sooooo hate loose ends. Sucky part is there's no way to fix it. Not unless I had all 7 Dragon Balls, Aladdin's Lamp, a Time Machine, the false confidence I present today, and a bag of Ri-Chee Milk Crackers. That... or God decides to give me a break, let me run into one of her close friends who won't run away, listen to my story, and explain my side to Jenny. Yeah... and I'll win the lottery by just picking 2 numbers while I'm at it. $&(!&!(&*#^(*!(*^%*(&!@^%(!*@~~! Stupid Life Failures. Failing TECDRA2 was easy compared to this. |

My arms hurts... O_o Been busy getting details, fixing details, making up details, and arranging details... Please don't make me go into any details >,< Just bored right now so I needed some finger excersise... I think. I'm probably just babbling 'cause I have things on my mind which involves friends. No details... basta yun. Anyhoo... get to see one of our guys wrestle one of the dogs at the warehouse. That mutt sure hates taking a bath. Atleast the older dog stopped fighting a long time ago and just stands there while they rinse her down. Also got to fix some bugs in the old VAIO so it should be ready for I-Net connection testing when we get home. Err... guess that's it. I just felt my stomach rumble and I don't have a bag of Ri-Chee Milk Crackers to snack on T_T |

This week's starting in a pattern... my mom has to make me up to make sure I'm dressed before my dad leaves for the office. Been editing the Reunion vid we took during my dad's batch get-together and it does get hectic when you have about 6 hours of video to look through. Then there's the audio control... and the picture importation, storyboard layout, alpha-key trimming... bleh. Started the day at the office with Zands finishing his abruptly cut YM yesturday about needing help. Seems he wants to make a moral boosting peer-symbol for their school and he was glad to point out my YM avatar as a basis for what he needed. Seeing as I should have nothing else to do for the week, I can bring along a sketch pad to work so I can doodle some concept characters. With that cleared up, I went back to editing the video. Midway, I decided to follow up on a payment L'oreal owes me. Still unavailable so I'll have to follow up with my contact tomorrow. A couple hours later and a company that was requesting a quotation for Teleprompter Rentals called to say the guys they got for the sound system would cover it... most likely they offered thier Teleprompter at a lower rate as most companies do now-a-days to get projects. Pity... in the long run they're just screwing themselves with thier low rates and mediocre service. While checking emails, I found two rats chasing each other in the office. Foolishly, they ran circles near me... more specifically, near my foot. So BAM! Stepped on the one that ran my way and got him right at center mass. It's squeek confirming its defeat. Having dealt with rats like that before, i.e. stepping on them as if the were cockroaches, I knew this guy needed to be finished off, so I gave him 3 shots point-blank and right in the kisser with my office BB Gun. Bastard bled under my shoe but it was his loss. A few hours later and I was finalizing the edited video for encoding to DVD. That's when I found out our little bear was in a not-so-good mood. My sort of medication wasn't what she needed at the time so I was more than happy to give her room. Quote Disco Stu from The Simpsons "back away, not today... Disco Lady." I'll just wait 'til shes ready to paw at me again... she just needs time =p For now I'll just wait for the Windows Updates to finish installing in the old VAIO which is quite legally mine. The newer A690 is still under 'shared custody with major priority to HND Productions' while the older GRZ660 has been deemed 'major property of HND Productions' as my dad once told a visiting friend that I 'owned' 2 VAIOs while the GRZ660 was still waiting for the replacement parts from the US. What makes it mine is simply the Windows XP Home OS that I bought for it, and the repainted VAIO logo at the back of the screen. Having re-installed the Windows OS and using the VAIO's XP Serial Number, I activated the OS and registered it to me. There are now, officially, two legal Win XP Home OS serial numbers registered at Microsoft.com under Dave Cruz, HND Productions: the VAIO GRZ660, and the Editing computer. Ooooh OOOH!!! Last tidbit. Did a little range adjusting with the LR96 AWP BB gun. My bro who plays combat BBs worked out the problem with the bullet jam and now my AWP-HND shoots any round of 6mm BBs regardless of brand. All I need now is a covered area to test it's maximum range and to zero it's scope. Anyhoo... still 30mins beofer the Encoding is done. I think I'll mess with the dogs' heads while I wait. XD XD XD |

Seeing as I rarely get to blurt, and when I do so I blurt in magnitudes, I've decided to customize a 6-sided die to help me share 3 topics of my weekly existence. In opposing faces of the die, I put: Work - Home, Self - Others, and Love - Hate. Just like in grade school when we used to write Yes - No on opposing sides of an eraser as a make-shift Magic 8-Ball, this'll help me determine what points in my life I should blurt on when I feel I have too much on my mind. So without further ado... DICE ROLL! XD WORK Went with my dad to his HS Batch Reunion where he sponsored the venue and sound system. I was there to supervise the A/V Presentation and to do pictorials, video shoot, edits, and minor socializing. Wouldn't you know it... my dad's crew were done setting up the system and found the marker one of the guests brought with him to make the welcome sign. With nothing much to do, they decided to label some stuff... ![]() ...one of which was my Teleprompter Accessory Kit box where most of the fancy doo-dads that help connect a PC to the TV are. Oh, the double meanings. XD XD XD DICE ROLL! OTHERS Dragon's already updated me on his plans to get "tied down" by December XD. I'm trying to get a hold of him before he leaves for Australia for a project so we can coordinate a Wedding Organizer. I have a contact who was a close friend at CSB. I've seen her work so I know she can handle it. I just need to confirm with Thy on the acquisition of said organizer. Well that was short... DICE ROLL! LOVE Err... Aw F**K-IT! Had a dream about Cris a week ago... I was barking instructions to one of our guys to increase the output of the fog machine stationed near the audience exit door. Basically what I wanted to do was help bring out the laser effect from the stage and create a more ambient visual experience. Having re-organized 4 fog machines, I decided to sit down just outside the door to rest. "Ang taray mo naman mag-utos..." I followed the voice to a girl wearing a purple shirt under a plaid polo; her light tanned legs just showing from under ankle-deep cargo pants and raised by a pair of white sneakers. It was Cris. I could tell it was her even with the orange wig and thin-framed shades. She was just sitting there, not sure why …didn’t care why. I told her I needed to yell out since the concert was loud. She smirked. "I'm going somewhere, wanna tag along?" Her offer was enticing, mostly because she was holding on to the smirk that turned into a teasing grin. We ended up in what seemed like a cross between a flat and a labyrinth; stairs and archways on the roof and walls dressed with fabric strips and thin see-through drapes. It was a challenge to even remember the place was dressed. Without a care Cris flew through the maze like a child in a playground. She took turns with little effort and climbing steps like they were ramps; not a hint of difficulty in her glide. In no-time we were in a room with a few people. I stood by the entrance as Cris mingled with some of them. She was keen to float around one guy in the room. He always had his back to me so all I could see were Cris’ expressions. Gradually I saw her smiles dim down as the guy was obviously unaffected by her charm. Eventually she stepped down and wanted to leave, taking off the wig and shades as she made her way to the exit. I guess she finally remembered I was around when she stopped a few steps from the exit and looked my way. I looked at her, tilted my head to the side, and gave her a gentle smile. I saw… I won’t say anything… I know how you feel… You don’t need to say anything either… I know you want to be alone right now… I know you want someone to just be around… I’ve been there… No one else needs to know… Lead the way… She understood. We made our way to a phone booth where Cris called her mom. She said she’d be heading home in a bit because she got a headache from listening to her MP3 player. We took Cris’ car and started driving of towards a forest where Cris calmly drove through the trees and to a hill slope where the car eventually slid and landed sideways like a block that just flipped to its side. Although obviously perpendicular to the ground, we kept our seating posture as if the ground was still under us. “Well that road needs fixing…” I commented. “…yep” was her prompt retort. We stepped out of the car, flipped it right-side-up, and looked at each other. I just had to ask her. “You just tried that for the first time, didn’t you?” “Yep… Funny, didn’t seem like you were worried.” “You were driving.” “You saw the slope.” “You were driving.” “You though I did that a lot, didn’t you?” “Wouldn’t be surprised if you did.” She crossed her arms over the car roof, rested her chin over her arms, stared at me, and slightly raised her eyebrow. And the dream was over. Stupid dice... I need a hug… ...where’s that pillow at? |

Having lost the house internet during Wednesday afternoon, I only got to update now... Stupid PLDT. Wasted my RF credits too... that BEEYOTCH! >:( Anyhoo... Thursday Got bored at the office after completing the Wireless Megaphone project I was working on so I decided to head over to Cubao for a spell. Ended up getting me a pair of new jeans; one blue, one black-ish. Also got a couple new shirts to wear under my plain solid-color polos. I wanted to go around more, but I had to get back to the office since my dad was already on his way back from a meeting. Friday Had my 1st day-off for the month so I decided to spend it with perhaps the only two girls I know who actually ask for me to be around. Not that the girls I know don't like me being around, it's just that Tiff and Gerr tend to appreciate my presence more to the point where they practically beg me to go see them. Most other times, I'm technically just tagging along with the other girls I know. My reward for answering their plea... a figurine of Ami Mizuno (aka Sailor Mercury) in her pajamas. XD XD XD It was supposed to be my Christmas gift, but since I was busy that one time they asked me to stop by Eastwood, I had to wait 'til now to get it. I know someone who's gonna be green with envy, hehehehehe... Saturday Morning After waking up from a Cris-related dream, I took some time to zero-in the scope on my new rifle. For the AWP, it was a little tricky since the spring still needs to loosen up. Right now the erratic spring produces some erratic shots. Although more than half of the shots I fire hit the center of the crosshair, the remainder tend to veer off in any direction within 1 inch from the center. Luckily the M50 was also centered to the scope's vertical indicator so I don't need to adjust the scope when I switch it from one rifle to the other. What I do need to do is compensate for the weaker M50. Where the AWP hits center stage, the M50 shoots a little lower from the horizontal axis. Having the same effect on my M4-Carbine, I pretty much compensate in no time. Evening Met up with the other Freehanders at Greenhills to join the surprise despedida for our soon to be States-side friend. Having nothing to do, and no car to use, I walked all the way to Viramall from our house. As always, I carried an extra shirt and changed at the cleanest men's room I could find. I passed by BEST Toys at V-Mall and ended up buying a small Star Wars Jawa toy. It cost Php350.00 and was a small plush toy with light-up eyes which were activated by pressing on it's tummy. Having no budget to buy our friend the Darth Vader figurine, I figured he'd settle for the Jawa. After the party, we had some coffee at Starbucks where I got a sip of my first Gingerbread Latte. Not bad... XD Sunday Went to Market Market for lunch... after browsing around and meeting at the fountain area, I caught a glimpse of the new Ronald McDonald Mascot. Unlike the old one where a tall guy has make-up and is basically a 1:1 scaled clown, this new one looked exactly like the cartoon version of Ronald in the kiddie comercials they have for Happy Meals. The thing was borderline cute mainly because it was an Super Deformed Ronald McDonald. It was awesome! XD XD XD Hell... I'd let my kids play with that mascot. The old tall guy version can just stay as the bench statue for all I care. Well... it's officially Today (Monday) so I need to sleep. =p |
