    Dear Tesco,
    I don't have a question today, but just wanted to share this...

    Bad start to a morning

    I rear ended a car this morning...

    I tell you, it was going to be a REALLY bad day!

    The driver got out of the other car, and he was a DWARF!!

    He looked up at me and said "I am NOT Happy!"

    So I said, "Well, which one ARE you then?"

    That's how the fight started...

    Tesco,
    I have a fitness related question for you.
    Is it better to do cardio until you get closer to your goal weight then do weights for toning OR is it better to do weight training while doing the cardio without worry of "bulking up" too much? I know muscle burns more calories, etc....but is also weighs more. Which way gives better results?

    (P.S. Did you give up on that plan?)
