: Poor Baby Girl
I had just arrived at the storage on Saturday to empty the car when Boo called from KK's phone. I went out to pick her up... she said she had hurt her face in the water and it stung very bad. Well, come to find out she had dove into the lake and scraped her face on the bottom!!! OMG, poor girl. I told her that she was luck it wasn't sex inches shallower, or I'd be meeting her at the ER instead. Scary thought that my baby could have changed our entire lives in that simple decision.
Got the rest of the stuff off the balcony later that afternoon.
Saw Joey briefly yesterday morning. Went out and lifted some weights. Now that I think about it, must have been too light, as muscles have nothing to say about that today. Babysat Sam's Orion for a couple hours, and he treated me to lunch at the Fiddlehead. Then off to shoot pool. Had not been able to reach David all day, so it was just Jess and I. He was over an hour late, too. We drove out the road after shooting some games. I was terrible the last three games. Gave him his second birthday present and sat on the beach talking about these kids calling him in regards to their abuse/suicidal issues. Good talk. Then he had to be to work. Stopped and picked up my chairs from Sam's on the way home.
New jury clerk started today!!!!
Tom asked me to lunch on Friday.
Stephanie said she tried to talk her hubby into allowing her to get a haircut like mine. That's a compliment, I think.
