We left Cousin Evelyn's this morning.
We went through Grand Island to Doniphan and from there to Hastings. From Hastings through Blue Hill. Then we went through Red Cloud. We stopped there for lunch. From Red Cloud and entered Kansas. We drove into Smith Center. From there to Portis. Through it and Osborne. From Osborne to Luray. From Luray to Waldo. From Waldo to Russel. From there to Hoisington and into Great Bend. Then to Pawnee Rock. Where we had dinner. From there we went to Larned, where we are camping.
We stopped at Pawnee Rock where we had supper it had a lookout. The rock was a marker in the old day for settlers to know where they were.
I met Gavaner Hickle's cousin. Where we're camping.
I took a picture of Pawnee Rocktown. Then of Pawnee's 2 story lookout. I got post cards at Red Cloud.
What I liked of the day: I liked Pawnee Rock.
