8:44 pm	I was searching for panic cure.... One of my friends had a panic attack last week.He was very nervous and didnt tell about his condition to anybody.But since i am one of his close friends ,I was able to extract something for him.His situation was pathetic.I wanted to help him.first i advised him to visit a doctor, but he said that this was not such a big problem that he should visit a doctor.Then I thought that he should try something to practice at home.So I searched for some books on panic attacks on the net and found 3 of them.Out of them all I felt that Joe Barry panic away was the most reasonable.I have already suggested him that book.I will post about his improvement once he notifies me on this blog. 8:32 pm	Getting engaged on my new site on how to get girls Since this is my first post i will first give an introduction of myself.My name is Tamas Das and i am from india.By occupation i am a doctor.Other than treating patients my hobbie is developing websites.This is my only single hobbie that i enjoy doing.Upto this day i have had lots of experience in creating and promoting my own websites.I first started a free blog on blogspot.com and then as i learnt new things i switcged to some professional websites on various topics such a s investment ,educational,etc.currently I am engaged in my latest project on How To Get Girls which is a free info site giving detais on the tricks of getting a girl.Actually there are no tricks in getting a girl.What I have learnt in the matter of girls is that you should be YOURSELF if you want to impress the girl.Dont try to act something which you are not.Have self-confidence in yourself and approach women decently. Well well,if i go on telling these tricks then this journal will become a guide itself.However i would better like my original site do this job.So i will stop here.I will frequently update on how i am doing with my new site and my patients....
