Tomarrow is...wahhh T.T I just downloaded most of Gackt's new album Crescent in the last like, hour. *loves* ( ^_^)// *applause for Gackt-san* Woo! Good job! ^___^ Ooo...I found this awesome Malice Mizer gallery where I found nice pictures of Yu~ki w/o makeup (my favorite kind XP) like these: Omg! He is so hot! (Not everyone may think so, but I do XP) *drool* But, oh god, is he...balding??? Aww... What the fuck, I don't care either way! I love his eyes, I think that's my fave part, oh, and his waxed eyebrows XD. sleepy... ~.~ [06 Dec 2003|12:17am] Woah, youth group is only supposed to be from 7-9 pm, but tonight I didn't get home till like 11:30. We were even gonna do a "ladies night" at the mall (>_<), but we just ended up watching "Bruce Almighty" at the pastor's house. The guys played Gamecube upstairs with Pastor Paul, and we (the girls) stayed downstairs to watch the movie with the pastor's wife. That movie is NOT something you should show to a youth group...I mean, it's not a horrible movie, but for a church group...>>; We had fun though, and drove around for a while. It's soo cold tonight! And tomarrow I'm gonna have to help dig out my mom's car. Ugh...I HATE snow! Whee! Orlando Bloom is on Jay Leno right now! *drool* He's sticking out his tounge for some reason (I haven't been really paying attention)...Lotsa teeny screams from the audience when he did that ^_^ He's talking about breaking his back...jeez, how many times do we have to hear this story?! -__-; Everybody always has to discuss it with him... Hola, Bonjour... [04 Dec 2003|01:12pm] [ mood | Crampy ] [ music | Malice Mizer - Gardenia ] Um, nothing much new on my end, but there never is... Anyone else not really in the Christmas "spirit" this year? I know I'm not... last night I think, they had some Christmas show on NBC, I was like "What the fuck?" I know it's December and all, it's just...everything seems...rushed ^_^ Like, I'm not feeling the whole Christmas scene. This time of year feels no different to me. I hope that's not depression coming on...>_> Damn, I have to waitress at this dinner my church is having for all the zone pastors. I guess we've never hosted it here, but we did this year because all the other pastors are "excited" about our new church and whatnot. Well, I guess we'd be the biggest size church now...we used to be the smallest >_< So...yeah, Pastor Paul said he wanted some "young people" to serve food and whatever. I told him I had to waitress in culinary, he thought that was great, I was like "...I hated it" and then I laughed, but I was serious. Grr...well, it won't be that many people, and at least I don't have to do the dishes this time ^_^ I think I'd prefer that over waitressing, actually -__-;; Damn, Gackt is in a VIDEO GAME now?! I've heard about this before, but I saw some pictures yester day, and I think they made a REALLY good replica of his face: Game Gackt Real Gackt (not like he looks much more "real" in real life anyways...-_-) My grandmother usually gives us each $50 rather than getting us a bunch of gifts we won't like. Well, she usually gets us some crappy gifts as well, but she knows she shouldn't try too hard; There's 7 of us (grandchildren) and we cover a whole spectrum of personalities and interests. She would never really be able to get us each something we really want. [heck, I don't think she has ANY idea of my obsession with Japan, I'm sure she's never even heard of anime, Jrock, the list could go on forever. And not like she would ever even think of buying me, say, Malice Mizer cds or videos. In fact, she'd probaby lecture me about it (she's a reliogious nut). She'd probably think it had to do with witchcraft or something -_-;;] Um...the point of that rant up there (^_^) is that I plan on using the money to order a couple issues of Gothic Lolita Bible. Or maybe some MM vcds... I'm not sure. I'm leaning towards Gothic Lolita Bible, I really want one. And with $50, I could get 2 (with shipping and everything). I'm Baaaack! (kinda) [22 Nov 2003|04:33pm] [ mood | good ] [ music | FF9 Soundtrack ] [Written on 11-19-03] I downloaded Gackt's newest single "Last Song" today, as well as the b-side song for that single, "Solitary"...so fucking beautiful, I can't describe. I downloaded "Last Song" first, and fell in love. I was thinking that "Solitary" would be mediocre, if not crappy. I was wrong, they're both amazing songs. I can't wait for Gakkun's full album this December. Not like I'll be able to buy it right away -__-;; This guy is so amazing... How can someone be SO creative? (Almost) Every song he puts out is amazing. The entire Mars album... every song I fell in love with. It makes no difference that I don't speak Japanese, it's like someone finding Italian or French music beautiful, a song can bring you to tears though you don't understand the lyrics. And once you read Gackt's lyrics, the songs become even more powerful. He's such a great artist, performer, everything. Not even touching the subject of how incredibly GORGEOUS he is! (Don't get me started, or I'll slip into total fangirl-y mode ^_^) No body is perfect...but he's pretty damn close! XD I also recently found out he's doing voice acting for the anime "Fist of the North Star". He's got his movie, MoonChild...and...his radio program...and...TV with Domoto Kyodai...seriously, he does everything. I'm a fan, but really, he should cut back on how much he's doing; take some time for himself; get married, have some kids. How old is he anyways? If he really is in his mid to late 30's, as rumored, he SHOULD start thinking about having a family and what not. Is he ever gonna marry? Well, I mean, for keeps this time ^_^;; For some reason, I was just thinking I read somewhere he didn't want kids? I'm not sure. He should...pass on some of those creative genes (not to mention his physical traits ^___^). Sorry 'bout the rant. Jeez, Thanksgiving is in 9 days! My mom and sister both are working that day, at totally opposite times, so we won't really be having a formal dinner. My aunt will, but I'm not really planning on going, unless they personally ask me to come. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter to me. I've gotten like that as the years go on. Holidays don't mean as much anymore. They're just like any other day. Why should you HAVE to spend time with your family, and "bond" or whatever? You can do that any old day, and in fact, you SHOULD. You shouldn't need a few "special" days a year to spend time with your family. So, for me, every year is less exciting. Not saying I don't like the holidays, I do, they're just not as...well, I can't describe the feeling. I guess you'd have to feel the same as me to understand. I dunno, do you guys feel that way? Probably not...so I must sound loony, I'm sure. Random Thanksgiving Event (this actually happened!): [My mother, Aunt Deb, Megan, and I are eating dinner. I dunno why it was at our house, cause this was recent, but whatever. We were all laughing and being weird.] Me: (laughing) Wow, it's like we're all on a triptophan high! Megan: Where's Van High? Yeah, my sister for ya... Um...I'm out for now. I guess I'll post some pics tomorrow...maybe. I'm not good at keeping promises, so I'm not making any! ^_^ ~Aiko~ [Today] Hmm...yeah, I'm using my Blurty again, cause it's a lot easier. I'll keep the site for pictures and...I dunno. I'd like to one day do an actual fansite about something, but I don't have enough original material and/or motivation to do it. So...bleh... OMG! Yesterday, my sister ROLEPLAYED!!! I cannot believe it! She wanted to try out the aol chats, and I was in the other room as she was talking about it. Then she was like, "Hey Mol, what does 'RP' mean?" And I was like: o_O "Uhh...Roleplay?" She had entered a RP chatroom but actually started talking to the people. They were like "Who are you RPing as?" And she was saying things like "So what do you do when you role play?" and "But how do you do it?" to them. I was like "Kill me now >_<" Then I ended up explaining to her how it worked. Well, as good as you can in like 5 minutes. She wanted to 'try it', so they asked her to pick a Japanese name, so, she looked to me. I was like, "Just use 'Aiko'". They were all loving it and saying "Wow, that's cool". Then came the actual roleplay...let's just say it was obvious to me she was not so creative. I basically had to tell her what to do every other action. She kept saying "What should I do?!" I was like, "The whole point is to make your own character..." One of the guys IMd her and was like "So, are you new to the internet, or is this just your first time in a chat room?" XD Yeah, that's how obvious it was. So she told him she had never roleplayed, and he was like, "Well you're doing pretty good for your first time" Hrmmm...Thanks to ME! Haha... Jeebus, it was wild. If you know my sister, you know she's not the rp 'type'. She's very 'preppy' and...she's just always making fun of the things I like. Before last night, I would have never imagined she would WANT to rp... Extremely LONG post...(it wasn't supposed to be this long -__-;) [20 Oct 2003|06:25pm] [ mood | annoyed ] [ music | Dir en Grey - "Filth" ] Hey people, I'm still alive here, I just haven't been posting cause I'm a bit angry at my Blurty ^___^ It's pretty much my fault, but I'm still mad because I lost a TON of typing by accidentally hitting a button on my keyboard that went back a page. So about a week or so ago, I typed up this loooong post and I was so proud, and I guess I was typing so fast I hit a button (I'm not sure which one) that sent me back, and I lost it all, because I was typing it all online...never again! >__< I wrote down all the topics I had written about, and MAYBE someday, I'll write them up again, we'll see if I get over that trauma ^.^. I've been playing some FF7 recently, and I actually think I'll beat it WITHOUT my Gameshark! I got a PS1 because my old PSX died, and it doesn't have a port or whatever in the back for it to go, so I have to do it all for real. ^___^ Which is good. It's not really that hard to do the "real" way, and now I think I'm even better than with using the cheats, because I have to pay attention during the battles and think about how to spend money on what I need the most. I'll have some money this Christmas (of my own-woohoo!!!) so I'd like you guys (the two of you) to give me a general idea of what you'd like to get. I'm not good with guessing, and I don't wanna get something you'll hate, but pretend to like so I don't feel bad -__-;;;. Some people like surprises, but I'm not one of them, so I don't wanna get you something you don't like. Unless you WANT me to surprise you, I'll try...-_-; Uhhh...and it's not a LOT of money, but enough. I'm deciding on if I'll tell you guys how much it'll be ^___^ I've downloaded 2 Dir en Grey songs, "Filth" and "The Domestic Fucker Family". It's not the type of music I would usually listen to, but I wanted to listen to them to get some idea of what they're like. That's how I usually end up with my little obsessions, by going on a whim and downloading random people's music. Hey, that's how I got into Gackt! ^___^ First song was...Vanilla, I believe, cause I wanted to see what all the fuss was over. I made a good choice...that's one of his best songs ^_^. So...um...In "Domestic Fucker Family", I found the lyrics and I guess he's "saying" Fucker repeatedly in the beginning. When I first heard it, and even now, it sounds to me like he's saying "Butcher, butcher" I just can't hear "fucker" no matter how much I listen to it. Kyo is not that good with English. I think my fave out of the two is "Filth" just because Kyo actually SINGS in a couple parts of the song, and I like how the ending sounds, when his voice gets all weird. ^_^ Too bad the song is REALLY gross, and just...ugh...[I found the translation of the lyrics, and I'll just say that they disgust me] Hmm...not sure if I'll ever really like this band, but the guys ARE hot! Umm...I can't think of any guy in the band I don't think is attractive. Each one is so...nice ^___^ I guess if I had to pick my fave, it would be Shinya. He's so perfect looking, so much so that most Americans (my sister included) would think he looked too feminine. I don't think so ^_^ So I guess that's all that matters, ne? Oooh...I can't wait till Nov. 17 (or 18, I'm not sure)!!! That's when LOTR The Two Towers extended DVD goes on sale! >_< And this December Return of the King will be in theatres! Jeez, where will I get the money for all this? There's also other things I want, cause in a month or so, Chobits DVD 5 is coming out, and so far I've only got 1-3... And I'm falling behind on my Shonen Jumps T_T Though I do know a place that sells back issues for a couple months. Eh, I'll be fine. One last thing on this LONG post-I'm working on downloading a video of Gackt and Kami talking with clips from live concerts. I was a bit upset because in what I had so far, Kami didn't say a word. Well, today I got a big chunk downloaded, and Kami SPEAKS! He has a very pretty voice, higher than Gackt's, and he looks a little nervous, and kept biting his lip and swallowing while Gackt talked, and his eyes kept moving around, it's quite cute. And right near the end of what I got today, there is a clip from a concert, and Gackt pulls this little Christmas tree on stage, and Mana is throwing glitter. It is SO cute, a very big "Aww, Kawaii!" moment, mostly because of Mana. He runs over with Gackt, so excited, and really gets into throwing the glitter at the tree and Gackt ^___^ Nya! That's all! ~Aiko~ ...umm...I've also got other things to say, but I'm making myself cut it off now, so as to spare you guys from reading for hours >___<... Very long and somewhat graphic post ahead... [09 Oct 2003|06:26pm] [ music | Malice Mizer - Illuminati ] Not like I expect anyone to read this besides a couple people, I guess it doesn't matter... But this post will be loooong (I just sat and typed it offline) It's not THAT long, I'm just preparing you ^___^. And just a wee bit graphic, but it's not MY fault! It's Malice Mizer! Blame them! Yeah, just my own little summary to MM's "Illuminati" Music video (otherwise known as a "PV") You may find it interesting, you may not, it's gory and has naked women! *tries to lure Willow into the trap* eh, whatever, I felt like writing it up cause...I did...I felt I needed to put my 2 cents in for this vid... so without further ado... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Yeah, so, this video I got the other day (yesterday, actually oO) The band members are getting some kind of freaky shock therapy/torture/whatever that basically gives them hallucinations of what, ahem, "gets them off"... Only...the stuff they see is just a bit beyond creepy. My list of the band members and their respective fantasies follow: 1. Gackt: For the most part, I assumed he was having a good ol' romp under the sheets with a big cross in the background (don't ask me WHY they were having sex next to a giant cross, they just were. ^^ Malice Mizer puts a lot of crosses in their videos...I've noticed that oO) Then as I got to see more of the video...he's not so much having sex as he is...well...raping a corpse. Yes, the woman is dead, so he must have been rolling her body around in the beginning -__-;; Also clips of a woman rubbing his leather-clad crotch, which wasn't actually so bad ^___^ The video ends with him orgasming over the dead body, which now has a huge pool of blood forming on the sheets. "Gackt having an orgasm? I'd like to see that," you may think. NO...NO NO NO. It just makes him seem even more creepy...I mean I love Gackt, but come on... 2. Mana: Strangely enough, Mana actually gets it on with a WOMAN in this video. It was hard to tell, cause the woman had small boobs. There’s something wrong when a heterosexual act looks like a couple of lesbians...couldn't they have set him up with a MAN? Maybe he's NOT gay, I dunno, but why does he dress like that then do stuff with women? It's a little weird... No really horrible acts done by Mana in this vid, besides doing something to a woman hung from the ceiling in chains (naked, of course ^^). I can't really tell, stuff flashes so fast. I didn't see any blood or anything... nothing too gruesome. 3. Kami: Kami, Kami, Kami...why? The first "section" with Kami has him groping and generally...you know...3-4 naked women chained and collared to the wall/ceiling. He gets pretty violent with them, pushing them down and dragging them by their "neck-chains", and threatening them a couple times with some weapon I think...The second part has him clad in shiny PVC and spikes, receiving a blowjob (aww, how sweet...). When he goes to "kiss" the person...it is nothing more than a decapitated head. He lifts it to his face, has a little smooch, then sends it back to finish what it started. 4. Yu~ki: He is seen making out with a woman in a large bathtub, but I presume she's dead, based on what he does later. The water is brown, and looks like it's full of... shit. Literally. It looks like there's feces and other nasty shit in there, and even toilet paper rolls hanging out of it. Disgusting, I know... Later on, he's seen outside the tub, behind her. He caresses her arm...and takes a bite out of her neck. Not just a little nip...he tears pieces of flesh away, and blood pours from his mouth. 5. Kozi: Kozi's pleasure in this video comes mainly from...cutting himself? He sits in some fucked up chair and slices his arms and abdomen with a knife. He hands the knife back and forth between a naked woman standing nearby, and a man in a spiked mask sitting across from him in the same type of chair. The man also cuts his body and they continue this through most of the vid. At the very end, the woman is reaching to him, he grabs her wrists and the knifes, quickly stands up and throws his arms in the air, quickly severing the arms of the woman right near the shoulder. This happens in like a second, and it was one of the most shocking moments for me simply because you didn't see it coming. The woman, of course, falls back dead, blood shooting everywhere. All this wonderful imagery packed into 5 minutes and 12 seconds of strobe lighted frenzy with Gackt's beautiful voice to top it all off...too bad he's a necropeliac. Apparently, though, this is "*The* PV"...everyone has seen it, everyone knows it. I'd just like to know how old are some of these people who hear about Malice Mizer and go downloading videos like this? Does this have a rating? Does Japan do that? They certainly censor the male genitalia out of doujinshi (not that I would know ~.^). I see breasts as just as bad as that, and along with the mutilation and torture of women in this vid, I just wonder where they were allowed to show this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ THE END... She wasn't so much "interested", but I guess she wanted to make a comment, saying it was very wierd. (yes, Megan, it is) Then she wanted to know who it was, so I told her it was the band Gackt used to be in (she knows who Gackt is). Then she picked him out and said "Is that him?" She was right! So...I guess she ended up asking why they were dressed like that, cause I ended up explaining how they were popular with the "goths"...she looked really shocked, and asked "You mean...JAPANESE goths?" I was like "Yeah..." o.O -our convo as follows- Megan: I didn't know there were goths in Japan... Me: Um...yeah... Megan: I thought they (Japan) were still living in the old times [[nani? a time-traveling country?]] Me: What do you mean, "the old times"? oO Megan: Like...China... [[um...yeah, that really made sense! I did realize though, that she meant she thought Japan was still living in the feudal times...like they hadn't changed a bit since 1600]] So yeah, how long has she been my sister? Jeez... I'm ashamed... Then we had a conversation about how America is stuck up our own asses (as a country-doesn't apply to everyone ^__^;;) and we/they don't care about anyone but themselfs. She then got all pissy and was like "So is everyone else...every country is like that." *sigh* My poor, naive, American-pride little sister... It pretty much went downhill from there. I showed her the pictures I had scanned (of my mom's baby pics) and she was like "Oh yeah, we need to do that" Then I made a comment about how much ink it would take to print all the pictures she wanted, so she was like "Well I'll just buy new ink cartridges, but you'll have to pay for half of them", and it led to her yelling at me that she didn't want to have to pay for the ink so I could use it to print pictures of "That Gack guy" Ok, first of all, I have not one picture of Gackt I have ever printed, the only time I've ever printed a lot was when I first got the printer, and that was just like 20 or so anime pictures. And let's not forget *I* payed for the printer and scanner, and *I* bought the ink which SHE is now using up with her homework for college that she's always printing out!!! Later on I joked about my father, calling him "The crazy dude with the Amish beard" She got mad and said I shouldn't be saying that about my father. Let's review, Megan, our parents got divorced when we were THREE, we had visitation till about the age of 10, and we have not seen him once since then...never. And let's face it, he IS crazy and he DOES have an Amish beard...I don't know why she was getting all defensive. I was looking at baby pictures of the two of us, and I said her face had not changed at all, but mine had become hideous, and started laughing. She then turned from where she was and was like "Yeah, cause you got FAT" I was ready to kill her...she was very serious, she almost sounded like she was breaking the news for the first time that I had gained weight, or that I should be ashamed because of it. I had meant from childhood to early teen years, when I was thin. She didn't reply after that. Argh!!! She is ALWAYS bashing my interests and self confidence, always. I never like to watch anime or listen to music I like around her, because I'm afraid she'll start bashing it, and making me feel like shit because I like it. She makes me feel like my interests aren't "good enough", and I should be embarrased to like what I do. I once (jokingly) said I didn't care what she was talking about, and she freaked out and yelled "We have to listen to your Sailor Moon shit and the guy who looks like a woman!" The "shit" she was referring to are the musicals, which as I said earlier, I avoid playing around her at all times. She may have heard it only a few times if she was walking in the door as I was playing it, so I don't see what her problem is. And the guy who looks like a woman? I'm sure you can guess who that is... I hate that she can't just let me be, and let me like what I do. Ya know? Have I ever said to her that her clarinet hurts my ears and it's annoying as hell? She would stab me in my sleep if I said that to her...Have I ever complained about HER music? Sorry, Megan, I DON'T like Dave, but I let you play that music as long as you want, because I'm not like you...I don't hurt people. I let them be who they are, even though I don't like some of the stuff they do... *sigh* Sorry bout the rant, I'm just a bit pissed right now ^__^; But...um...not much else going on in my life. Yeah, my mom's bday...I don't know what I'm gonna do. I got no money (not real anyways-my mom has my last $90 of grad money in her account, and I don't think she can afford to give it to me) Jeez...what am I gonna do? If you think about the lyrics as you watch it, I guess Gackt is talking about protecting his 2 "dolls" (Mana and Kozi) He's like the keeper of the dolls or puppets...at one point he's controling them on strings like puppets, but yet he himself is moving arond jerkily like they are, so I think it has a double meaning or something. Then Gackt looks out "windows" in this white wall, and he sees Kami and Yu~ki sitting there, but they're really far away...then you see Yu~ki looking at a picture in his book, and it's Gackt's face there...Gackt is part of the book! He keeps saying it's a "sad night" or "the last night" through most of the song...I wonder what will happen to his "dolls" at the end? And what does the little boy have to do with it all? Gackt sings about him feeling drawn to the house by a "mysterious force" I think the dolls were calling to him I guess ^__^;; Forgive me...I'm just getting really interested in what will happen next. I guess this means I'll be downloading more Malice Mizer PVs, ne? Damn my obsessive personality! Thank GOD... [02 Oct 2003|04:21pm] [ mood | relieved ] [ music | 40% of the Malice Mizer - "Gekka no yasoukyoku" PV ^__^ ] I have been looking for the title of this song for probably an hour now... I started to download it from WinMX just because there were a lot of people on that had it ^___^ I do that a lot...not rally having an idea of what song it was, I just know it's a Malice Mizer PV (ie music video). I don't have any, so I didn't really care, I just chose the one that had the most available users. But the title of the pv is (or more like WAS) written in japanese...not like kanji or anything I could translate if I really wanted to, but just random symbols and shit. It always does that with Japanese titles, but I could NOT find out what it was! I ended up digging through MM lyrics and playing the video OVER and OVER comparing it to the lyrics to find out which one it was -___-;; Well, I JUST got it...and it's called "Gekka no yasoukyoku"... Let me tell you, this video is FUCKED UP!!! I mean, I knew what malice mizer was like, and I have a few of their songs, but this is the first PV I've ever seen of them...wow...really freaky shit, like...stuff you see in nightmares... Only thing they tried to be "freaky" with that I just have to laugh at is when Gackt goes spinning into the air to fly. He just looks a little, I dunno...gay? >_< He didn't have to do the little turny thing as he flew off. My kitty jumped out the window yesterday...the air conditioner doesn't fill the whole width of the window, so we fill in the holes with towels. Well, one of them fell out a few days ago, but we didn't put it back in...cause it's not really a big deal. Well, my cat's a little bitch and she hopped right out as I was sitting across the room on the computer. I screamed at her, but I knew that wouldn't do anything productive. It was raining yesterday, and very cold, so I hope she learned her lesson >.> My mom woke up today to Miss Kitty (that's her name -_-;;) crying outside the window...she was trying to get back in the way she got out...we had already put the towel back. ...stupid bitch... Life is boring as usual...I heard Meg got a D on her first big test at college -__-...I'm not really sure if she'll be able to pull through it. I've seen some of her homework grades...and those aren't so good either. Oh well, it's college, not high school...she can stop anytime she wants, and she can also change her major...maybe music isn't her thing.
