Hello. I'm Chrissy Tross, granddaughter of Helen. My gramma and I have been so close all my life. Through all the years of her precious life, she's always been there. My gramma, grandpa, my family, and I would always vacation together. I remember one time my family and I were in Hawaii and my grandma and grandpa were coming in a few days after we arrived there. Well, when we were unpacking our luggage my new Cabbage Patch Kids doll that i named Boy wasn't to be found. I was so upset i cried. My mom called my gramma and told her how I forgot my doll. My gramma went into my house, got the doll, and brought it when my grandpa and she came. I didn't know she was going to bring it, and when she took it out of her bag I was suprised and happy. It was just one of those things I'll always remember. Its hard realizing she's gone, for I was the last to see her before her death and she seemed so full of life. My life has changed. No more can I eat dinner with her and watch game shows, especially Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy. No more can she come over Christmas morning before my sisters and I open our gifts and watch to see what we get and the expressions on our faces. No more can my parents, sisters, dog, and I go over her house New Years EVe and bring our mini hotdogs and watch the ball drop at midnight. It's the simple things like that I am truly going to miss the most. So I want to leave you with the following words:
