The last couple of days i haven't had anything to eat, I've just been drinking water. I'm trying to fast for 120 hours, im on 52. Pretty good i guess, i have to keep strong. I've lost 4 pounds in 2 days, my short term goal is to lose alteast 11 more pounds.
1 cup of slim fast shake

my mom made me eat breakfast, but i ate as little as possible:
2 bites of hard boiled egg (only ate bites of the white part)
4 small bites of rye bread
that's about 50 cals.
I weighed myself, like i do every morning. And i've lost 3 more pounds in a day!! I am thinking about trying the 2-4-6-8 diet, but i just dont think i can eat 800 calories. that's way too much. But my metabolism is so fucked up.
I told my mom that Nina (my therapist) told me to buy Laxitives, and my mom is going to buy them for me. I wont abuse them, i just need to do my buisness once and awhile.
Gio called last night, and he lectured me once again about food, and what i'm doing to my body. Almost the first thing he asks me is "Did you eat today??" Ugh, i hate that. Because i know I have to tell him how little i've been eating, and he gets mad, and says that I'm not listening to him. I said "it's easier to say then actually do it!!" he doesn't understand, but i know he is trying really hard.
I am home sick, and i hate it. I hate being home all day. but it's a good excuse NOT to eat anything. I gotta go back to bed, my head is spinning. Bye

I had a great, awesome, memorable weekend!! Gio made me eat though, i thought i would've had atleast gained 2-3 pounds, but i lost 2 more! yay
Today's food intake:
1/2 cup of porridge, and plain herb tea
I've done pretty good today. The porridge i ate in the morning kept me full for most of the day. i gotta start eating breakfast more often!
1 apple, 1 banana 1/2 cup of puff wheat
50 minutes of weight training
100 sit ups
45 minutes of cardio
Lost 6 more pounds!
Yesterday I ate:
Lunch: fruit drink (1/2 apple/orange/banana and 1/4 cup of fat free yogurt)
Dinner: 1 package of porage (1/2 cup) rasins, 6 soda crackers, 3 green olives
Threw up dinner
breakfast: 1/2 banana
lunch: 1/2 cup of oatmeal
i gotta stop purging. I just ate SOO much dinner yesterday. yuck. I'm disgusted in myself. But i worked out for more then an hour at the gym, and i've lost 5 more pounds!! already!! i've lost a total of 23 pounds in 2 months! GO ME
I'm gonna look even more sexy for my bf this weekend. I miss him so much. I can't wait to go see him in Vancouver!

1 egg roll, 1/2 cup of rice
I wish I didn't eat so much dinner. Fuck! And I didn't work-out. I will go to the gym tomorrow and work my ass off.
