I saw Sin City last night and I must say it was so good i loved it. Out of my new ranking system of 7 i give it a 6.7. It was really well down. I have not seen a good movie like that in a long time.
Next friday is kubrick double bill at the movie palace, a clockwork orange and the shining on the big screen... now that is hot.
So I wake up this morning and there is a shitload of snow and so the most ingenious idea I had was going back to sleep. Ahhhhh that was such a good idea. However now I need to start my day....

Ok seriously I am growing angry at my dreams. Seriously they taunt me with things that I want and when I wake up I am like fuck soooooooooo not real. It sucks, it really does. I think those dreams are really nightmares because when you wake up and it was a really good dream you are disappointed that it was all for nothing. I have been having a few of those kind of dreams and they suck because you wake up and there is a slight chance that it may have been real and you sit there going did that really happen?? and then you come to assumption that it didnt and your dream was all for nothing and just a big tease. So I dont know what is worse... dreams that disappoint you or these nightmares that supposedly scare you?? because right now I am not seeing a difference. Also when blurty doesnt want to upload my blurb....

this eveing i saw ong bak with thomas. i personally liked it. i would give it a 4 out of 5. good action. it has been awhile since i have seen a good action movie. there was this one female in the movie who tom said looked and sounded like a thai version of sugar from ytv and i just started laughing.
on another note i got the new version of donnie darko last week. watched it with the new scenes and yes it was so good. ahhh i love that movie. it came with a bonus disc with special features and i have yet to watch it all.
ummm it is saturday and that means cartoons. actually i miss all of them because i am sleeping and plus they do not have any good cartoons on anymore. they are all crap nowadays so even if i did wake up i would probably be disappointed. oh well.

Saw Constantine last night with a few friends. It was a good movie overall I would say. I would give it a 4 out of 5. However every time I see Keanu Reeves I just want to shout out "WILD STALIONS" and do the air guitar. Ah it is pretty bad when that is what I am going to remember him from all the time. Oh well.

ahhh been a little while.
Lets see christmas was alright, except for having to wake up early but thats alright. I guess as I grow older christmas just does not feel the same as it did when I was young. I just do not have the urge to run downstairs on Christmas day and see what the fat man brought. I want to sleep in a little then go downstairs and see what the fat man brought me. I mainly walked away with clothing but thats really what I asked for. I suppose times are a changing when you hated getting clothes for christmas but now I want them, heh.
New Years I hung out with some friends and it was all good. I suppose I need to make some new years resolutions but I have a few in mind so I must keep some of them.
The new year is starting off well for me, I have a job interview tomorrow for a graphics job and I have a date on saturday so, so far this year is starting off somewhat nice for Matt.

ahhh finished the new website i had been working on for the past 2 days. they wanted it up today and i just started on tuesday... can anyone say pressure?? nooo. the old guy quit and they didnt like how he did it so i got the job and i was half awake when i took it. oh well it is done now and i like it, it looks like. another thing to add to zee portfolio and resume.
on another note me money came today from the magazine i did, so that was nice too. finished the site and going to get money for it which i dont know how much yet... and plus i got the money from my magazine so its all good. turning out to be a good end to this week because i have been feeling like shit this past week and i dont know why. oh well hopefully the fat man day will bring me cheer because i can really use more of it now.

alright for starters i am going to suggest everyone go and rent the first season of dead like me. it is an amazing show and i love it. it is all about a life of a girl who dies from a falling toilet seat from space, lol, and she becomes a grim reaper. its a well written series.
secondly... i got paided from my website gig so thats good. also i have learned that my cheque for the magazine is in the mail so score one for the good guy i get it before they went on vacation. as well the magazine is done and i got it yesterday and i like it. it is nice to hold something that you have worked one. seeing it on the screen is one thing but holding the finished piece is really nice... yes it is and i like how it came out.

finished a site for a company so its money in my pocket and something new on me resume.
found out i am not going to get my money from my magazine i did until like the middle to end of january... joy. the treasurer is going on vacation and by the time it gets to me it will be the time of next year. ah well. i dont know when the magazine is coming but i would really like to see how it turned out. seeing it on a computer screen is one thing but holding the finished piece is another thing.

ahhhh christmas time..... the time of the year where the malls are flooded and everyone is trying to find that perfect gift. maybe i should start doing all my shopping in like august so i dont have to the whole push and shove crap, heh.
im pretty sure i stated that i concluded my magazine that i made for this company and now i just wait for it to come back from the printing company to see how it turned out because seeing it on the computer is one thing but actually holding it in your hand is another thing. hopefully it turned out nice because i spent a lot of time on it with all the problems and everything. oh and corel.... not a program to be doing layout... so i convinced my editor to use quark next time i do it which will be sometime in february?

so coheed was wednesday and ahhh it was amazing.
first band was called 3 and well the only one that made it across the border was the singer but oh my he didnt need a band, he was fucking amazing.
next was some band called underoath?? i think... yah they were fucking garbage.... i would say they are a shit version of a wannabe alexisonfire. they had this keyboardist that did fucking nothing but jump around on an acid trip... i laughed their entire set... garbage. some female said that they would outplay coheed.. i called her a whore and told her that the difference between them and coheed was coheed has something called talent.
finally coheed came on and my oh my they were amazing as always. they only problem was the stupid light show the light guys came up with... bright ass lights in my eyes... not cool. they played delirium trigger so i was happy becuase they didnt play it back in april. they played light and the glass and in keeping for an encore... ahhh was great... getting my hearing back about now.
tomorrow is toga time so that should be fun.
