11:32 pm - The Rave = Lots of Fun.
Last night I went to see Richard Humpty Vission with Jake and some kandi girls. Even though it was my first party, and I can't dance to save my life, I still had a great time. Everyone was uber-friendly, and I got my share of faghag kisses XD. (Why, oh why does that always happen to me? It's not like I do it on purpose.)

I met a guy there, Brian. He's a kandi kid, and a lot of people say that he has a crush on me, but I really don't know. I don't know too much about him, he lives in Chicago, and I'm not even sure that I'm up for a relationship, let alone a long-distance one. I guess we'll just have to see how it all plays out ;).

Anyway, Pixie, Lizzy, and Dizzy are super-nice. They invited me to go to a free party with them today in Chicago, but since I'd gone yesterday, I wasn't able to go =(. It's cool, though - I met a lot of neat people last night, and got quite a few phone numbers (including this FUCKING ADORABLE gay guy's - all he had to do was sit on my lap, and I was on cloud nine >.<.)

Well, that's all, for now. Night, everyone =).

10:39 pm - The Box. No.
Today, a random thought triggered me to vist http://www.KidPub.org , where I used to post stories when I was in sixth grade. Astonishingly, I found one of my personal favorites: "The Box. No." Naturally, since I love you all so much, I have the urge to share it with you =).

The Box. No.
by: Amy

Enter. Enter the valley.

Enter the valley of
GOTH.

Sing to the river.
Watch the dog run.
Watch GOTH make an ugly face.

Leave the valley.
The Valley.

Go home ...
Go home.

See Bladah and Car-Car come.
See Chico the fugitive.
Read "Hatchet."

Oooooooom...
Peekaboo around the corner.
Scare your brother and sister.
Spit in their faces.

Watch Peter Pan fly.
The wall is at a slant.
There's also a trap door.
It leads to the attic.

Say then ...
Say then ...
Moopoo comes.
Watch the rhinos stampede across the sidewalk.

They crush you.
You are broken.

About the Author:

Amy is an African rhinocerous recently brought to the United States in a scientific experiment to try to make a hybrid of rhino and human DNA.

So far, it's working. But we all know it wouldn't be if she was an African Elephant and were to be combined with a pig.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

That is the end of the story. The strange thing is, I can totally see myself now - five years later - writing something very similar to that - minus some of the old inside jokes in it.

Oh, yeah. I read "Rainbow Boys" in the bathtub the other day. It was highly entertaining.

And that is all.

It took me *far* too long to realize how hot he is ... -grins.-

9:32 pm - Eck, Quiz thingie.
A- Act your age - You know what? I just got told that the other day.

B- Book you're reading now? - "The Vampire Lestat" by Anne Rice, "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" by J.K. Rowling (for the seventh time), "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring" by J.R.R. Tolkien, amongst many other books that I am yet to finish.

C- Chore you hate - DOING THE DISHES. There's nothing I hate more than those, 'cause no one asks me when I'm ready to do them. They just start, and if I'm not there, they bitch at me.

D- Dirty little secret - I have a "thing" for tall, polite Canadians that always say "Thank you" in their cute little Canadian accents when you make any sort of interaction with them >.<.

E- Essential make-up item - Light-colored foundation.

F- Freakiest thing about you - My toes are almost as long as my fingers, and my big toes are both double-jointed (as are my thumbs).

G- Gold or silver - Silver, I guess.

H- Hometown - Greendale.

I- Instruments you play - None -.-;.

J- Job title - Student.

K- Kids - NEVER!

L- Living arrangements - I live with my grandparents, have a million rules to follow, and have my room searched on a regular basis.

M- Meanest thing said you've ever said - When I was on a date with this one guy, his narrow minded'ness was pissing me off. So, I flat-out told him that he was shallow and could die x.x.

N- Newest item of clothing - My lil' black skirt from Dots, with the chain on it. God, I love that skirt.

O- Overnight hospital stays - Hospitals suck.

P- Phobia - Needles and worms.

Q- Queen of what - Stuff.

R- Religious affiliation - I'm still considering.

S- Siblings - Jo, who is the biggest dork on the planet.

T- Time you wake up - Way too damn early.

U- Unique habits? - Too many to name.

V- Vegetable you refuse to eat - Mushrooms!

W- Worst habit - My tendency to say "Eww" when my friends describe their dates with their ugly, lame-ass boyfriends who I hate.

X- X-es you still talk to? - Well, seeing as I've had two *REAL* boyfriends in my life (everyone who I wasn't serious about was just someone I went on dates with. That'd be about ... eh ... a lot), one of which refuses to ever speak to me again, and the other is a moron, well, off hand, I'd say they both can drop dead, and I wouldn't know the difference =).

Y- Yummy food you make - Ramen noodles. Mmmmmmmm.

Z- Zodiac sign - Aquarius: The arrogant genius.

9:29 pm - To be put bluntly ...
I feel the need to bitch again. So, I will.

Today sucked *FAR* more than yesterday did. Mostly Gym, though. You see, for whatever reason, even though I signed up for CPR training and Aerobics for Gym class, my teacher forced us to FUCKING RUN A FUCKING MILE. And guess what else? We had to do it with a partner! Well, seeing as I don't KNOW anyone in that class, I had to make an ass out of myself and just ask a random girl. She accepted, but seemed to be pretty damned ticked when I ran so slowly. It's not my fault. I think I have asthma. I'm going to go get it checked out, but ... eck. I think I had a scowl on my face for all but like, five minutes of the school day. No joke. I was so fucking pissed about everything. Eck ... need ... Slash ...

On a good note, I did meet a new guy today. You see, when I saw him in the cafeteria, he reminded me of the actor who plays as Justin Finch-Fletchley. So, naturally, I approached him, and, before even asking for his *real* name, I asked him if I could call him by my second-favorite Hufflepuff's name. He said sure, and so now we've been talking whenever we see each other. It's kind of nice, really. So yeah. It's nice.

Anyway, with a bit of luck, I'll be going to the Midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday - the lingerie show. Dani's friend Amber is going, and I'd really like to talk to her more. Besides, I miss seeing Jo ... we never talk anymore -.-. Psssh.

Well, it's time to go now ... if I don't get slash in like, three seconds, the world will collapse. See ya'.

9:13 pm - Eck, School.
Well, since today was my very first day back at school, I feel the need to bitch and complain. So I am.

1st hour (Economics) - No complaints here. My instructor is pretty nice, and I don't really have a problem with any of the students in the class yet (that I know of.) Besides, it's a decent way to start off the day - much better than what I have going on later on, anyway.

2nd hour (American Literature) - Ehhh ... *boring*. Although I prefer it to a lot of my other classes.

3rd hour (Science & Society) - EGH! Not even remotely fun. The instructor is very nice, and has a great sense of humor, but I really don't know anyone in that class, except for, well ... myself. I plan on having some deep, intense conversations with myself in that class. Fun.

4th hour (Mass Media) - I FUCKING HATE THAT FUCKING CLASS! Without question, I'm dropping it the moment I get an appointment with my counciler. Not only do I not know anyone in there, ALL THE GIRLS DID THE ENTIRE HOUR WAS GIGGLE LIKE A BUNCH OF PRE-TEENAGERS WHO SAW SOME GUY'S PENIS IN A "GROWING UP AND LIKING IT" VIDEO! I'm waaaaay to tempermental to ever deal with that shit. Not to mention that the course itself sucks - half the work you're supposed to do out of class, in groups. Like I'd *EVER* hang out with *ANY* of those people in class, let alone out. Eck.

5th hour (Gym) - Okay, well, it sort of sucks, since I'm with (again) a bunch of people I don't know. However, the course itself is easy - we focus on things like aerobic fitness and CPR training, which can't be too bad. I'll make it.

6th hour (Study Hall) - It's not fun, but Matieu has it with me until the 15th. Besides, it'll be a good time to catch up on all of my classwork.

7th hour (Algebra) - YAY! Not only am I with my favorite Half-way-in-the-closet friend, Alex, I also have the same teacher who taught me another Math class last year. She's really nice, and really helpful. I think I'll really look forward to this part of my day, to say the least.

Lunch (C) - Good, good, and good. Matieu, Alex, Jenny, and a lot of other people share it with me, so I won't have to carry on conversations with my alter-egos quite as often. I'm a little disappointed that Dani and Angelina aren't with me, but I'll definitly survive.

And now ...

STUFF THAT ISN'T COMPLAINING (YAAAAAAY!) :

- Fairuza and I are getting together this weekend, to go out for coffee, bitch about stuff, guy shop, and study for our driver's written tests.

- Paradise Hotel was on today. I don't particularly like that show, but I love Kavita's impression of Zack. Too funny.

- Uh, I worked out after school. Always fun.

- THE END!

Hey, guys =). I haven't updated much lately ... 'cause, well, nothing much has been happening.

Today, I hung out with Kim and my dad. We watched the second Lord of the Rings movie, and understood little, other than the fact that Orlando Bloom/Legolas was hot. I'm considering reading the books, just so that I'll be able to understand the movie better o.o;. I now can understand why people who watch the Harry Potter movie without reading the books first think it's lame : you just don't know what's happening at all, so you automatically think "This sucks." So yeah.

I started a new fic on FF.net, called "Boy's Night In." Now, I have a total of four fics that all desperately need to be updated, which I'm doing a very poor job of getting around to. I started the ninth chapter of my Hermione/Ron, though, so I guess I'm doing better than usual ... oh well.

Do any of you guys know if Alanis Morisette has a greatest hits collection? I haven't found one anywhere, but I'm sure that by *now* she would have one. Hmm.

But yeah, I think it's time to go, on account of the fact that I'm RP'ing a neat Harry/Draco ship with WillowS right now, and writing in this is kinda distracting me from it >.<. Hasta, guys.

9:42 pm - Happy!
I'm exceptionally happy today. You see, I received an e-mail from the webmistress of Isn't it obvious? , an incredibly gorgeous Ron/Hermione shipper site. And guess what? She requested that my story, "A Day in the Life of an H/Hr Shipper", be added to the fanfiction gallery! I'm so happy. When I wrote that story, I thought it was going to be a total flop, and everyone would send me flames over it. Guess not, though =). Weeeeeee!!

Speaking of fanfiction, I'm *desperately* seeking Fanfiction for Where the boys are ... , my own HP site. I'm re-doing the layout, so that you can select your favorite Het, Slash, Femslash, 'Cest, and Angst ship, rather than having them all jumbled by catergory. Do any of you guys write HP fanfics? I'd love to read your stories =). Thanks a bunch!

And yeah ... I'm going to go for now ... I'll probably update again in a few hours, if anything interesting happens. See you all later =).

9:23 pm - Gaaaah!
Today sorta ruled. I went out shopping with Jo and my mom from about noon until five. We hit all of these neato stores that no one else goes to, n'stuff. I bought a pair of really cute-ass high-heels that look sort of like my combat boots. Since I'm a dork, if you click here, you can see a beautiful picture of them. No clue what I'll wear 'em with yet ... probably my plaid skirt and my Rocky Horror shirt. But anyway ...

I am a complete moron. A girl up north once told me that putting a thin layer of toothpaste on parts of your face can help prevent zits. Now, I'm sure that works for some people - people who weren't born with extra-sensitive, extra-dry skin. I, on the other hand, woke up the other day with the dryest skin in history, which happened to harden into these little skin-clot-bump things. Luckily, I don't give a damn about pain, so long as I know it's for the best. So, I scratched the fuck out of the clots, which bled, but then sealed themselves, and presto! No more dry-skin blot thingies!

Well, I think it's about time I get going ... fangirls are attacking me for the next chapter of "I get to be the dad this time!", and keeping them waiting for too long could get dangerous o.o. See you guys later!

*Also : If any of you guys can recommend a good facial moisturizer for people with uber-sensitive skin, I promise to love ya' forever! Thanks =)

Eeeep, I forgot to write yesterday. Not much really happened, but I guess I kinda did have fun.

I woke up at 2 PM yesterday, and did absolutely nothing. Well, 'cept that I went to Best Buy with my dear old grannie. I wore these really geeky glasses, 'cause I thought they looked cool, and let's face it: they do. For some reason, though, no one approached me while I had 'em on. (You know how employees at Best Buy are ... at least three of 'em come up to you at any given time. They're so friendly =)). So when they didnt' approach me, I was like "What the heck? Is my zipper down on my jeans, or somethin?!" Well, as soon as I removed the glasses, I got everyone to come up to me. It ruled on so many levels.

Well, I got the new Jewel CD, 0304 - it seriously rules. "Stand" is one of my new favorite songs. Can't get enough of it. Another thing I can't get enough of are these insane Harry/Ginny shipper shrines. They're so much fun! I need to make one. Eeeeeh ... but .... no. I can't. I'll just stick to my "Oh, you're a Harry/Hermione shipper? ... You poor thing" button-making.

Dani was supposed to call me a few hours ago, to make plans for Renassiance fair. Guess she forgot. Which is good, because I STILL, AFTER ALL THESE WEEKS have not watched any of her brother's DVDs >.<. He's gonna kill me .... ahhhhhhh ....

1:59 am - "Your thoughtless threats are breaking my heart ..."
Lately, I've been overly obsessed with love songs. The sounds of Sarah McLacklan, Dido, Jewel, and Sammi Cheng have been accompanying me on my late-night writing sessons; helping me to sucessfully produce new chapters for "I never wanted to love you", and my future project, a Harry/Cho/Cedric love triangle, entitled "Broken by the rules of love."

I love Cedric. I really, truly do. For some reason, he's becoming one of my favorite characters, save for dear Percy. Can't wait to see what Cho and Cedric look like in the movie ... unfortunately, along with beautiful Sean Biggerstaff, they won't make appearances in PoA ~.~. But yeah ...

I'm really, really bored. It's 2:10 AM right now, and I don't feel tired at all. Still, nevertheless, I'm supposed to go up to my room, and stay awake until 5 there. There's a big hole in the roof of my mouth. I don't know what the hell it is. It's not a canker; I checked. It's just ... a random ... hole. And it hurts like all hell. With my luck, I'll wake up tomorrow, and have an enormous fang emerging from the hole. That might be kind of cool, but the only problem is that I'd want it removed, and that wouldn't be fun.

I'd like to sit down here and write a bunch more random shit for hours and hours and hours, but unfortunately, I'd get yelled at until my ears would start bleeding, and Daniel Radcliffe would come to my house to ask me to accompany him to the PoA premier (A girl can dream, can't she? Hehe). So, in other words ... it'll never happen.

9:05 pm - "Written on the pages; it's the answer to our neverending story ..."
Eeep. Today, I was woken up way-too-early (aka 10:30) for my step-grandfather's retirement party. In all honesty, it wasn't too bad. My dad, Kim, Angela, and her boyfriend, Dan, were all there, too, n'stuff. We played Cranium, (where I had to mime a taxi driver picking up someone - totally embarassing) and catch phrase. Those games are two of my favorites, along with Electronic Dream Phone and Girl Talk. Woooo. Fun.

After the party, I came home, and my grandparents were out. Soooo, I did what anyone else would have done: closed the shades, turned on the lava lamp and lit several candles, threw in my favorite Asian Pop CD - a combination of SES, Ayumi Hamasaki, Sammi Cheng, BoA, SMAP, Two-Mix, Gackt, and Shinhwa - and danced uber-fast and dorky to every single song on the track. Really, partying with yourself can be quite fun, just so long as you decide to invite your friends *once* in a while =P.

Everyone's going to the State Fair tomorrow ... I'm really not in the mood, though. I knew a million years ago that they were going, but just never felt like inviting anyone else to come with XD. So, I'm just gonna end up staying at home, and probably drooling over Sean Biggerstaff photos and hula-hooping the entire day away, heh. Maaaybe I'll go hang out with Matieu and Dani, though - that'd be fun. Haven't seen them in a few days. Problem is, I still have Dani's brother's DVDs, and I haven't even attempted to watch any of 'em yet ^_^;;. Oops. Better lock myself inside the house until I finally get 'round to watching them ...

School is evily creeping forward on me. In a way, I'm kinda glad. I can't wait to get back and see all of my old friends I haven't talked to all summer, and also to meet the new Freshmen. Freshmen rule, 'cause they're scared of everyone, so they're all really nice. Then, by the time they're Sophomores, the nice'ness just sinks into most of their personalities, and so they're fun to be around, for the most part.

That's the end of my ramblings for the day ... have fun, my darlings =).

Eeep, today was ... decent. I slept in until about noon, got several calls from a very annoyed-sounding Lu, and went shopping for sandals for Krissy's wedding in September. I'm so excited! ^_^ Florida for ten days ... god, that'll rule so damn much.

Also, Angelina IM'ed me for the first time in months. Seeing as we're obsessed with most of the same things (Gay people, Harry Potter, The Vampire Chronicles, and slash) we get along really well. I missed 'er a bunch ... good thing I saw her at the mall the other day, or we probably never would have gotten back into contact until school started =(. That'd have sucked.

I've been checking out websites to see if there's going to be a Harry Potter convention in Milwaukee at all. I hope that they're having it close; I'm determined that some way, some how, I'll manage to meet a decent guy there. Harry Potter rules too damn much for words. I don't like the huge Hermione/Harry ship going around, though. That's ... just ... wrong. Hermione and Ron are clearly meant to be; there are less-than-subtle hints in every single one of the books. I wonder who'll end up with Harry, though .... hmmm. I think I'll cry if it's someone like Luna. She may rule, but just ... no. No, no, no! That can't happen! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Jo is in South Carolina still, and I believe she'll be there for quite a few more days =(. I miss her sooo much ... she's the only sister I have, and not talking to her for a week seems like FOREVER. Oh well ... I'll just have to annoy the hell out of her when she gets back from Brittie's wedding 0=).

Well, I suppose I'm gonna get going now ... with luck, I'll end up making plans with Maja to finally see "Pirates of the Carribean", but knowing her, she'll already have seen it three times with her brothers. Sleep tight, everyone =).

I had a relatively good day today. At 2 o'clock, I met Fairuza at the mall. We just walked around and shopped for a while, inevitably deciding that that was too boring. So, we came up with this little game: We'd go up to random people, introduce ourselves, shake their hands, and offer them a Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Bean. Naturally, she backed out - but I, being so brave - accepted the challenge.

Randomly, I selected several victims, most of whom smiled weakly and ran away as quickly as possible, not wanting to chance getting a sucky flavor bean (Fairuza warned them of my experience with the vomit-flavored one ahead of time). A few people were extremely friendly; sticking around to talk for a bit. One guy, however, was so fucking lame that he should have won the dumbass of the year award.

Kind as you may, I approaced this guy wearing a white T-shirt with a cross on it, a backward visor, and an incredibly stern expression. I offered him a jellybean, and he said "I'm straight" and walked off. I was like "What the Hell? Do I look like a guy in drag?" Fairuza and Angelina (who I met by chance) confirmed that no, that was not the case.

Later on, we stumbled across the guy I had a crush on from third to eighth grade - Noah. Anyway, Fairuza and I stopped to talk to him for a while about random crap, before we ended up having to leave. He's a pretty nice guy, really. I always thought of him as "unapproachable", probably 'cause I liked him so much back then, and would get all shaky n'shit. Oh well.

So yeah. I came home and hula-hooped like a maniac to Echo Image's remix of "The Neverending Story" theme. It was fun. In fact, I think I might go and do that again in a few minutes. After I find out when the Hell Dani is coming back from her cabin, though >.<. She's only been gone for two days, and I already miss her.

Sleep well, everyone =).

Eck. Today, my dad came at 10 AM to come and get me ... several hours earlier than I had anticipated. Under normal circumstances, this would be a good thing; I rarely get to see my dad, and so I like being with him. However, on account of the fact that I couldn't sleep, due to the fact that I had a sudden writer's inspiration, I wrote the first chapter of Not just a girl , which is my first ever Harry/Ginny pairing. Since it's been my first Het fic in a while, it's like my baby. I have a feeling I'll be updating that way more often than "I never wanted to love you", my Ron/Harry.

Well, my dad, Kim, and I all sat down and watched "The Neverending Story II", figuring that since the first one kicked ass, the second one would, too. We were sorely mistaken.

This movie ... it wasn't just ... bad ... it was ... well, TERRIBLE. The casting sucked. I know that they probably couldn't get the same people who acted in the first one; they'd be far too old for the sequel. But at least they could have casted someone to play Bastion who didn't look like Ricky Shroeder did in "Silver Spoons" (not that I have a problem with that, he was fricken cute at that time ... I even have a T-shirt with him on it. But Hell, Bastion did NOT look like that, okay?!). The visual effects were absolutely terrible, and there was no storyline at all. The only cool thing was that the Rock Biter had this adorable little baby named Junior, who ran around screaming "Yummy rocks! Yummy rocks!" It was cute.

Afterwards, we grilled hamburgers and sat outside. I have a feeling tomorrow I'm going to wake up and be all red. Generally speaking, I have to wear liberal amounts of blush to gain any color in my cheeks - I'm very pale. But hey, at least I'll look more healthy. That's sort of a good thing, since Fairuza and I are going to the mall tomorrow. She's trying to push me to hang out at her house, but I just don't feel like it. All we'll end up doing there is laughing and talking about how a lot of girls seem to have "things" for actors who aren't even half as hot as Sean Biggerstaff (which is actually true, on account of the fact that in my mind, he'll win Mr.Sexy-ass-Hot-Fucking-Beautiful-Scotish-I-want-you award for every single year of his life.) So yeah.

Well, I'm going to be going now, I guess - I should probably at least attempt to sleep tonight, so I'm not all groggy at 2 0'clock tomorrow, when I go and meet Fairuza. See ya.
