Getting laid off
So business is very slow lately, because we aren't getting bills in fast enough, plus people are doing bills way too fast. Sometimes I have to bum work off other people because there are none in the bins. So my boss said for a few people to take a temporary vacation. So I'll be off the entire month of july and I will come back August 2nd. I really am not happy but what am I going to do. I won't be paid for it, so I will have very little money in july.
Anyway. I ordered a copy of the first volume of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Great show. Funny as hell. I also ordered Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I never really like Harry Potter, because it was geared towards kids more, but after watching the movies, I am a fan. Plus both DVDs were pretty cheap and the one comes with a free book of the sorcerers stone. In some ways potter is better than LOTR, but I think I like LOTR more than potter. Plus I need a new series to keep me busy, I know LOTR all too good now. I know the layout of middle earth better than my own neighborhood and that is saying alot. |
