Right. So what exactly was I doing for over thirty minutes on Saturday afternoon if not giving them both my credit card and my bank account details. How else did they tell me that my credit check was amber.
I've told them to ring me at work tomorrow. When they do I will tell them that I expect the phones to be delivered by Saturday. We've waited in three days this week when we could have been doing other things. I've been told three times now that the order has gone through when it hasn't. When they say "it's gone through" I'll be asking for an email to confirm, giving all the details I've given them, or something of the sort.
If it weren't for the fact that this is the only offer that gives us two phones that we could really afford, I'd be giving up and taking my custom elsewhere. If I've heard nothing by the time I leave work tomorrow, I'll be giving them an ear bashing on the phone when I get home in the evening.
And now I think I'm going to create some folders in my inbox so that it's obvious where all my bt emails are (and likewise my many Amazon ones are) for future reference. |
