Even All Out - Thank You For The Good Night |

First off, Even All Out is awesome! I went to The Edge last night to see the guys perform, and it was amazing! They played some songs I've already heard [Written It Off, 11 Hours, Slip Away] and some I hadn't heard before[Got It Figured Out, Thank You For The Good Night, etc.], but were great anyhow!
I picked up their CD at the show, paid only $10 for it, a very cool price! I would have paid more just cuz I really wanted it! I'm listening to it right now, and it's fantastic! The vocals, the lyrics, the music, everything! I believe this will be in my cd rotation constantly! I think the guys deserve to hit the mainstream, I think they would be very successful, however I know the backlash of what the mainstream does to bands. They forget who/what made them who they are! And that truly is a bummer!
After their set, my sister and I had all four of the guys sign my cd. From that you can tell who the wallflowers are and who the outgoing ones are! Billy and Ryland are the outgoing ones, while Pete and Jon are the wallflowers! I must admit I have a certain fascination with Ryland. I don't know what it is about guys who play the drums, I'm drawn to them. Maybe it's because they have one hard job in bands. It's really not that difficult in my mind to play the guitar, but the drums are a bit different! Anyway, I also had my pic taken with all four of them, Ryland first, then Pete and Jon together, then Billy. They certainly are sweet guys!
I plan on seeing them again very soon! I'd like to check them out in Orono, but I can't make it. Hopefully they can do more shows in Augusta, and other places close by! They are an awesome band to see live!!
I'm not gonna go into what happened after we [my sis and I] left The Edge, cuz it has to do with the guy on October 13th! Plus, I don't want to spoil such a great memory for me! :O)
