Three class days till Easter break!! [09 Apr 2006 | duel start @ 12:43am]
[ mood | tired ]
[ music | Party ~ AiM ]

"Is that a monster or a dessert topping?"
~ Bakura

Hee. Once you get over wanting to murder the dub for completely screwing over the original canon, it's actually quite amusing. Like Zork the Evil Purple Blob.

You know, I really, really wonder why Takahashi designed Zork the way he did. There's no mistaking the positioning of that dragon head. Why in the world did he do that? The mind reels.

Have been reading over a few ygo_sanctuary posts. That RP seems like too much crack even for me. XDD

Have also been experimenting with the website lately. I'm trying to figure out how to make an image divider bar that adjusts to the width of the page but doesn't deform. It's more difficult than I initially thought. >_>

Angie and Kathryn and Rachel and I went to Angie's parents' house for dinner tonight, for Angie's birthday on Monday. We had lasagna and cake, yum. Kinda showed me how different it is for a family with an only child. I think I'm glad to have a big family.

EDIT, 1:49am:

ALSO: Bakura is the Easter Bunny. Look at the second picture down. *dead*

Great Thinkers [09 Apr 2006 | duel start @ 02:25pm]
[ mood | cheerful ]
[ music | Feeling Fine ~ L'Arc~en~Ciel ]

"Goldfish are clearly the great thinkers of this age."
~ dartz_sensei

And angelfish!!

I still love anzu_kun's icon. XDDD

Today's Palm Sunday. I have my palm, sitting over on my desk. It's interesting timing, what with the translation of the Gospel of Judas being released recently. I wonder about all the new things that are coming up nowadays. The more I think about it, the more I think it's just part of the times. We have tradition because it's been shown to work. People think that a part of tradition is wrong and go against it and end up getting hurt, and then realize, "Hey, maybe these customs that have been formed and followed over thousands of years really have some truth to them after all." Not to say that we're perfect, but I find it extremely difficult to believe that four thousand years and trillions of people have missed the mark so completely.
