This month's issue of Wired had a number of Very Short Stories, of exactly six words each. The idea was inspired by what Ernest Hemingway considered to be his best story, though none of the ones submitted matched his for poignancy:

I think it captures something of the book's ambiguity. Talking of which, the title of this post represents the Song of Solomon.
