After the fall, the first way in which Adam and Eve manifest their sin is in lust for one another. Well, quite apart from this not being in the Bible, I don't even know what it means to lust after one's spouse. Nevertheless, Milton says of Adam:
Carnal desire enflaming, he on Eve
Began to cast lascivious Eyes, she him
As wantonly repaid; in Lust they burned...
