MET THE "GOD" OF BODY ATTACK

last evening, i went for body attack class as i always do every
monday... my fren angeline was totally delighted yest and i
asked her why...

missy dawnut: how come u so happy today

angeline: the "god" and "goddess" of body attack is here

missy dawnut: WHOA... who are these heavenly beings?

angeline: "god" is Sebastian.. he is the best body attacker in
Singapore.. and "goddess" is Christine.. (who is our present
instructor, whose mentor is "god")

missy dawnut: wooooooo... i muz meet "god"

and so angeline introduced me to her "god" ... quite a nice guy
who is always in smiles... no wonder they call him the smiling
body attacker... heh.. unfortunately he teaches at True Fitness

got this new chap who is training to be instructor ...he is called
Dowel or Doel... cant remember how it is spelt... he looks pretty
young... these days kids sure do have very interesting names..
anyway.. he was shadowing the instructor last nite... damn
lembeh...dun see the energy... and it didnt help that he was
wearing a loose top... got the feeling like flabs bouncing though
he has muscles all over... heh

oh and yest the class was super crowded... apparently alot of
the paragon regulars came by... wonder izzit bcos they heard
"god" is dropping by... anyway i almost got kicked by this uncle
a few times (almost kenna one right in the face :p)

nonetheless it was a good workout session!
