yesterday at about 7pm, i had a cramp in my tummy. i went to nathan's and squirmed around on the couch trying to get comfortable while we watched two back-to-back episodes of keen eddie. i love that show.
i went home and at 2:30am, i went to the emergency room because my tummy hurt really extra bad. after a very long time, they did a ct scan in order to determine whether i had an ovarian cyst or appendicitis. appendicitis it was! so at 2pm today, they butchered me and cleaned out my tummy (it had ruptured).
and now i am home sans one useless organ. weeeeeeeee

i get drawn back into the cycle. i cannot seem to free myself. or more factually, i cannot seem to find the will to extract myself from the situations that cause me pain.

happy birthday to me!
so far, i had a wonderful dinner last night with my parents with a nice coconut cake for dessert. they gave me a craven cat, a mickey mouse nightshirt, the alienist by caleb carr, perfume by patrick suskind, the art of drowning and picnic, lightning by billy collins. yay!
later today, i'm going to be spending the day with my best friend and some other friends playing nerdy games. it should be fun.
friday, a bunch of my friends and i are going to dinner at a nice restaurant. i usually never get a party or anything, and now my birthday is being observed no less than three times! hahaha yay!

i made a recording of my poor kitty when i gave him a bath. he sounds so sad!
if you want to listen to it, right click and save as: smokey howling in the bath. it's an .ogg file which should play just fine in winamp. :)

she's from Texas and weighs
103 pounds
and stands before the
mirror combing oceans
of reddish hair
which falls all the way down
her back to her ass.
the hair is magic and shoots
sparks as I lay on the bed
and watch her combing her
hair. she's like something
out of the movies but she's
actually here. we make love
at least once a day and
she can make me laugh
any time she cares
to. Texas women are always
healthy, and besides that she's
cleaned my refrigerator, my sink,
the bathroom, and she cooks and
feeds me healthy foods
and washes the dishes
too.

saturday was spent in east texas with susan and the bridesmaids. we had a great time, and i'll have pictures of some of the more interesting moments as soon as i can be bothered to upload them from my camera. i also spent too much money, but that's an entirely different story.
squat and i went to see pirates of the caribbean on monday. i loved it, except for the girl that played elizabeth swann. she had difficulty keeping her mouth closed. she looked like a mouth-breather. =[
it has come to my attention that my friend howeird is playing the slide guitar in the new jack daniels commercials (which i believe have yet to be released, but should be nationally televised). apparently, he also composed that music. go howeird! i'm so impressed with him right now. he's a brilliant musician. =D
