    Ok, so i didn't do it, but i promise to stick with it tomorrow. I have to. There is no room for failures in this world. I have to do it. I have to do it, I have to do it!!! Today I had
    One bagel and cream cheese : 210 calories
    6 chips :60 calories
    1 slice of cake : 290 calories
    5 pecans : 100 calories.

    Total: 660 Calories. Not bad for my first day, but i must try harder, i havent even had dinner yet. I don't think I will.

    Yay!
    Ok, well I am down about four pounds. 131 lbs is my weight, and i want to be 110. that is my goal. it is the 13th today, so in a month, if i lose three pounds a week, by the 20th il be 128, the 27th il be 125, by the 3rd of August il be 122, 10th of august il be 119, by the 17th of august il be 116, by the 24th of August il be 113, and by the 31st of August il be 110. I have it all planned out! now this is going to be a food diary. Here is how tomorrow will look:
    Breakfast : 2 microwaved Egg whites, one bowl of chicken broth, two mugs of green tea, one glass of cold water. 45 calories
    Lunch : Salad with one teaspoon of low fat dressing, one bowl of chicken broth, one mug of green tea. 70 calories
    Dinner : Large salad with one teaspoon dressing, one mug of green tea and one microwaved egg. 120 calories
