oh what a week....hit my precious little head from slipping on the stairs on monday....busted capilairs (if thats how you even spell them) in my eyes, resulting in a puffy face and i have a big cut across my forehead. went to emergency room. said i didnt have any serouis head trama and i said yes, ur just 13 years late. went to school yesterday, but stayed home today. watched almost famous this morning....ummm les see, nothing much else...oh yeah, we're having an all-school dance on friday. the theme is mardi gras...i dunno if im going. probably someone will end up flashing and then the teachers will give half the school detentions for bumping and grinding like last time. not my idea of fun.....

golly gee my party's gonna be a riot. no, not really. only five people are able to come!!! and out of them, problay only three will show. but hey: an initimte seting makes for soiree sucess! claire, maria, maddie, and maybe tyler. ruhtie and stargirl cant come. oh yeah saxon and marc might come too. everyone else is busy and it sucks. blech. and i have this really cool set up too. stobe lights disco ball and the whole basement to ourselves. oh well. im gonna call mom today and get lizzie's phone number. i havent talked to here since i stopped reciveing tutor sessions, back in november. she said she's call me but she hasnt yet.

yea im in the 2nd week of no school. then we have finals....blech. so got back from cleavland saturday night really late. had to sit next to Alex on the plane......mother embaressed me beyond belief.......fun fun. got some coll gifts. 5 cds. pete yorn, grateful dead, joni mtchell, the doors, and the beatles. got a cute punk hello kitty patch. and shirt. got 2 very short mini skirts. appartently mommy thinks if i wear them, i'll befriend certain people. got earrings and a turtleneck that as too tight so instead granma is gonna get me a dillards gft certificate. then yesterday morning i came over to dad's and got game cube, monkey ball and zelda games, jeans, tower of chocolate, underwear, an amp and an electric gutair.....whee! oh and grandma cecil is still staying with us, including stevie (friend of dad from california), his wife, and there 2 kids....they kinda took my pad in the basement so 've been sleeping on the couch. but i dont mind. loretta and randon are so precouis! just as long as they dont pilage my room, i'll be happy....well content.
watched Bram stokers dracula last night with dad....i forgot how good that was. dracul is pretty cute for a vampire. obviously kinds creepy and he has these cool glasss like tim burton. and long long haor and a neat little suit.....ahhhh he's seducing me!!!!!

jeez its been forever since i last posted!! ahahah! been busy and really had nothing to write about anyways. so get out of school for winter brake tomarrow...the 23th, me and my mom, kevin, and alec are leaving for Cleaveland to visit family...yeah, dad's pretty pissed about that. last week, i decided i just wanted to be freinds with colin...he said he isnt hurt, but i think he is. i feel bad. =( it's just......well, i dunno, i dont like we had a boyfrind/girlfrind connection there. i like him, just not like that. he's fun and humorus and kind. besides, i dont think im ready for a boyfrind at this place and time. so thats the last 2 weeks in a nutshell.

woo who! im back in school after a long and strenuous journey to the town of Knoxville, tennsesse. 10 hours we drove( acually, my dad drove, i mainly slept.) we left at 6am friday and got to town around 4pm. aunt bebe's house never fails to amaze me! its so humonoid!is that even a word? well, alejandro was there, and that was exciting because i havent seen him in three years. man-bev, aunt dodes, aunt bebe, uncle jim, aunt lolly, kristen, aunt jane, and of course us. it was really wondyful to see everyone.

II. The state of our oceans are horrible. Over fishing is a major cause of endangerment and extinction of marine life and is not being properly dealt with. If we do not address the failing U.S. ocean policy, as the opposition suggests, who is to say what will happen in years to come? Total extinction of hundreds of species of marine life? This is not far from reality.
III. Our proposition will change this. Simply protect U.S. fishing grounds from dangerous and impractical fishing methods such as shrimp trawling and the future of our oceans will look much more promising.
IV. The proposition of changing the ocean policy is needed because of the alarming toll on marine life in the last few years. Tactics such as pelagic long-lining kill up to 40,000 sea turtles and gillnetting kills up to 30 different species of marine mammals, including dolphins and porpoises a year , according to the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization).Not only cancan this take a devastating toll on our seafood supply, but the whole delicate ocean ecosystem could be thrown out of balance.
V. Our plan is also desirable. In a recent study conducted my the FAO, 92% of U.S. commercial fisheries would gladly abandon the use of harmful practices like shrimp trawling and lone-lining if the once abundant marine life essential for their business would return. More and more people are depending on seafood as a steady supply as America’s costal areas are becoming more populated. If we catch more fish in less time, and the majority of those fish are unwanted or too young to have reproduced, then there will be less fish for people to eat later on.
VI. A) The U.S. ocean policy is believed by us to be ineffective and absolute. Our opposers believe that the policy is working and should continue to be in place.
B) But with our proof I think you will all agree that our country’s policy is simply in a horrible state and needs to be changed, for the sake of our oceans and ourselves. We urge you to accept our proposal.

i had to work on it over vacation which sucked. =( im going to jeff city on thursday for my YIG convention and we'll stay at the capital regency....tehe and i'll spend all day running messages for ppl at the capitial. then on saturday im celebrating me and colin's one month aniversery....*sigh*.

last nite was my date. we walked around because everthing was closed. i got back at 12:45 becasue we drove colin home. i dont know why im not happy. all surcamstances point to happiness..but im not. its an ovecast gloomy day and i feel weird and not at all happy. not becasue of the date but like something else...hmm. this morning we picked up aunt mary at the airport and tomarrow she and adean's (alec's friend from school) family will share our thanksgiving with us. turkey turkey turkey! i know how david feels in this song. it was like it was made for me. i have this second affrimitve speech to work on over the break. i dont even like debate. i sucks ass. but mother will see that i drag thru till the end of the year. god, listen to me. im suck a piss hole.

well, yesterday we went to church..at least my body did; my mind was elsewhere. It was boring(i know, thats kind of repitiory,) then we went home, i watched tv, then me and my pop went up to Runge. Father had a talk with Colin. (the whole 'touch my baby girl and i'll hunt you down' bit; i wasnt alowed to be out there when they talked.) Then dad left and me and colin hung around for 2 hours...it was really fun=) but ppl were everywhere!! so for what it was, it was a blast. I've learned a valuble lesson: don't got to nature centers if you want to have fun. never again!

last note was my date with colin. it was great..we snuggled and kissed *sighs*..the only 2 problems was that it was crawling with droids(otherwise known as preps, clones, posers, etc.) and that i had an encouter with my arch enemy jessica. she s all like ' oh hiiiiiiiiii cat. oh is this your boyfreind or something?' and i am betting she will say something sarcasrtic and snide about him on monday u just wait. but other than that it was cool. the movie was funny. Buddy was a lot like me which is scary...then his freinds (colin's) meet us outside the movie theatre and we talked. i knew erin and sam, but i meet his 2 freinds brandon and john. they were cool but mother dearest would let me go out anywhere else. but im planning on going up to jeff this next weekend..maybe i'll see them there.
