I Can Waaaaaiiiiittttt
One-and-a-half days till I get my nice long weekend. Some of which will be spent doing sweaty garden-related things involving gravel and edging if weather permits, because it's got to be done and I set myself a deadline for the end of this month, dammit.
The Sinful Shepherd's Pie, Reblochon and Haägen Dazs are finally gone, thank foop. H nobly helped.
Unfortunately we're not going to find out about that mystery guest at Collectormania London for a while because while the delay was going on, things got so OTT on the forum (both in a positive and negative way) that the organizers felt it would be unfair to the guest to announce him/her now. So they're going to wait until they have some more guests to announce and then slip it in there. They didn't dare confirm who it was until they got the contract, but made the mistake of trying to commit to a date and time of announcement thinking the contract was being faxed over when it was in fact being sent by post. Ooops!
Of course, the more enterprising forum-goers will no doubt work out which of the future announcements relates to this particular guest based on the few clues we got, but hey - I understand why they did it. Can't say I'm not disappointed, but we all live and learn. It's not as if I'm not already committed to going, having signed up for the paid Supernatural talk and a photoshoot with Misha (CASTIEL CASTIEL CASTIEL, woo!) on the Saturday... |
