Hi everyone how are you all. I just came back from limin with my friends from school. Yesterday was a holiday here in my country in the caribbean. My day started off with chatting with Wendy online until about 4am (she had a stressful problem to go deal with so we said bye). I woke up like around 8.45am when i was supposed to be awake earlier to wake up tyrell to go play soccer. Lol but we werent that late anyway. The game was like kinda hard for me since i went to play after wakin 15mins before. That is not recommended lol but i really like the game. Also i played soccer twice for the week already so i guess my injured ankle really wasnt functioning as much as my brains wanted it to.
After the game tyrell came home by me to get some data and check his email. He also spoke to wendy and guess what wendy. His comment is that for the short period of time he spoke to you that you are like really cool and that he expects you will fit into our countries culture easy. I got ready and went by tyrell for him to clean up after the game. We also had to pass by terri to give her some data files. Lol on the way to terri i was jokin with tyrell and asked him if he was going into terri house if her father was home. He was like all big and saying that he was going inside if rain was falling (note rain was about to start fallin at the time he said that). Would you believe when he reached her house he didnt step foot in her yard because her father was home. Man was only mouth well i had a good laugh lol. We went back by tyrell house and terri was going to pass there when she finished her hair (geez what is with the hair treatment ) Anyway whilst waiting on her we both fell asleep watching HISTORY CHANNEL with tyrell mom in the TV room. Terri came and saw tyrell sleeping because by that time i woke up lol. The plan now was to meet cahsan in the food court at the mall, eat and then go see a movie.
Pizza we had for dinner. Movie we initially wanted to see was THE LEGEND OF ZORRO. but nooooo the girls wanted to watch LORD OF WARS. no problem but when we reached to the screen at the cineplex the show wouldnt start due to technical diffuculties. They allowed us to switch to another screen lol. So the girls choose IN HER SHOES. man i almost went home then. I stayed to keep the lime going hehehe.
IN HER SHOES wasnt bad i must say. The review says it is a comedy i think they forgot the word drama and romance before comedy. However there were two poems that was recited during the movie that was really nice.

Such touching poems really cool and coming from someone who dont really read poems.
Enjoy the show if you choose to watch a movie but i prefer say The Legend of Zorro hehehe but i cannot since i have not seen it ..... YET.

I am sure a lot of times people wondered when they were young why do i have to do what they want me to do this or that. Then most of the time there is the rebellious stage once the order has been given. Sigh! Ah well i guess we all at some point in time have been there done that. Yep rebel. REBEL just plain REBEL against what we consider to be oppression. We REBEL against all kinds of stuff and for many varying reasons.
There are those of us who rebel for the fun of it lol. Yeah the kind who dont simply like authority. There are those of us who like our own way as they put it. There are those of us who are just fed up and .... REBEL. Then there are the few who have a good reason and cause to REBEL.
Most of the time we REbel against our parents decisions or instructions towards our lives. Next set of people we Rebel against are those at the school hehehe. There are other entities or organisations we REBEL against but they are in the minority depending on what country you are from as well as the culture.
MOM AND DAD hmmm yep i think while in our Teenage years we rebelled a lot depending on ones nature but i believe we all did rebel against there decisions. I notice as we get older and as long as we live with the parents or sometimes we dont have to live with them for this to occur we still Rebel but at a lesser rate than when we are in our teens. The thing is that as adults we are always mom and dad children no matter how old one gets. I also think that it is a cyclic thing in that we will end up doing the same thing with our children when our turn comes along.
BASICALLY the reason our parents put restrictions on their children is because it out of a sense of love and protection for their children. NOW THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SANE PARENTS for all those crazy parents who aint exactly sane even by human rights standards you need to restricted by others from your children cause you dont know what you are doing.
Anyway i believe that our parents have grown up in their era and are most likely exposed to more or less than we have been. Their outlook on issues are different. Their nature is different in fact all the possible influences that have shaped their lives are what influence their decisions towards moulding their children. Most of the time an open mind is forgotten and that natural paternal and maternal instincts kick in and WHAM the orders and instructions to NOT do this OR DO THAT starts.
When you are an adult this cycle really pisses one off at times. However we need to remember that our parents are around longer than we are and they may see something we dont see. However they may also not be able to see anything at all and are just automatically in disagreement with a choice we make. Since we are adults we should act like one. You know say hey mom and dad i am an adult ok. So lets talk about this issue in a logical and proper manner.
YEAH right that never happens yeah i know but we should cast our anger aside for a moment and wonder why are our parents taking that stance regarding this issue. hmmm is it that they are not aware of all the facts or is it something i am missing here. We got to admit it lol when we set our hearts on something we tend to want to do that and dont like others who are negative towards our goals. But seriously practically speaking we need to review what our choices are at times. I mean we need to look at the long term and not just the short term. See how many people it affects and how it affects them. I mean if it affects them based on feelings well in my opinion HARD LUCK.
AT THE END OF THE DAY WHATEVER DECISIONS WE MAKE IT WILL BE WE WHO WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT.
So hey give it a try and talk and discuss the issues in a logical and practical manner with your parents. If you are wondering why lol well for one i think when our turn comes we will either be just as bad as our parents in that aspect, a little better or even worse. BUT I THINK no matter what our parental instincts will kick in automatically towards our children and we will have the cycle all over again. Modern scientific studies show how to deal with children regarding do and do not issues. Maybe we can use it in reverse towards parents of the old school era. But no matter what "What goes around comes around" So remember if you stress your parents hehehe expect stress with your children cause.....IS ONLY REBELLION if you dont do it correct. So when mom or dad gets you pissed just cool out and then sit and discuss the situation with them logically because after all we are all adults as much as you will always be their baby. :( lol
PS. The author of this post has no children but just sits as an observer and realised something.
Pssst sweetheart dont stress anymore k. Also stayin angry or upset or not talkin doesnt solve the problem in fact it may cause a bit of distance to develop depending on how angry upset or not talkin one takes it to.

Hi, Everyone how are you? You may be wondering what the hell is this about. Well for one this is Mark here writing and not Wendy. Also this has nothing to do with Wendy lol. The above quotations are from Shakespeare and other ppl whom i thought it fitting to use for this blog. I am also keeping Wendy now not so important blog because it cant put pictures alive hehehehe. (Psst Wendy this is not an excuse to neglect this blog ok i cant be writing all the time).
You know i wonder at times if i am a jealous person and if so to what level do i take it. I assume sometimes we all have the feeling of jealousy just that some ppl have it worse than others. My concern though is why i mean why do some people get so jealous. Lol i found out today that someone is jealous of me due to my achievements to the point where at times they get ill lol. That is really dumb i would think. The thing is that i am aware of their mood towards me but lol i ignore it as best as i can.
Ignore it eh is not that easy since at times it affects your movements and performance. Performance at work since this is happening at work. The thing is i am just minding my own business and being myself which is puttin my all into my job as best as i can and not thinking of myself or what i can get out of my job for me alone. I mean two hands must clap. So if my company hires me for a purpose the better i perform the better the company should be and in the long run the better off i am once my company prospers or simply stays alive. It means i stay alive lol job wise that is.
But darn i have to put up with the attitudes on nearly a daily basis with certain ppl. It is from one thing to the other. The thing is this person actually at times watches me in my face and smiles and ask me for stuff to benefit them. The thing is that they dont realise i am unto them and i dislike such behaviour. However i am not that kinda person so even if i am your enemy i will help you if assistance is requested. But it is the way it is done geez she is like.
SHE: (Put on their so called charming smile lol and maybe a bat of their eyes which most likely will not notice) Mark can i have a DVD or can i get this or borrow that.
MARK: Ugh what is that you want? ( Depending on what it is i will not ask any more questions) Sure just provide a blank DVD or CD and i will get you the information.
SHE: (All smiley and gentle voiced) Thank you.
Now i aint gonna get into any kinda conversation because you want something especially when that person doesnt like me. I give them their information which by the way is most likely not work related but for their personal. Lol and would you believe that same person will be (bi...hy) the next day or the day after with me. They are like a blasted light switch. You may say i am dumb to help such people out. But the the policy is that i am not goin to drop to their standards and have this war between me and them let that person war with themselves and the invisible me who they think have a grudge or vendetta with them.
However their are times i blank them with a valid excuse when i know what they ask for is for no good. lol
WHAT I CANNOT TAKE THOUGH IS PEOPLE PRETENDING TO LIKE YOU OR BE YOUR FRIEND TO GET SOMETHING FROM ME. If you dont like me then act like that all the time. I am not a beast or act like a beast so if you want assistance you dont need the facade to get my help if i can help. Just ask and keep on trucking lol.
Yeah well it is back to the office to see the unhappy people again.
So people JEALOUSY profits nothing ok. Cause we all got this nature for other moods. Leave out the negative moods and practice using the good ones. If you feel like someone is getting ahead of you or they seem to be getting preferential treatment. Ask yourself why? Check to see what is happening. It may be that you are the problem. If so be realistic and fix it ok. You will benefit yourself in the long run. If you realise it is clearly a case of bias either bring it up carefully and get it worked out or move on by either leaving or ignoring it (Ignoring may be kinda hard) But seriously jealousy can cause a person to get ill and sick physically and mentally. It just isnt worth it since nothing is being done about you developing that feeling.

Was having a chat with Shirlyn & Simon @ Hougang S11, spoke about Macintosh for all 3 of us are "MACers" and Simon is de stylo APPLE man! All of us have something in common besides being "MACers" , we happened to be animal lovers too! We were just talking about doggies, kitties, reptiles.. then an awful memory resurfaced.. My TVC & SPCA..
I was supposed to do a TV commercial against Animal Abuse, so I had to check out de info online, I watched videos on how unwanted puppies get gassed, how people drip ink into a kitten's nose till it died....arrrgg.. too painful to go on.. but still I have to watch all those videos. I got really depressed but the project had to be completed.. I remember theres a dog downstairs my school, so I decided to do some rough shootings with that dog, got my cameras & manpower ready, went down and I found the dog in one corner lying down, shivering and flies flying all over him, I was really upset, I couldnt go on with the shooting and I decided to get help from our Local animal friendly foundation( kind to animals but not to humans ) .. SPCA...a lady picks up the phone and here's how de conversation went abt..
SPCA : ( in a bored tone ) SPCA..
ME : Hi SPCA? I need help with a sick stray dog..
SPCA : What is your name?
ME : ( details of me 1st rather den de dog..interesting ) My name is Wendy..
SPCA : ( impatiented ) Full name please!!
ME : Oh, sorry, my full name is Wendy Lai..
SPCA : Lai what? ( so rude! )
ME : ( trying to keep my cool ) Just Wendy Lai thats it
SPCA : IC number.. ( duh ?? )
ME : S******* ( i told her my ID number )
SPCA : Where are you now? ( i feel like I am an animal now )
ME : 260 sims ave..
SPCA : What breed is the dog?
ME : I dunnoe
SPCA : Look like what breed??? ( irritated tone )
ME : I really dun noe!
SPCA : How big is the dog??
ME : errm Medium size?
SPCA : How come you everything dunnoe? You think we very free go around looking and searching for sick dogs ah? We have alot of things to do you know!
ME : ( pissed ) OK i noe nuts about dog breeds, all i can see now is a sick dog here right in front of me! Just tell me how SPCA handle such cases!!
SPCA : ( rudely ) We will pick up the dog and what we do to the dog you cannot ask anything about it.
ME : why not? I dun mind paying the medical fees if the dog can be cured
SPCA : NO! its a stray dog, whatever we do to the dog, you have no right to noe!
ME : Ok ok.. so when are you coming to pick up the dog
SPCA : since you cannot provide me with enough information about de dog we will take a longer time, maybe one week later.
ME : what? a week later? the dog is pretty sick..
SPCA : you everything also dunnoe, ( thr she goes again ) you think we are very free ah? We have alot to do! You think we have all the time to go look for your sick dog, we have other things to attend to... and.. ( i interrupted )..
ME : ( fugging pissed ) EH why do u have to shout @ me? I see a sick dog and I call SPCA for help..if you dont wanna help then tell me, dun hv to shout at me just because I dunnoe the breed of the dog! Are you being paid to do your job??? If you are then I am going to complain against you! If u r a volunteer den STOP volunteering if you r so unhappy!! Dun need to shout at me!
SPCA : ( silence )
ME : so are u pple gonna pick up the dog or i send the dog to the vet myself?
SPCA : ( subtle ) Ok, we will try to pick up the sick dog ASAP ( den she repeats the details )
ME : ok thanks alot
SPCA : ( hangs up without saying bye or anything )
Yeah.. for the next whole month I still see the dog, I gotto feed the dog everyday myself!! Until it dissappear one day and I guess maybe SPCA had taken the dog or maybe its dead somewhr, I am not supposed to find out according to SPCA.
From the Animal Abusers to SPCA...ALL left me so damn freaking depressed that I couldnt complete my project... I just had to stop the TVC project or else i will just go into more depression.
Maybe its just so ZIngaporeans to close a blind eye to animal abuse coz all they think abt is themselves. Even SPCA is bullshit! So sad..
Here's something for you to ponder abt.. Most of the serial killers have tortured animals before they find no more thrills in animal killings/toturings and turned their attention to humans. So Zingapore " gar ments" better do sth to animal abusers! punish them! Kill their sick fetishes b4 they kill you!! Dun say I never warn ya.....

I never liked consumers' opinions on local music, because they will have ALL the bad things to say, its not that you cant give any opinions at all but do it correctly and it has to be valid comments! Have you any idea theres more to the band then just the Vocals? Have you any idea how much they have to go thru to get their albums done? All you can say is "hey de vocal sux" " cannot stand it" "horrible" , oh well they can be that bad BUT can u do BettER den them? If not DONT ever start blurting such retarded remarks. Please, INTELLIGENT LISTENING!!!! Dun be an idiot, SG dun need comments from moronic consumers like you, we have enough to crush the local music industry down. By saying they Sux Sux Sux shows what kinda person you are! Give constructive remarks, if you think they sux, tell them why and how they sux. I dun understand why you peepz, have to stalk call me and make me feel like shit, so what if I dun believe in your doctrines or teachings? Does that classifiy me "insane" in ur biblical dictionary?? Did God give you the rights to judge me? I am fully aware of my own relationship with God, which I dun need YOU, to update me. I really suggest that if you bugz do regular prayers, pls stop praying for me or for others , pray for your own self first, dun try to save me without saving yourself first! You can wait for your enlightenment and then read your bible after your "enlightenment" I dont have time for that coz I feel that the Bible has an urgent msg for us and we need to read it now!
