What went wrong with us? I just seem to be tired and down all the time.
I don't have the energy to get to school, and I've started being a little insomiac-like.
It was all going so well - I was so happy, and enjoying what we have together. I made some very good friends, and i love the people you introduced me to.

gelatine (2 x 12 gm sachet disolved over a small amount of hot water)
caster sugar (some)
lemon juice
beat together well >>>>whip 300ml cream >>>stir into mixture>>>>melt toblerone (a good big bit) over hot water (in double saucepan)>>>>stir into mixture>>>>refrig overnight

I think I beat the creamcheese, sugar & lemon juice, then stir through the gelatine/hot water mix

BASE!
crushed biscuits (a mix of plain - like milk arrowroot, & a few choc coated ones) + 125gm melted butter
press into container>>>refrig while making topping
