last night i was looking forward to a lonely night and maybe some sleep. as it turns out, a simple act of good will (offering a coworker a ride home in the rain) turned into a glorious night spent in the extremely chill company of two people who'd i'd met and talked to on occasion, but never really hung out with before. i look forward to more of the like, hopefully in the nearer future than far. i also had my first foray into nicotine ever, and while i was not entirely impressed, cloves taste fucking good. although i don't really think that's what Christmas tastes like. but i could be wrong. it's been known to happen in the past.
in other news, i got an e-mail about why i was flipped out on Saturday night. i'm worried that i'm reaching a point where i don't care anymore. maybe that's healthy. we'll see.
concert in two days!!!
