i've noted that, as of late, i seem to be turning into one of those assholes who are really bitchy to everyone except those of which they are trying to charm for something. in realizing and acknowledging this problem, i give everyone i'm not *charming* permission to call me a bitch or whatnot, and beat the shit out of me, should it get bad enough.
in other news, Wicker Park is a kickass movie. no questions. it's got a great story line, many twists, and even a happy(ish) ending. rawk on.
on the other hand, Garden State is one of the pointless ones i've seen in a while. the greatest thing to say about this movie was at one point, there's a group late teens-young adults, and they start doing drugs for the helluvit. someone hands the main character a small, white, pill with a face one it: starts for eyes, cresent moon as a mouth. upon recognizing it, i was like "yay! ecstasy!" and my mother gave me this "0_o" look, and asked "how do you know what it is?"
