i have abandoned my nice, safe, warm, comfy, num-num-sweepy-yum bed (with kitty foot warmer!) thanks to a certain pun (see title) that's been buzzing around my head. which reminded me of some of the other really bad puns i've been hearing (and making, i'm ashamed to admit) lately. take yesterday (at our first swim meet! wo0t!) for example:
"well miss emmi, know that i'll sitting at the end of your lane, yelling and screaming, and i won't stop till you've finished your swimmy thing."
"thank you, miss kitty, you're very nice"
"hey, what're [water] friends for?"
the sad thing is, i didn't realize the pun i had made until it was too late. it ranks right up there with mommi's "ARTfully deceptive" and Ra's "she must have gotten the pee scared out of her."
ugh...i keep remembering more and more ban puns...........i'm going to bed.
