This is to have been an early week for me, as in "sleep early" cuz I've been seriously lacking sleep for the past year or so.

I was good for a couple of nights, but last night, blew it, but for a good reason.

I was getting to know my spanking new Creative NOMAD Jukebox Zen Xtra MP3 player.

Yeah, collected it yesterday evening from my good friend and local Creative distributor. But it wasn't just "hi, here's your MP3 player, here's the money, bye". Teo is a good friend who I haven't been in contact with for a while (except to ask about product prices), so we had a good time catching up on each other's lives, too, and chatting about mutual friends.

The ZenX (my nick for my MP3 player) is cool. So far, only two things suck about it.

The menu button should double as the select button. Right now, the quick scroller button is also the select button. More than once, I've clicked on the menu button twice, thinking it'd select the highlighted item, but of course, it doesn't.
The supplied case doesn't have a cut-out to show the LCD screen. So I have to unclip it to look at the menu, etc. The stud button is probably the first to go on this case.

I don't think there are third party cases for my ZenX. Which means a trip to Pertama Complex to have one custom-made.

Happy now.
