Hello! :)
I am Jesse, and I have created my blog for the sole purpose of keeping me focused on my goal to lose weight.
I live in a house with 5 other people, all who eat and live the same way I do, and we're all big here, so it is going to be difficult to make such big changes in my lifestyle, when everyone else in the house is keeping the norm.
It doesn't help also that I'm broke most the time, so I can only eat whatever is cheap, and I have no gym membership, which wouldn't be a problem if the ground weren't currently covered in 6 inches of snow. :/
But, with just my hope and my yoga tapes (that were purchased for $10 at Aldi's Grocery Store) I'm going to give it a shot. I will occasionally post good ways to exercise for free, and some cheap meals that don't cost an arm and a leg.
- Height-5'3 - Current weight-248lbs - Measurements (if you have them)-nope, sorry - Lowest weight-lowest in the past 5 yrs, 200lbs - Highest weight-again in the past 5 years, 260lbs - Short term goal- Get back down to 200 - Long term goal- Get down to 150-160lbs

Hi Everyone. Ive been using my blurty account to update on my food intake and exercise log. It serves as a fitness tracker to me and helps me realise my goals and encourage me to push harder so i can get fitter
I've decided to change the way that i view food and how i eat and the way i live my life by ensuring that i eat healthier (more colour in my diet) and stay active.
i currently weigh 143 lbs = 10.2 stones and i aim to reach my 8.7 stones = 121.8 pounds goal by the end of 2007 and maintain it that way.
Snce starting this "fitness" journal in 2004- i have lost a total of 2.4 stones (post-pregnancy weight to present) and counting :)

At FAA we're, well, I at the moment, will lend support and guidance that I've already learned to help overcome this problem. Food addiction never goes away, it's like being an alcoholic or drug addict, you're always one (or so I'm told). Unfortunatly, you can't give up food like you can alcohol or drugs. So management and rethinking is the key. If you think you can benefit from the group please join I think it will be fantastic to lend and get support on this specific problem! Hope to see you there!

hey all. i found calorie_count today.. and it seems helpful, so i thought i could maybe start posting =] Im not extreamly over weight, but im deff not one of those skinny chicks that think// pretend like they think they're fat. I have just been what I would say is chubby. A kinda girl that its not like the first thing you think of when you see her is that shes over weight, but they might think that if they saw me wearing a bikini (which i have wanted to be able to wear for so long.) anyways.. im very active. i played Volleyball and Basketball on high school teams, and am about to start Lacrosse. I dont eat all that healthy. I suck at diets and such. I started to be vegitarian 2 months ago, but still eat a lot of junk food. I have been the same weight for about 2 years. So if you have any tips to just do that little something extra to help me steadily loose a few pounds.. i would like that very much =]

And Im Looking To Lose Alot Of Weight!!! HERE ARE MY STATS Age 19 (20 in 2 months) Height 5'9" - Current weight 238lbs - Measurements (if you have them) sorry dont have em - Lowest weight 140 grade 9 - Highest weight 240 - Short term goal 200 - Long term goal 140 How i plan to do it... well on Feb 1st i am moving into a new building with a gym in it.. im gonna hit the gym daily... even if its only for 30 mins some days... im going to watch what i eat and cut out alot of the carbs and sugars i eat...... If any one has any good tips i would really appreciate them I'll try to keep you updated.. thnx for listening.. lz comment with tips or anything... :):)

Hello, I'm getting married in June and I could really use some support and help in getting skinny for the wedding. Here's my stats:
- Height - 5'6" - Current weight 145 lbs - Measurements (if you have them) No measurements at this time - Lowest weight - after high school - 132 lbs - Highest weight - 156 lbs - Short term goal - 140 lbs - Long term goal - 132 lbs
I seem to have lost all motivation to exercise. HELP! I'm gettin fitted for my wedding dress in a month. I need to lose 13 pounds fast. I know it's virtually impossible to lose that much in a month, and incredibly unhealthy, but I need to do what i can.

I've always been a weigher, but watching The Biggest Loser last night I decided to measure me. It's hard to measure oneself so I probably did it wrong but the measurements were HUGE :( so I'm sticking to the scales. Which do you prefer? Why?
