All Che's children The children of Che are disgusted by capitalism corrupting revolutionary organizations - as am I when I see a wealthy US capitalist hurl the most vile sexist abuse at a comrade. This is what happens when the spoiled brats of the petit-bourgeoisie weasel and worm their cancerous way in. There is such a thing as capitalist entryism after all. So what would Che do? I think he would have some thoughts to offer us in a strategic sense because he dealt personally with liquidationism quiet often in-the-field. And as he was a practical trained doctor whose radical new techniques of relieving pressure by skull treppaning was recently revived in Iraq by the famed neurologist Dr al-Jabiri. Its up to us to acknowledge Che was a flawed revolutionist in a deformed workers state kneecapped by sanctions but at the same time not throw the baby out with the bath water. If Che lives then some backsliders must die. | | 3:09a |

MARX'S STABBING SPREE MARX'S ANTI-SEMITISM may be illustrated by examining his attitude towards Ferdinand Lassalle, who was a Jew from Breslau in Silesia. As. a young man Lassalle had led the workers of Duesseldorf during the revolution of 1848. But he had never been a member of the Communist League, since his application to join the Cologne branch had been turned down: and he had taken no part in the risings in Germany in 1849 in support of the Frankfurt constitution, since he had been in jail at that time. Consequently in the 1850s, while nearly all the former supporters of the revolution were either in prison or in exile, Lassalle was able to live in Duesseldorf, without being unduly molested by the authorities. It was to Marx's advantage to keep in touch with Lassalle, who gave him news of the underground workers' movement "in the Rhineland. And through his aristocratic connections - he was a close friend of the Countess of Hatzfeld - he was sometimes able to provide Marx with useful political information which he could use in articles contributed to the New York Tribune and Die Presse. But while Marx regarded himself as the head or a great politica1 movement who should be obeyed by his followers, Lassalle declined to be a mere disciple and was determined to be a leader of the German workers in his own right. The correspondence between Marx and Lassalle suggests that the two men were colleagues who - despite certain differences of opinion - were collaborating to achieve a common aim. But the letters exchanged between Marx and Engels tell a very different story. Here Marx showed his contempt for the Jew who presumed to have opinions and ambitions of his own. When Lassalle was Marx's guest in London in 1862 Marx wrote to Engels: "It is now perfectly clear to me that, as the shape of his head and the growth of his hair indicate, he is descended from the negroes who joined in the flight of Moses from Egypt (unless his mother or grandmother on the father's side was crossed with a nigger). Now this union of Jewishness to Germanness on a negro basis was bound to produce an extraordinary hybrid. The importunity of the fellow is also niggerlike." Marx referred to his guest as a "Jewish nigger" who was "completely deranged." He frequently used derogatory epithets when writing about Lassalle, such as "Itzig" (Ikey), "Ephraim Gescheit" and "Judel Braun." And Marx's wife, in a letter to Engels, called Lassalle "the little Berlin Jew." AFTER LASSALLE'S DEATH in 1864 there are fewer uncomplimentary remarks about Jews in the Marx-Engels correspondence than before. In that year Engels became a partner in the firm of Ermen & Engels, and from 1867 onwards he paid Marx an annual allowance of 350 pounds. So, although Marx's financial problems were by no means solved, he had less need than formerly to try to borrow money from Jews - such as Ignaz Horn and Leo Frankel. He wrote to Engel's in 1875 that he had got into conversation with "a sly looking Yid" on a journey from London to Rotterdam. He was clearly delighted to be able to report that his loquacious Jewish travelling companion had been the victim of some sharp practice in a business deal. And in his old age when on holiday in Ramsgate, Marx declared that there were "many Jews and fleas" at the resort . IT WAS NOT ONLY in private letters to his closest friend that Marx indulged in anti-Semitic outbursts. In an article in the New York Tribune (4 January 1856), in which he discussed an international loan to be raised by the Russian government to finance the war in the Crimea, Marx savagely attacked the Jewish financiers who co-operated to place the loan. Marx wrote: "This loan is brought out under the auspices of the house of Stieglitz at St Petersburg. Stieglitz is to Alexander what Rothschild is to Francis Joseph, what Fould is to Louis Napoleon. The late Czar Nicholas made Stieglitz a Russian baron, as the late Kaiser Franz made old Rothschild an Austrian baron, while Louis Napoleon has made a cabinet minister of Fould, with a free ticket to the Tuileries for the females of his family. Thus we find every tyrant backed by a Jew. as is every Pope by a Jesuit. In truth, the cravings of oppressors would be hopeless, and the practicability of war out of the question, if there were not an army of Jesuits to smother thought and a handful of Jews to ransack pockets." Hope & Co. of Amsterdam played an important role in placing the Russian loan. This was not a Jewish firm, but Marx declared that "the Hopes lend only the prestige of their name; the real work is done by Jews, and can only be done by them as they monopolise the machinery of the loan-mongering mysteries by concentrating their energies upon the barter-trade in securities, and the changing of money and negotiating of bills in a great measure arising there from. Take Amsterdam for instance, a city harbouring many of the worst descendants of the Jews whom Ferdinand and Isabella drove out of Spain, and who, after lingering a while in Portugal, were driven thence also, and eventually found a safe place of retreat in Holland. In Amsterdam alone they number not less: than 35,000, many of whom are engaged in this gambling and jobbing of securities... Their business is to watch the monies available for investment and keenly observe where they lie. Here and there and everywhere that a little capital courts investment there is ever one of these little Jews ready to make a little suggestion or place a little bit of a loan. The smartest highwayman in the Abruzzi is not better posted about the locale of the hard cash in a traveller's valise or pocket, than those Jews about any loose capital in the hands of a trader." Marx went on to attack the Jewish finance houses of Koenigswarter, Raphael, Stem, Bischoffsheim, Rothschild, Mendelssohn, Bleichroeder, Fould and many others. He declared that many of these families were linked by marriage and he observed that "the loan mongering Jews derive much of their strength from these family relations, as these, in addition to their lucre affinities, give a compactness and unity to their operations which ensure their success." Marx concluded his article as follows: "This Eastern war is destined at all events to throw some light upon this system of loan-mongering as well as other systems. Meanwhile the Czar will get his fifty millions and let the English journals say what they please, if he wants five fifties more, the Jews will dig them up. Let us not be thought too severe upon these loan-mongering gentry. The fact that 1855 years ago Christ drove the Jewish money-changers out of the temple, and that the money-changers of our age enlisted on the side of tyranny happen again chiefly to be Jews, is perhaps no more than a historical coincidence. The loan-mongering Jews of Europe do only on a larger and more obnoxious scale what many others do on one smaller and less significant. But it is only because the Jews are so strong that it is timely and expedient to expose and stigmatise their organisation." - FROM http://marxwords.blogspot.com/MARX SAW FUTURE WARS AS RACE WARS And Hitler again waged exactly the war that Marx predicted Marx, SECOND ADDRESS On The War To the Members of the International Working-Men’s Association, 1870: "If the fortune of her arms, the arrogance of success, and dynastic intrigue lead Germany to a spoliation of French territory, there will then only remain two courses open to her. She must at all risks become the avowed tool of Russian aggrandisement, or, after some short respite, make again ready for another “defensive” war, not one of those new-fangled “localised” wars, but a war of races — a war with the combined Slavonian and Roman races". MARX: GERMANS SHOULD THRASH THE FRENCH I guess Hitler got that message too Marx to Engels, July 20, 1870: "The French need a thrashing. If the Prussians win, the centralisation of the state power will be useful for the centralisation of the German working class. German predominance would also transfer the centre of gravity of the workers' movement in Western Europe from France to Germany, and one has only to compare the movement in the two countries from 1866 till now to see that the German working class is superior to the French both theoretically and organisationally. Their predominance over the French on the world stage would also mean the predominance of our theory over Proudhon's, etc." | | 6:10a |
Keelty - ' I know NOTHING!' ONE of Mark Standen's close colleagues in the Federal Narcotics Bureau who followed him to the Australian Federal Police in 1979 came undone in eerily similar circumstances to the top criminal investigator being busted for a major heroin importation into Australia. The story of former AFP agent turned Customs officer Allan Gregory McLean mirrors that of his friend. Both men who were known to be chronic gamblers were also adversely named in the Stewart Royal Commission into Drug Trafficking in 1982, yet were allowed to remain as AFP agents. Mr Standen was charged with corruption although the charges were later dropped; McLean was named for his connection to the notorious Mr Asia heroin syndicate. He later received jail sentences totalling 193 years. AFP Commissioner Mick Keelty said yesterday he did not know Mr Standen had been charged with corruption. | | 6:14a |
A peoples self-defence department AUSTRALIANS will be invited to have their say on Australia's future defence in a series of public meetings starting across the country next month. Defence Minister Joel Fitzgibbon yesterday released a 50-page discussion paper canvassing key questions to be considered by the Government's new defence white paper, due to be completed by the end of the year. The Defence Department will also open its website to feedback from the public on the key issues that should be considered in the next white paper. Mr Fitzgibbon has appointed a five-member team led by former Labor senator Stephen Loosley, to conduct the community consultations. He will be assisted by Arthur Sinodinos, former chief of staff to John Howard, retired admiral Simon Harrington, former NSW Liberal leader Peter Collins and Tanya Monro from Adelaide University. The new defence white paper, the first since 2000, will present a blueprint for the development of the defence force over the next generation and detail longer-term strategic challenges faced by Australia. The consultation team will visit all capital cities and a dozen regional centres over 12 weeks, beginning next month. The white paper will also consider the future air combat capability review. END
A defence department we can audit might be a nice start. Then we could kick the US bases out and bar their nuclear powered fleet from our territorial waters. Along with this we could use the billions wasted on US tanks ,planes and helicopters to federate in our region and around the democratic world. Also so long as we're picking winners in the Auto industry why not help out an Aussie success story with Metalstorm. E-locked weapons could even be safely distributed whereas Kalashnikovs bring more risk of illegal use. Naturally I favor a Swiss-type of distributed self-defence - the sort that helped keep them safe during WW2. Perhaps something might be salvaged from the submarine fiasco but that obviously needs a through open-source review. As an island we need to enlist indigenous peoples in our north as coast guards. Associated with this a lot of the bastardizers and racists in the military needs to be re-educated or tossed out. We then need women and GiBLeT's in front line positions - I don't personally like this, but its the persons concerned decision. Some want such front line positions. Finally the best defence may be offence but its also strong infrastructure, education and health care sectors. Some peace dividends can be safely plowed back into these vital areas so long as we're transitioning toward the ultimate goal of withering away the state. Ie that the state sector as a whole gradually declines and is seen to be declining.

The protocols of the elders of capitalism Karl Marx, Capital, Volume One, Part II: The Transformation of Money and Capital CHAPTER FOUR: THE GENERAL FORMULA FOR CAPITAL: "The capitalist knows that all commodities, however scurvy they may look, or however badly they may smell, are in faith and in truth money, inwardly circumcised Jews, and what is more, a wonderful means whereby out of money to make more money."

The fighting next time '...One of the more eerily prescient documents I ran across in reading the archives of military revolutionaries was an article published in October 1989 in Marine Corps Gazette, by four military officers and William S. Lind, who had been a military adviser to Senator Gary Hart. The paper identified three generations of modern warfare and warned that a new ''fourth generation'' would appear. (The first generation was clashing columns of manpower; the second was the industrial-age war of attrition, masses of artillery hammering each other; the third was the warfare of maneuver pioneered by the Germans.) The fourth-generation threat sounds, when you read this text today, uncannily like Al Qaeda. The authors suggested the threat would emerge from a non-Western culture like Islam, that it might be stateless, that, lacking modern means, its warriors would infiltrate our society and use our own technology against us, that they would regard our whole civilization as a battlefield...' - FROM http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9C03E1DB1630F933A25750C0A9649C8B63&sec=&spon=&pagewanted=print | | 2:19p |

Force multipliers Globalization and the spread of technology offer a range of force multipliers to small groups, IEDs, Bomb-belts, Gas and pressure cooker bombs, home-made mortars and so on. Even the humble box-cutter and tube of superglue. ( Don't get me started on duct-tape) Under the post-Napoleon framework of conventional force we're still inclined to fall for the trap that mass and power are interchangeable. They're not. So these inexorble global forces are steadily empowering the small group and the individual with the ax to grind. Such groups, cells and 'armies-of-one' typically fight the sort of war that's nasty, brutish and drawn out. Civilians make up the core of the insurgency and the bulk of the casualities. There are no front-lines, uniforms or Geneval conventions. Propaganda-of-the-deed died down when the enemy had the monopoly on the narrative through its yellow, jingo press. But we have the internet now. Protracted low level conflicts often seem to lose all strategic reason, and sometimes that can lead to classic opportunities for a Theseus to slay a Minotaur, a David to drop a Goliath or an Odysseus to blind a Cyclops. These are the moments every rebel-alliance should be ready for. Political power is shifting and so is war. The God-State is in play. No victory is assured when large mammals are joining other mass-extinction events...but if we don't try we die inside. | | 3:03p |
Marxists still fighting the last war On the issue of Palestine some of the bigger Marxist cults are treating this as Vietnam redux - here's a newsflash for them...the global intifada ain't. The situation on the ground has already seen a massive shift away from the tired old Trotskyist-Finlandish style rubbish being pushed by corrupt lamer, leftist losers such as Fatah. The PKK is being hammered and the only Leninist sect prospering in the Middle-East - the murderous MEK - is taking money from the CIA. ( Like Lenin took money from Ludendorf) Its not a pretty picture for Marxists but they still can't seem to catch a clue. The take-off of the anti-apartheid meme also seems to have left the authoritarian Left floundering. This hunter-killer meme is far less about state creation than demonizing yr opponents. In the case of violent Euro-colonialists spreading apartheid there is actually less demonizing them as anti-social bandits than simply describing them as they are. The simple point is to outlaw them enough to rationalize killing them enough in association with a mostly pacifist global campaign to force them to give up. Thats how South Africa was liberated. People calling themselves 'Communists' really need to study the actually existing communism of Islam. And maybe even the actually existing communism of the Spanish revolution of 1936. A qualitatively far better and more advanced revolution than Russia's one of 1917. You might think promoters of historical materialism would have a vested interest in these key subjects. You might be dead wrong. | | 3:22p |
Curious insult It seems plain that the term ' state-cap' is to be used as an insult in elite Marxist circles. That the very idea that Soviet Russia was capitalist is risible. Yet there are periods when Russia under the red-fascists was more tolerant of free markets and private enterprise. And interestingly these 'Right turn' periods coincide with low casualties from state terror. Estimates range from half a million to a couple of million during the original Red Terror period of Lenin and Trotsky's. !918 -22. Then casualties dropped sharply as limited capitalism was restored through the New Economic Policy (NEP) Then casualties skyrocketed again during the 'Left Turn' period of 1929-33. I think theres a pattern here - and its not looking good for those who would scoff at the capitalist periods. What is is it about conscription, terror famines, Chekist torture chambers and gulags is it that they see as so superior anyway? It would take a depraved corrupt individual indeed to argue seriously, on this historical materialist record for Leninism and against what brief lulls there were in all this bloody left-fascism. Those using 'state-cap' as an insult are a talking with a corpse in their mouth. | | 5:13p |

Their lies betray them Anyone who has once proclaimed violence as their method is inevitably forced to take the lie as their principle.” - Alexander Solzhenitsyn
Just one killer problem for Marxism is it is associated with authoritarian states, parties, sects, covens and cults. In popular consciousness Lenninism is Stalinism and the project is a failure. Not surprisingly the democratic and libertarian socialist left will find and report on authoritarian aspects of regimes currently associated with the nasty left-fascist and totally statist project of Marxism. At present I would say that the problem is embodied in the largest (or loudest) Marxist death-cult here by the American Ema Corro. Her lies precede her, and when she's finished sucking on something that sounds like a smoke, her solarium bed-grave is in yawning open in front of her. They can keep telling lies about us - we'll keep telling the truth about them. | | 5:47p |
Thoughts of Enema Che Graygravy '...In “Thoughts on the Transition,” Che traces the troubles of the Soviet economy back to the introduction in 1921, under Lenin’s leadership, of the New Economic Policy (NEP), which “opened the door to the old capitalist production relationships.” Che notes that “Lenin called these relationships state capitalism.” In the final period of his life, Lenin questioned the “presumed usefulness” of NEP categories such as “profits” in relations among state enterprises, Che says. Further, Lenin was disturbed by ominous divisions inside the Communist Party, to which he drew attention in his final writings. “If [Lenin] had lived, he would have quickly altered the relationships established under the NEP.” But in fact, “the economic and legal framework of Soviet society today is based on the NEP, and incorporates the old capitalist relationships.” http://www.socialistvoice.ca/?p=298So all those low fucking red maggots and nosebleed leeches busy sneering fulltime at all the State-caps, who are popping up like mushrooms after rain, are really on about dissing Lenin and Che! I think they should all be put up against the nearest wall and re-educated Trotsky and Che style! Don't you? Fuck the counter-revolutionary scum! | | 5:59p |
Direct action gets the goods '...After a determined campaign — initiated in October 2006 — to isolate and penalise the venue for hosting the neo-Nazi schmucks of Blood & Honour Australia and the Southern Cross Hammerskins, at the end of March 2008 management of The Birmy finally capitulated to economic reality and closed their doors. This was despite the efforts of a small number of fashion punks who bravely rallied ’round the former management’s righteous black flag. Silly boys. The better news is that the venue has since re-opened under new management. As such, rather than boycott the venue, support it! $2 pots from 7pm to close is the right price, and being on the corner of Johnston & Smith Streets, it’s the right location too...' http://slackbastard.anarchobase.com/?p=1206This may need checking as @ndy has been rather gaffe prone in the past. Max speaks out, ' we don't want to live in red-China' Porn Valley- Ed Powers used to host a weekend talk show on KLSX in Los Angeles, and Max Hardcore appeared on the show a couple of times. On this one occasion, in 2000, Ed had a couple of other guests including local swingers named Randy and JJ. Randy was the first to pose a question to Max. Randy said he was concerned that Max was starting to push the extremes, and did he worry about the Federal government coming down on him. "It's a good question," replied Max. "But, unfortunately there's no simple answer for that. For those listeners who might be unfamiliar with the Max Hardcore videos and the difference between mine and Ed Powers', our videos are very aggressive - a very strong style of lovemaking. "It's aggressive. It's vigorous I would say. As in real life it's hard to tell whether the girl's in pleasure or pain; if she's in the ecstasy of the moment. But I can tell you it's all done in good fun. The girls know what they're getting into. None of them have walked away on crutches. On the other hand, the other half of the question is this, am I concerned that the federal government or any law enforcement jurisdiction may decide to clamp down, put the screws on us and have some prosecutions?
"The fact is, there's attacks on the adult community every day. This is a very important issue. It involves a couple of different facets. The first is, what people choose to do and watch in the privacy of their own home is their own business. This is what our country was founded on, and it's a tenant of our Constitution that our federal government should not interfere with peoples' religious rights, their rights to view certain material; to write certain material - Freedom of Speech - to be able to say what you believe even though it may not be popular with a large segment of the population. That's one aspect. "Let's not forget," he continued. "There's video shops all across America that are under constant attack at the local level from law enforcement agencies who will go in, buy a video tape or several video tapes, and there's no rhyme or reason to what they choose to prosecute. "They'll take four or five or a dozen videotapes in front of a grand jury. They'll impanel the grand jury. They'll have the grand jury watch the videotapes and the government will say we feel that these videos are obscene, and they'll present it to the grand jury and get their opinion. "If the grand jury feels that they may be obscene but are not quite sure, that's grounds for indicting the book store that actually sold the videotapes. They won't indict me at that point. They won't indict my distribution company, Legend Video Inc., [which was his distributor at the time] here in California. "They'll go after the local level because they know that these small book shops and video shops don't have the resources to fight city hall. This is happening every day all over the country whether it be Dallas, Des Moines, Miami, Seattle, everywhere you look they're under constant attack. "So far, in the last couple of years, no large distributors have been indicted on obscenity or trafficking in obscenity, since I believe the early 90's, but I stand to be corrected on that. What they do is they're chipping away at the local level. And this hurts us all. The reason that people came to America in the first place is that we wanted to be free." "We didn't want to be told what to read, what to watch. We don't want to live in Red China. We don't want to live in these places like Iran or Iraq where the dogma comes down from the head of state and that's the only truth you get. We want to be able to watch non-violent, x-rated material in the privacy of our own homes and enjoy it; or reject it. Whatever. But we want that choice. I think most Americans want that choice." "In America, we seem to be boiling everything down to the level of children," he continued. "That's the final straw that the right wing and the anti-porn crusaders have been using - it harms children. That's not my problem. That's not your problem. That's the problem of parents to keep adult material as well as handguns and cigarettes and bombs out of the hands of children. I'm not a policeman. I'm not a social guidance counselor." "I'm a pornographer. I have the right to make the material that I make. You have the right to watch it or not watch it. But you should have that right. We shouldn't have to boil everything down in our country that's made, manufactured or imported into the fact that it's got to be suitable for children. Not all medicine is suitable for children. Guns are not suitable for children. Cigarettes are not suitable. And certainly pornography is not suitable. "We should not restrict our lives, or have our lives restricted or what we choose to view restricted because, well, maybe, just maybe, it could fall into the hands of children. It's a many faceted argument and I'm not here to defend the whole adult community. But you can see we're in a tricky situation, and I wanted to make myself clear on that. Ed Powers: "That's why I say debate the issues, talk about the issues; see what we can do. We've discussed many things about safeguarding videos so that they would be adult-proof, that adults would be the only ones to access them through significant means. There's a lot of things to talk about - the chip on the Internet, and we really police ourselves a lot. There are a lot of out there who are naive to the fact that responsibility as an adult, in itself, is our responsibility. And that's where it lies, don't you agree?"
Max: "If you're asking me, Ed, I agree wholeheartedly. If you have children, you're the guardian of those children and it's up to the parents and the guardians of these children to make sure that they don't get their hands on poisons and drink them; that they don't fall off the balcony; that they don't run into streets and get hit by a car, that they don't smoke cigarettes, they don't take the whole bottle of daddy's tranquilizers in the medicine cabinet, and they don't watch pornography. But I got to tell you, of all those things I just mentioned. a children 8, 10, 12, 14, whatever, watching pornography is, I don't think, going to screw up their life like an overdose or getting hit by a car or falling off a balcony or any of that. It's just blown way out of proportion." Ed Powers: "In any case it's harmful and we don't know to what degree. They should not see it. I'm sure you've seen these commercials where older brother-younger brother are playing and all of a sudden the younger brother sees the older brother smoking a joint, or attempting to smoke a joint. Aren't young kids seeing this? I'm not knocking the commercial, but do they interpret a commercial such as that as being my older brother shouldn't do that, or that it's wrong." "What happens if the younger child watching that commercial can't read what it says? I think it's responsible upon the parent to explain that and not run away from that. Especially not run away from sex, to talk about it. You can't hide anything. If you hide anything from anybody, be it a small person or a big person, whether it be a child or adult you can't hide anything. Because you'll be harmful if you take something away without education. That's where education in the household, I think, is important. That's where we should be educating people more. We should be doing our best not to put it in the hands, one way or another, of our children of this country. The children of this country are the future of this country. Our time may now have passed, and the children are more important now than ever before. This has to be maintained, the strong country that it is."
Max: "Ed, you're sounding like a politician, here."
Ed Powers: "I'm more or less sounding like an American who really is fed up with people who are throwing stones, and throwing mud and bull crap and not being really serious about the things that really are important - that is to debate issues, not slam issues; to talk about things and not necessarily tell you things, that you can't do that and you can't do this. Why is it harmful?"
"What's wrong with a son saying, dad, why can't I go out till eleven o'clock at night? Not questioning the judgment but wanting to know why. What is that there that I need to be home? Just because? That's not a responsible answer. Is it 'just because' what some of you out there say to your kids? Don't say just because. This is not a power-thing. Remember, you empower someone like that. You have no right to. Your privilege to have children is a privilege. Educate them. I don't know if that sounds like a politician, but that's how I feel."
Max: "I think you might be gearing up, Ed, and, hopefully, maybe you'll end up running for city council or something. We got to shake things up here in L.A., what with the Ramparts struggle. I wonder what hits kids and young adults and adults, for that matter, harder, when, every day, you know you can't trust the police. It's coming out that they've been caught planting dope on suspects and planting guns on them and shooting them and killing them."
"You can't even trust the police anymore. But I think we're straying a little far afield, and I didn't want to get off on the wrong step. I just wanted to say that we as Americans have the right and should have the right to view what we want and say what we want. We don't need Big Brother telling us what's okay and burning the rest of the books."
Max: "I thought there might be some people out there in radioland who are unfamiliar with our movies, and to bring people up to speed. I've been in the business now for about ten years, since 1990.
"I started getting things going with Zane and Cherry Poppers and those videos back then. In ten years I've made about 350 movies. I appear and star in most of my movies. And right now we're got a release of two movies per month coming out of Legend Video. And some of the lines people may be familiar with Hardcore School Girls; Maxed Out; Hollywood Hardcore; Max World; Planet Max and Max Extreme."
"In a couple of months we're going to be launching a line called Pure Max. At least that's the plan right now. We shoot about six months ahead. We shoot a girl today, she'll be out in about six months. We also have a website, maxhardcore.com for people who are connected to the World Wide Web. We also publish magazines worldwide and all our products and videos are distributed worldwide - and rubber goods, and playing cards and little knickknacks like that. It keeps us pretty busy."
Powers: "You said you put out two a month. Do you take turns with those?"
Max: "We have five video lines at any one time. I only take my releases to Volume 20 because I want to change things up. Some videos focus on newcomers. Some videos focus on traveling around the world like Planet Max. Planet Max will be released like six times a year. Hardcore Schoolgirls six times a year alternating every other month. In the meantime we're publishing magazines.
"To get the inside scoop to see what you're missing with the American releases, you have to go to maxhardcore.com. In Europe anything flies. But on maxhardcore.com we have the more bizarre I would say. It's very inexpensive and there's also a lot of free stuff that people can look at. We try to keep it up to date, and every day or every other date we have new stuff on.
"It's got a chat board for members. We've got a couple of thousand members, now. A lot of thanks to this is my webmaster Gordy Cox. who is doing just a bang up job. What people will like about the website when they go to it, is, it's not what we call landmine.com where you enter a site and get taken goodness knows where- places you never want to see.
"It's what we call a boutique site and is very simple to navigate through it. The other great thing is if you don't like it, it's very easy to cancel. There's no complicated procedure to cancel. On there, we've got the Max magazine. We've got video clips that you can string together. We've got streaming video, polaroids we've taken from our sets, stories, quite a bit of good stuff that you can't get on the videos. It's really great so now people from all over the world can access our site, and if they have any questions for us, they can contact me directly right there at maxhardcore.com."
Ed Powers: "What does it cost to go onto your site?"
Max: "It depends. If you go in for a week, there's an $8 charge. If you want to stay on for a month, it's $19.95; for three months it's $39.95. The longer you stay, the cheaper it becomes. We also have a complete catalog of all my titles on there. And you can order easily with credit card or pay by check, or send in your money the old fashioned way. It's very easy to order. We have a fantastic mail order department run by a couple of guys that when the customer says jump we ask how high."
Ed Powers: "I think you missed your mark. Max and infomercials are synonymous."
Max: "We've got a lot of great products to sell because we've shot a lot of really great girls - some of the best girls that ever came to the business I was lucky enough to get like Barbie Angel and Lovette and Leanni Lei who just recently shot. There was some really great gals. And also some girls from Europe that nobody knows who they are. I don't even know who they are."
Ed Powers: "You actually have more girls now requesting to work with you than before. Is it more recent that I'm seeing this?"
Max: "Don't forget Anastasia Blue...I don't know. We get a lot of requests. The Max market is singularly popular, pretty unique. There's only a handful of people that are famous worldwide - there's Rocco, there's you to some extent except you don't get into the harder markets that I do."
Ed Powers: "Germany doesn't even want to look at my stuff."
Max: "They're not interested in that stuff. They only want hard stuff. We do real well there. So we got a real good market and a lot of people are writing in. We've got a section on the website, that if girls want to get involved, they can write in, send us an e-mail, a couple of pictures. We run a modeling ad on every single video that we do.
"We get a lot of requests and shoot a lot of girls that just come through the business."
Randy asked Max how what he does in front of the camera affects his personal life.
Max: "It obviously has a pretty dramatic impact. First of all, I have little privacy. I'm recognized too much. But the most dramatic effect is, because I'm in this business, and because I'm constantly working, I found that it's virtually impossible for me to have a long term relationship with a girl. It may be fun at first, but, sooner or later, the girl I'm with, always gets jealous of the other girls that are passing through."
"It's only natural. That creates a lot of stress. So I've made a choice that I do not want a relationship. I don't want to be involved. I don't want to be married. I want to be extremely focused on my business. I wouldn't have reached a level of success unless I was driven by an intense desire to succeed and to make these movies. I want to make as many movies as I can for as long as I can. This is my life's mission. This is what I do. I enjoy my work. It seems like a constant vacation even though I can tell you it's a heckuva lot of work." "It's not just performing in front of the camera, of course. You've got a tremendous amount of behind-the-scenes stuff that has to go on to make the stuff work especially when you travel as much as I do. I'm out of the country two or three times a year. In terms of impact on my life I have very little privacy. The most dramatic thing is not to be able to sustain any long-term relationship. That's a little sad but worst things have happened." | | 6:43p |
From the trenchs '... Dave Cummings writes: For the last 5-6 years, I’ve worried about free speech in Houston and elsewhere because of the way some politicians have proposed/erected roadblocks in the form of intrusive legislation against adult entertainment. It has certainly seemed one-sided, hypocritical, and out-of-touch with serving the public. Because of a recent so-called “jury” decision, I’m now also concerned about the city of Tampa where it seems that some jurists reportedly felt pressured by other members of the jury during recent deliberations incident to government charges against Max Hardcore concerning obscenity and shipments of his adult videos productions. ..' - MORE HERE http://www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=28495 | | 6:54p |

Maugham '...In June, 1917 he was asked by Sir William Wiseman, chief of the British Secret Intelligence Service (later named MI6), to undertake a special mission in Russia to keep the Provisional Government in power and Russia in the war by countering German pacifist propaganda. Two and a half months later the Bolsheviks took control. The job was probably always impossible, but Maugham subsequently claimed that if he had been able to get there six months earlier, he might have succeeded. Quiet and observant, Maugham had a good temperament for intelligence work; he believed he had inherited from his lawyer father a gift for cool judgement and the ability to be undeceived by facile appearances. Never losing the chance to turn real life into a story, Maugham made his spying experiences into a collection of short stories about a gentlemanly, sophisticated, aloof spy, Ashenden, a volume that influenced the Ian Fleming James Bond series. In 1922, Maugham dedicated On A Chinese Screen, a book of 58 ultra-short story sketches collected during his 1920 travels through China and Hong Kong, to Syrie, with the intention of later turning the sketches into a book...' - FROM http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somerset_Maugham | | 7:39p |
Call me genius Upcoming trial will see hours of hard-core fetish pornography Francine Orr / Los Angeles Times Ira Isaacs faces a trial on obscenity charges. Ira Isaacs says his films, which feature bestiality and defecation, have artistic value. Federal prosecutors say they are criminally obscene. Hours of footage will help jurors decide who's right. By Scott Glover, Los Angeles Times Staff Writer - June 9, 2008 If all goes according to plan, an otherwise stately federal courtroom in downtown Los Angeles will be converted into a makeshift movie theater this week, screening a series of graphic -- many would say vulgar -- sexual fetish videos. At issue is how a jury will define obscenity in a region that boasts its status as the capital of the pornography industry and at a time when technology has made the taboo adult flicks of a generation ago available to a mainstream audience. Hollywood filmmaker Ira Isaacs says the videos he sells are works of art, protected under the Constitution. Federal prosecutors contend they are criminally obscene. The prosecution is the first in Southern California by a U.S. Department of Justice task force formed in 2005 after Christian conservative groups appealed to the Bush administration to crack down on smut. For jurors to determine whether Isaacs' work is obscene, they will view hours of hard-core pornography so degrading that in one film, an actress cries throughout, prosecutors said in court papers. But if jurors find that any of the four videos at issue in the case have any "literary, scientific or artistic value," the work is not legally obscene, according to a 1973 Supreme Court ruling. "All they're going to do is turn on a DVD machine and hope the jury is going to be so shocked and disgusted and offended that they're going to throw me in prison," said Isaacs, 57, a native of the Bronx. He said he hopes that jurors will be shocked -- he's a self-described "shock artist" -- but also that they will see artistic value in the work. The portly defendant, who sports a ponytail and goatee, produced and starred in one of the videos. He contends that the sex in the movie is incidental to the art. It's merely a marketing tool to drive sales of the videos on the Internet, he said. In a statistic that some may find every bit as shocking as his work, Isaacs said he was selling about 1,000 videos per month at $30 apiece before being raided by the FBI early last year. The number has since dropped to between 700 and 800 per month, but they still generate enough money to pay the rent on a house with a pool in the Hollywood Hills. Isaacs predicted that many jurors would not be able to stomach viewing the movies, some of which feature acts of bestiality and defecation. "It's going to be a circus," he said of the upcoming trial. "I think I'd freak out if I had to watch six hours of the stuff." Jury selection is expected to begin today. Presiding over the trial will be Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kozinski was assigned the case as part of a rotation in which he and other appeals court judges occasionally oversee criminal trials in addition to deciding appeals. His involvement in the case may be a stroke of luck for Isaacs. That is because Kozinski is seen as a staunch defender of free speech. When he learned that there were filters banning pornography and other materials from computers in the appeals court's Pasadena offices, he led a successful effort to have the filters removed. "I did some rabble-rousing about it," Kozinski said in a brief interview last week. He said he was made aware of the issue when a law clerk researching a case was banned from accessing a gay bookstore's website. "I didn't think the bureaucrats in Washington should decide what the federal judiciary should have access to," the judge said. "I thought that was incredibly arrogant for them to decide on their own." Kozinski declined to comment on any aspect of the Isaacs case. Isaacs said he would testify as his own expert witness at trial and planned to lecture jurors on how perceptions of art have changed over the years. There was a time, he said, when the works of authors James Joyce and D.H. Lawrence were called obscene. The point, Isaacs said, "is do we really want to throw artists in jail in America?" Kenneth Whitted, the Justice Department prosecutor assigned to the Obscenity Prosecution Task Force, declined to be interviewed for this report. According to the Justice Department's website, the task force "is dedicated exclusively to the protection of America's children and families through the enforcement of our Nation's obscenity laws." The task force has won convictions in more than a dozen cases, the vast majority resulting from plea bargains, according to case summaries provided by the department. Only a few defendants have elected to fight the charges at trial. Punishment in most cases included some prison time, ranging from one to seven years, as well as stiff fines and forfeiture of proceeds. At a time when even hard-core pornography is available in major hotels, through cable companies and on the Internet, prosecutors have focused their efforts on particularly outrageous material, often involving sex with animals and defecation. Most of the cases were brought in relatively conservative areas of the country, five of them in Texas. Whether jurors in Southern California have more lenient views on obscenity will be tested at Isaacs' trial. Federal agents raided Isaacs' Koreatown office in January 2007. Isaacs said he was told by authorities that the investigation was initiated after a local person complained, and was eventually turned over to the task force in Washington. He is now facing charges related to the importation, transportation and distribution of obscene material in connection with four videos he was selling over the Internet, including the one he produced. Isaacs admits to producing that film and to distributing all four. But he denies that they're obscene. "That's for the jury to decide," he said. He said that prosecutors have made several overtures inviting him to take a plea in the case, but that he has refused every time. Pleading guilty would be admitting that he was just another pornographer, he said.
"If I get convicted and go to prison now," Isaacs said, "I go as an artist."

End the re-occupation Anger at pro-intervention "review" process http://sydney.indymedia.org.au/story/media-release-anger-pro-intervention-review\-process 9 June 08: "Activists working against the federal government's intervention in the Northern Territory have strongly criticised the "review" process being started by Minister for Aboriginal Affairs Jenny Macklin. Concern is focused on the "pro-intervention" make-up of panel selected to conduct the review and the clear plans already being made by the government to extend intervention measures. Rallies are being organised across the country on June 21, one year since the intervention was announced, to demand repeal of all intervention laws and [demand] Aboriginal control of Aboriginal affairs. Barbara Shaw, from Mount Nancy Prescribed Area has said, "I am disappointed with the hand-picked 'expert group' that Minister Jenny Macklin has selected to conduct the review. Many in the group have vested interests in the intervention continuing, and their views in support of the intervention are already known"." Orientalism for dummies MARX GREATLY ADMIRED A PRO-GERMAN RACIST Marx To Engels, 12 September 1863: "The most interesting acquaintanceship I have struck up here is that of Colonel Lapinski. He is without doubt the cleverest Pole - besides being an homme d'action [man of action] - that I have ever met. His sympathies are all on the German side, though in manners and speech he is also a Frenchman. He cares nothing for the struggle of nationalities and only knows the racial struggle. He hates all Orientals, among whom he numbers Russians Turks, Greeks, Armenians, etc., with equal impartiality.... His aim now is to raise a German legion in London, even if only 200 strong, so that he can confront the Russians in Poland with the black, red and gold flag, partly to 'exasperate' the Parisians, partly to see whether there is any possibility whatsoever of bringing the Germans in Germany back to their senses. What's lacking is money. Efforts are being made down here to exploit all the German societies, etc., to this end. You must be the best judge of whether anything can be done in this line in Manchester. The cause itself would seem to be above reproach.” Marx the conspiracy theorist ‘I have come to the same conclusion as that monomaniac Urquhart—namely that for several decades Palmerston has been in the pay of Russia,’ he wrote on 2 November. ‘I am glad that chance should have led me to take a closer look at the foreign policy—diplomatic—of the past twenty years. We had very much neglected this aspect, and one ought to know with whom one is dealing.’ The first fruit of these researches was a series of articles for the New York Tribune at the end of 1853, describing Palmerston’s clandestine ‘connections’ with the Russian government. Urquhart, understandably delighted, arranged a meeting with the author early in 1854 at which he paid him the highest compliment in his lexicon by saying that ‘the articles read as though written by a Turk’. Marx, rather crossly, pointed out that he was in fact a German..' AND '...‘The Urquhartites are being damned importunate,’ he grumbled. ‘A good thing financially. But I don’t know whether, politically, I ought to get too involved with the fellows.’ The articles were suitably sensational: he claimed to have discovered, among the diplomatic manuscripts at the British Museum, ‘a series of documents going back from the end of the eighteenth century to the time of Peter the Great, which revealed the secret and permanent collaboration of the Cabinets at London and St Petersburg’. More alarmingly still, the aim of Russia throughout this period had been nothing less than the conquest of the earth. ‘It is yet the policy of Peter the Great, and of modern Russia, whatever changes of name, seat and character the hostile power used may have undergone. Peter the Great is indeed the inventor of modern Russian policy, but he became so only by divesting the old Muscovite method of its merely local character and its accidental admixtures, by distilling it into an abstract formula, by generalising its purpose, and exalting its object from the overthrow of certain given limits of power to the aspiration of unlimited power.’ There was a rather obvious flaw in the theory that Britain and Russia had been in cahoots for the previous 150 years: the Crimean War. Urquhart and Marx had a ready explanation. The war had been a cunning ploy to throw sleuths off the scent of Palmerston’s corrupt alliance with Russia; and Britain had deliberately prosecuted the war as incompetently as possible. To the dedicated conspiracy theorist, all is explicable, and any inconvenient facts are merely further confirmation of the diabolical deviousness of his prey...' '...Wheen, in the process of relating the rather surprising relationship between Urquhart and Marx misses few opportunities to denigrate the now mostly forgotten Urquhart by emphasizing his, admittedly sometimes undeniable, eccentricities. As an instance of this, Wheen quotes Marx’s letter to Engels about baby William’s death, written on 5 March. Did you overlook, in one of the [Manchester] Guardians you sent me, the item in which David Urquhart figures as an infanticide? The fool treated his 13-month-old baby to a Turkish bath which, as chance would have it, contributed to congestion of the brain and hence its subsequent death. The coroner’s inquest on this case lasted for 3 days and it was only by the skin of his teeth that Urquhart escaped a verdict of manslaughter. Now while the use of the word infanticide can be seen in the light of the following sentence to have been pure hyperbole, there remains the clear implication that Urquhart subjected the baby to extreme heat and that this, directly or indirectly, caused the child’s death. Not only did Marx not bother to check his facts—it might be argued that he was, after all, writing a private letter to a friend—but nearly 150 years later the story is repeated, without any comment whatsoever, by a respected biographer who also, perhaps less justifiably, failed to check the facts. A closer examination of contemporary accounts tells a rather different story...' The Germanic mode of genocide production Marxist version ( Wikipedia )
'...The premise is that there existed some forms of state, which were ruled by tribute-collecting despots based on the system of production-property relations, described as "Asiatic mode of production". Oriental despotism is, thus, the political superstructure that was developed in succession. It was explained to have prevented states from progressing, or, as Marx said, "Asia fell asleep in history". Dynasties might have changed, but overall the structure of the state remained the same - until an outside force (i.e. Western powers) artificially enforces "progressive" reforms...'

CAPACITY FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPENDS ON RACE
Capital, vol. 3, chapter 47: "The possibility is here presented for definite economic development taking place, depending, of course, upon favourable circumstances, inborn racial characteristics, etc." | | 9:36p |
Everything for the state The one thing that does to my mind stand out in the quotations below is the utter hatred and contempt Marx had for just about everybody. Like the Marxists of today, Marx despised people generally, he despised poor people, he was utterly contemptuous of the Russians and he even showed contempt for his fellow Germans. And he was of course both a social Darwinist and a racist. He even had contempt for his mother and his antisemitic utterances are too numerous to mention. He also advocated race-war. I could go on ....
Engels is similarly hate-filled with his passionate German nationalism. Like Hitler, the one love Engels seemed to have was a love for his German nation. I believe that it is this constant undercurrent of hatred and anger in the works of Marx that accounts for his appeal to red-fascists generally. Whatever they think of his theories or what he says in detail is secondary. The main attraction is that they recognize a kindred spirit bubbling up with hatred and anger when they come across one. And this lack of the milk of human kindness was conspicuous in Lenin too. Take this quotation from a speech that Lenin gave in the earliest days of Bolshevik power:
"The Congress therefore declares that it recognises the primary and fundamental task of our Party, of the entire vanguard of the class-conscious proletariat and of Soviet power, to be the adoption of the most energetic, ruthlessly determined and Draconian measures to improve the self-discipline and discipline of the workers and peasants of Russia, to explain the inevitability of Russia’s historic advance towards a socialist, patriotic war of liberation, to create everywhere soundly co-ordinated mass organisations held together by a single iron will".
No pussy-footing there: "Draconian measures" to discipline the workers and the need to bend them to "a single iron will". It is well in line with Hegel's vision of an antlike future for humanity but pitiless power is its its theme and respect for the individual is not even thought of. Compare it with Mussolini's definition of the Fascist ideal: "Tutto nello Stato, niente al di fuori dello Stato, nulla contro lo Stato" (Everything in the State, nothing outside the State, nothing against the State) or Hitler's famous slogan: "Ein Reich, ein Volk, ein Fuehrer" (One State, One People, One Leader). There's not a dime's worth of difference. | | 10:17p |
A clarification As I often cite Stirner, along with Proudhon and Bakunin as ' founding fathers' of a sort , of anarchism and Stirner was German I better say a little about that. As an anarchist you renounce nationalism very early on. Needless to say Max Stirner renounced far more than that! Also many fine anarchists have sprung from Germany; but you knew that already. The problem of any political body of ideas ( or ideology) is that it invariably carries with it the seeds of totalitarianism. As far as I know Max placed no upper limits on the ' Union of egoists'. So in theory it could grow and grow enough to take over all political space. The Germans have a bad record in Africa and Europe with genocide ( and probably Turkey/Armenia as well) so we can't be too careful. Anyone involved in politics ought to know these traps. What happened before can happen again and where no limits are placed on any ideology then that ideology may become a threat. Even anarchism with its excellent record. So far. | | 11:04p |

Back in the day there was a band called Spectrum. I was speaking to the Bass player once and asked about the ' Murtceps' as they were playing as that day. A little scientific -socialism before bedtime In this passage from a letter written to Engels in 1862, Marx criticized his political opponent, the French Socialist Ferdinand LaSalle:
'I now see clearly that he is descended, as the shape of his head and his hair clearly indicate, from the Negroes who were joined to the Jews at the time of the exodus from Egypt ( unless it was his mother or paternal grandmother who mated with a Negro). But this mixture of Judaism and Germanism with a negro substance as a base was bound to yield a most curious product. The importunity of the man also is negroid...One of the great discoveries of this Negro, which he confided to me, is that the Pelasgians are descended from the Semites. His main proof is that, according to the Book of Maccabees, the Jews sent messenger to Greece to ask for help and appealed to their tribal relationship..."
The above passage is interesting in three respects; it unmasks Marx's prejudices, it shows he was well within the mainstream of the "scientific" racists of his day, and also shows his willingness to slander and vilify a political opponent. |
