Fall Out Boy - A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More Touch Me |

So says ABS-CBN's news program, Bandila. A customer service representative for PLDT myDSL reportedly broke down after her customer kept on cursing her. Nakakaloka!!! Aahahahhahahaaha!!!!! To listen to the conversation click here.
Ang masasabi ko lang, PLDT needs to retrain its agents on soft skills. Pressing the mute button of course hahahhahaa!!! But she should know how to handle calls and customers like that simply because that's her job.
And Raul Bacallo needs to learn manners. Sure, he was inconvenienced. Sure, he was frustrated but that doesn't give him a right to repeatedly curse the agent. Fortunately, in my more than 3 years of working in a call center, wala pa naman akong customer na ganun ka-irate wahahhahaa!!!
As for Bandila's headline, isang napakalaking OA. 'Yun lang.
