My shift ends at 7am, but by 5:30am last Friday, I was already sent home because of sore throat. Grabe, sobrang nawalan talaga ako ng boses. On my last call before I finally decided to go to the clinic, I heard myself sound like Inday Garutay at talagang natakot ako kaya mega sumugod na ako ng clinic. I was told to rest my voice so they asked me to stop taking calls muna pero hindi muna ako agad umuwi, I waited until 6:30am para petiks lang hehe.
Last Saturday naman, I didn't go to work because my voice worsened. Garalgal to death talaga siya. So I opted to rest my voice na talaga at huwag ng pumasok kahit na kesyo nung nagpaalam ako eh sabi nung STL person eh expect a memo daw dahil block off day that day. I don't fucking care kung block off day, and his fucking memo didn't threaten me a bit. Ipakain ko pa sa kanya memo niya.
Kanina, almost 2 hours pa lang akong nagcacalls, but I felt my throath hurt already. So mega sugod uli ako ng clinic and was asked to rest my voice. Nakakaloka, I swear. Ngayon lang nangyari sa'ken na talagang sumakit ang lalamunan ko sa kakadakdak. Bad trip because although petiks time, bawas naman ang sweldo, and I especially need money now because, haller, Christmas season!! So I went home at around 1am kanina. Naghahanap ako ng kagimik, but I just remembered na wala na rin akong money pala ehehehe. Damn.
And so when I got home, I dropped by my sister's room and saw her and my other younger sister wrapping gifts. Kaloka my Ate Aby, ever so ready pagdating sa mga ganito. Samantalang ako wala pang nabibili. Hmph. I saw her gift for me na rin. It's a cute pink shirt, and I immediately loved it. Which reminded me that I have to have my own gift shopping soon or else kakaupisin na naman ako ng oras last like year, and I don't want to go through all that again dahil super haggard!!!! And so I made my list a while ago. Might do the shopping on Thursday. Yey!! It's pretty exciting.
