I took calls for the first time last Tuesday, and everything was surprisingly well. I had almost every call resolved by merely powercycling (resetting the pc and modem) while my other co-workers went as far as escalating their calls to 2nd tier and supervisors ahahahha!! I was a lucky bastard. Last night was quite a mess, however. I did well, kept my composure, but I wasn't able to resolve most of the issues. One was irate, one was asking for a supervisor. I was even caught off guard in one call at nagka-buckle buckle tuloy ako ahahahha!!! I heard myself interchanging my tenses and prepositions, jusko nakakahiya sana walang nakikinig bwahahhahha!!! Surprisingly again, this account isn't as haggard as Sprint. And the coaches are all very friendly and nice. So I can see myself doing this, but I'm really keeping my fingers crossed that I'd be transferred to the email account soon. *sigh* Hope I'd get better calls today.
And hello, lemme just say na lalo akong nananaba dahil super lamon ako forever. Argggghhhh!!!
