Work is beginning to be really super duper boring. 20 agents from our e-mail support account were transferred back to voice support. That includes two of my office barkada, Elsie and Jette. Our account is slowly dying. 46 agents from voice were terminated 3 weeks ago because of high customer dissatisfaction. The management had chosen middle performers from E-care to help out voice, much to the dismay of those we were chosen. After all, who wants to take calls when you can do e-mails and petiks on the side. Being in E-care is considered a promotion because all of the best agents are in E-care. So ano yun, parang nademote ka? People in voice work hard to apply for and to pass in E-care and if you've passed your application in E-care, you work hard to stay in E-care. Nakakasakit lang kase you're doing pretty good naman tapos bigla kang itatransfer to another division para linisin ang basura ng iba. Blame the HR for choosing people who don't speak fluent English. Blame the Training Department for passing agents in training na walang kaalam alam pagsabak sa floor. Nakakainis talaga. Nakakagalit. People are doing their jobs well and yet, it's not an assurance of your standing in the company. They don't give a fuck about their employees. Sure, it's a business decision but still. Pat and I were left in e-mail support because the management said that we are top performers. Syempre, ayaw naman ng management kumuha sa top dahil E-care naman ang babagsak so sa middle sila kumuha. Eh paano 'yung mga olats na super duper kung pumetiks? Ayun, they're still with E-care having the time of their lives. Ang iingay pa, ang jojologs. Ang press release pa ng management, those who were transferred to voice should feel flattered because of they were chosen because of their capability to help out voice. So kameng natira, olats mag-voice, ganon? What a bull. Tapos sobrang strict ngayon samen. May sitting arrangement na and you just can't take your break anytime you want. Anlayo pa namen ni Pat. Bad trip. Sobrang boring talaga. At nagreshuffle ng team so hindi na kame team mates ni Pat. At ang mga team mates ko? Sobrang mga olats. Grrrr.... At 'eto pa!!!! Na-hold ang application ko for QA dahil tinanggal na ang QA sa amen. Ang QA namen ngayon naging Escalation on Demand team. Gaaah!! Hay, I just dunno kung tatagal pa ako dito. Money na lang talaga ang driving force. At ang dami ko pang incentive na hindi nakukuha ha. May utang pa sila sa aking 1000k, 'wag silang magmaganda, mga hayop sila.
