hrmmmm...i actually got to stay home today. i've been chillen with my little brother and little sister. i took them and my gramms out to lunch at macaroni grill. it was great!

asides from that, it's been a pretty productive day. i finally updated and changed the layout of JUSE, the Journal of Undergraduate Science and Engineering.

i am sooooooo sore. played tennis for a while yesterday with leslie. man it was fun! considering i haven't done really much physical activity, with the exception of taking my little sister and brother to the pool, my body really hasn't been use to it. it was definately badass.

before that, i watched a long ass tennis match with leslie and jennifer. jennifer was having an off day it seems, and boy is she competetive as crap. it's pretty cool though. leslie, i know you read this, so you better do the ZATS tennis thing. so you can be ranked in the whole tennis world. you'd kick ass and you know it ;).

okay, enough about tennis. i'm just here typing this up this morning, as i've decided i'm definately going to put a lot more into my journal now. why? just because i feel like it.

now onto other things. apparently, my little brother and sister know japanese and korean now. yes..yes they do. i put on the morning musume (do it now!) and boa (no.1, shine we are, valenti, etc), and they were singing and dancing along. it was funny as crap, but they have very good pronounciation. wow..little kids are awesome. i should take a picture and put it up, considering really, only people i know read my journal.

for this weekend, i might be going to san marcos with leslie and charise. i think i might call malina up to see if she wants to come, just because i haven't hung out with her in a while. that'd be cool too.

i miss my college friends :(. but once i get to college again, i'll miss my high school friends. damnit! leslie, charise, freesia, and mary need to graduate already and go to UT so i can definately be big pimpin.

yes, i am a guy; i have lots of friends that are girls; no, i'm not gay.

what does that make me then if i'm a guy with a lot of friends as girls. you guessed it...

wow. i haven't update this thing in forever, at least not since jon made that porno of his, but i digress.

the summer's almost over and college is going to be my life once again. this summer's been probably one of my most productive ever, which is quite exciting. i participated in a REU (research experience for undergraduates), got money from it, and i'm still working on the paper (trying to finish characterizing the stuff) that will hopefully going to publication. i have no clue what journal it's going to be sent to. maybe advanced materials or something like that. i really dunno. i wish it would be angiewandte chemie or the journal of the american chemical society, but who am i kidding, the stuff i did wasn't that important.

asides from pretty much working 60+ hours a week in the lab, i got to hang out with several friends and made lots of new ones, which i'm very thankful for. leslie is still as awesome as ever, hanging out and chillen together, and just doing our usual Filipino goofyness. charise and i became better friends now, doing tons of stuff together, and even watching a porno together :x. it was really wierd, but meh, we were laughing like crazy. freesia is very cool too; i've been hearing so much bout this girl from leslie and charise, it was nice to hangout with her. also, i got to hangout with mary again (PACIFIC ISLANDER PRIDE!) and met a buncha coolio people through her. i wish i would've went to that crazy party last friday, but oh well..what ya gonna do? on an end note for those people..yay for them! they are my angels (ya know, like Charlie's Angels..cept this time it's Amado's angels, kekekekekeke)

let's see what else i did. i found out some people weren't really friends, but i shall not mention them anymore. it's a waste of time...yeah.

oh yeah, the journal (JUSE - The Journal of Undergraduate Science and Engineering), is going really well, and we're recruiting more schools, getting more people involved and everything. i'm kind of disappointed with some of the people (who i shall not name), but the rest of the staff is just great. asides from work at the REU, this project has been keeping me busy as crap, reviewing articles, editting them, and everything. oh well.

hrmm...ooh, i had my first summer fling. can't tell much, but um...yeah, the people who know should know already, cuz i know i told you.

now, the things i'm looking forward to this next school year...get to hangout with malina, tom, and the rest of the UT austin people. yay for that! i'm kinda curious to find out about my roommate, but i guess i'll be updating later whether he's a bastard or is completely cool. kyle, last year's roomie, was really cool and we got along; mad propz to kyle for dealing with my...quirks.
