I am single again and living the life.

9:30am: Let me wipe the dust off.
Whoa. Going through what seemed like 15,000 emails, I came across one from Blurty about a password change. It was dated 2003. I checked it out, and BAM! My electronic journal is back on line. Sweet. More to follow later.

9:44pm: All is well...
The museum went well. The drive there and back was both uneventful and boring. I want to say hey to my little sis, Jami, so 'hey.' And let all of youz-ins know that I am tired, wish I had the energy/time to write and will try to come up with some witty prose for you'll tomorrow.

6:50pm: I'm back and doing fine.
As most of you all know, I have just recently returned from Afghanistan. I am doing very well, and I want to thank everyone for everything that was sent out to us (letters, emails, care packages, etc.). Coming up for me, this Saturday I will be going to Raleigh to do a presentation for the Museum of History at the "Up, Up, and Away" exhibit speaking about how the discovery of flight has bettered the Army by allowing us to have paratroopers. Starting in September, I will be touring the US with stops in Mount Airy, NC (for a Labor Day outting), El Paso (home of my mama), New Jersey (home of Melissa's mama), Daytona, Flordia (thanks to Melissa's mama) and Fayetteville (home of the Angus Burger from Hardee's, and my current home). Pick-up Tee shirts by calling (910) 578-6147. Look for another entry in the next two days.

2:04am: Total excitement over this new journal thing
Well, world (what a huge audience). For those of you that know me, I am in the Army, and I just got back last Sunday from Afghanistan. I am so thankful to be back at home, with all of the luxuaries of American life. I want to thank everyone that sent care packages to us and on behalf of the rest of the Armed Forces, I want to say 'thanks' to everyone for the support that you've given all of us. If anyone has any questions about military life, Afghanistan, or myself, send them and I'll respond.
