Today I got a break since I'm in the US-- today is Martin Luther King day. I just stayed home and relaxed. I phoned a few friends, sent a few e-mails..yadda..yadda. I got a haircut..I guess thats the most exciting thing that happened today...oh! wait that isn't... I went to see LOTR, TTT and I was sooo surprised to see that the theatre was sooo packed! I guess people still havent seen it. It was only my third time.

Well....as you all probably know, yesterday was my birthday. I was so tired when I got home I just dropped right into bed. It was so good to see all my friends again (they had a surprise party for me) since I had been on the set for a L-O-N-G time. I'm now in L.A promoting LOTR. I got some good presents...and even some (alot!) from fans! Mum as usual gave me clothes. I didn't get Sam's present until today. She got me some Legolas things. (Leave it to my sister to do something like that). Even Maude 'got' me a present...a picture of her in a frame. I miss Maude...shes a good dog. I have to go now...hungry!
