Hi Guys! We're at an internet cafe. Five dollars an hour for computer time. So here's my update.
My husband and I are in Milwaukee for Summerfest. I finally got to meet Xdrunk in person. Is he just as obnoxious in person? you bet! I can vouche for the fact of some things that have been said here in Blurty. he does have a motorcycle. He has a girlfriend named Jennifer who's Mexican. We met up at a shell gas station. Us four have been having fun here. I got to see a little bit of everything being around Bill ( Xdrunk ) and his girlfriend. Bill kept Jerry and I laughing with his wisecracking. Jennifer and I got Bill real good on the bumper car ride. We kept going after him and crashing into him. We went on the ferris wheel and the twister, Bill wouldn't go on it, I don't blame him, he was drinking beer and He might have puked had he gone on it LOL. Bill can put away the beer. I lost count after a while because why bother trying to be his mother. He'd just tell me off anyway. The concert was excellent!!! I can't wait to see Collective Soul tonight. we went to a bar after the concert. I'm glad it had karaoke because I wanted to hear Bill sing. He always writes about it. we went to a place where he knows the owner. His former girlfriend and him used to go in there. I was a trouble maker! I asked Bill if he knew any Toby Keith songs, he said he could do " A Little Too Late". His exgirlfriend came in with her new man, a real goofball. My song came up and she thought he was singing it as a message to her. Tell me, what adult walks around with his cap tilted to the left and wears pants that fall past the butt? This guy looked like an over aged gang banger. Bill almost beat him up! Any one in Blurty don't think Bill walks his talk, I saw it before my eyes. he got right in the man's face. What's with everyone doing gang bang gestures when they talk? That's so Vanilla Ice. Bill told him off and said something to the effect of sit down before i knock you down, something like that. They got seperated and Bill sat down making wise cracks. His former girlfriend and the goofball left.
I don't sing karaoke. I sing like shit. I know I do so you hand me a microphone I'll throw it away. Bill does have a good singing voice. Jennifer his girlfriend is so great singing. I'm envious of how good she is. I don't remember all the songs they both did but I say this. Bill can do an excellent version of Johnny Cash's "Hurt". That one stands out. His take on "A little Too Late" is very good. Does Bill drink a lot? yes he does. My hubby Jerry was tempted to have a drinking contest with him but decided against it after he saw Bill go thru many beers at the fest, then add more beer and his Vodka/cranberry juice/redbull/combination, and followed it with a jagerbomb. If he was ever sober once, you couldn't tell by the way he was hammering them down. I think he drank enough for all of us and he still was able to walk out of the bar when closing time came. If he does that much every day, wow! I'm not giving my opinion of it, it's his life. Jennifer didn't seem concerned about it. we all had a lot. Jerry and I got a discount on our tab. Bill knew the owner, we had more than the twenty dollars he charged us. Bill didn't pay a thing. I asked about it and all Bill said was that he was a card carrying member of the bar, wtf does that mean? I never did get a straight answer from Bill, but, when do we get straight answers from him lol. I am feeling so hung over typing this. I don't know a good "cure" for hangovers but Bil handed me four ibuprofen and said down it with that coffee. I'll try it. We gonna do this all over again with seeing Collective Soul and then head to that bar again. I haven't done anything like this in ages. My head will be pounding tomarrow morning when I go back to Illinois but this is a weekend vacation my hubby and I needed. I'm gonna venture around Blurty and see what I've missed.
