WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOA!
Ok I just ordered some fruit & veggie drinks I hope help amp my fruit & veggie intake. I am pilates crazy going religiously twice a week. Water remains an issue. I decaf coffee it all day bc I love the taste. At least I switch to decaf after 8 am, right? That's an improvement!!!! Every little counts.....
I don't eat carbs after brekkie.
My cardio sucks bc of the weather but I'm up & down my stairs 20 times a day carrying babies.
So some good: fruits veggies pilates Some bad: cardio & water Some crazy: my schedule
Also: Jersey Shore is my self-esteem secret. I feel pretty, thin & sane after I watch it. LOL
