Let's try to focus on the futre in a positive way, shall we? Writing everything down & counting points sure appeals to the control freak in me. Of course the only problem is that things move slowly when you do it the healthy way. SO:
"Reward yourself. Losing weight and keeping the pounds off is a major accomplishment. Celebrate your success with nonfood rewards, such as new clothes or an outing with friends."
I've lost 2lbs so far............ when I've lost 5 lbs - pedicure 8lbs. - haircut 10lbs. -Yves Saint Laurent make-up 15lbs. - movie & night out with friends 20lbs.- new jeans & new bras
This gives me even more to work for. The mirror is so unforgiving right now. I need to focus on the fact that I look amazing for just having twins & not on the fact that I don't look like I used to. *sighs* I can do it! If the celebrities can do it, so can I. Yes, i know they have a team of people to help them, so maybe it will take me longer - but it can be done. I'd like to reach my goal of 20lbs by June 5th. *dreams* I WILL NOT be fat & self-concious for summer.
