Writing every single thing I eat down REALLY helps with accountability. Every time I want to grab a few crackers I think, "how many points is that?" I'm planning out my entire day ahead of time knowing exactly what I will eat & when.
Foe example today:
tea & pb toast on diet bread - 4.5 1 cup of progresso soup - 0 salad with blueberries, carrots, mushrooms & tomato- 0 diet dressing- 1 apple -2 chicken- 3 green beans - 0 sweet potato activia - 2
etc. I can have 22 points in a day. I'm also trying to drink at least 3 bottles of water a day. Exercise includes a video & running up & down my stairs. I need more cardio, but I'm pretty housebound right now. I'm seeing a pilates trainer once a week. I'll join some classes when I get stronger & the girls get bigger.
The good news is that my size 12 jeans are way big. The bad news is that my "real" jeans are a 4 that I can't even zip up. *SIGHS* Everyone keeps telling me how good I look & that you can't even tell I was pregnant, let alone with twins. However, my standards are a lot different. I want my body back - yesterday. The voices in my head tell me I'm fat & I'll never be the way I was. I hate those stinking voices!!!!!
