so busy
so tired
so what.
I feel fat. I've avoided the scale. I'll check it tomorrow. I'm expecting to be horrified. I used to think KAte Bosworth looked awful. Now I find her triggering. It is easy to be thin & healthy when u FEEL t & H, but its harder when you gain a few. You want to fix it quick. Super skinny starts looking like insurance. VICIOUS slippery slope! I let work stree sap all my energy. Stopped working out & started eating crap. I forgor=t that I have to invest in me first. I could be dead & buried in 3 days & some other automnoton would be doing mu job.
Puff 'em.
