Went out for Italian last night with friends. Ate 1/2 my order. Took a 2.2 mile walk this morning, now trying to gear up to do pilates. SOooooooooooo hard to get back to it after being sick kept me away. What had become easy is hard again. Oh well, time to push the fitness rock back up the mountain.
We have a party to go to tonight. Super informal, relaxed. I'm just thrilled that I can breathe through my nose & the sun is out. Ms. VAn Winkle didn't miss summer entirely. I'm off to make up for lost time.
