I totally maintained. Still right where I want to be. Eating six times a day & exercising always works. Even though I maintained I know I've lost inches. My autumn pants are huge. They are TOO long too b/c my waist is so small they are falling down. All props to PILATES, which I just did- even though I was soooooooooooo tired so *yaY!!! mE!!!!!*

I am sooooooooooo tired
7: tea & toast w/ jam 10: cappuccino w/ splenda 12: yogurt & apple w/ reduced fat pnut butter on it 2: walnuts, plum, low fat cheese 6: tuna on a croissant, grapes, cantaloupe 8: peppermint tea
water: 2 liters ( not including tea) exercise: pilates DVD

Whenever I get really self-important I have to stop & ask myself, "what did you do today?" What good? What was kind? Who smiled because of you? I'm not important, what I do with this life is important.
