Today: brekkie: green tea & toast (diet bread w/ low fat peanut butter) 10 a.m snack: raisins & walnuts lunch: non-fat yogurt & apple la pause gourmande: mozarella & tomato salad in oil w/ basil dinner: veggie chili ---Nicole's recipe!!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo It is as fantastic as she is!!!!!
