Ok, I'm going to eat breakfast. Contrary to my long held personal beliefs my body does deserve food. And I deserve to be happy. I'm just going to put as much positive karma out there in the world & hope that some of it bounces back to me. Smile at strangers. Pray for people that I hate. Forgive myself for all my mistakes. And just start over. Forget the things that have passed & fix my eyes firmly on this moment ---because it is all that any of us have. The gift of this breath, this sunrise, this day, should not be lost on me. I am a "child of the universe, no less than the trees & the stars" I have the right to be here.
